As far as I am concerned, it has profound significance to take actions. For the government, they should make laws and appeal to the importance of safety. For the other people, we should cherish our lives and obey the traffic rules.

One Thing I’m Proud of I still remember how I became a good table tennis player.

The first day I went to high school, I saw some of my classmates playing table tennis. Amazed at how skillful they were, I was determined to be just as good. Later on, I often watched them carefully to learn their techniques. Then I kept practicing until I became confident enough to challenge the good players. At the end of the term I became one of the best players in my class.

I am really proud of this experience, because it helps me realize that we all can fulfill our potential and achieve our goals through hard work. It also helps me better understand the proverb "Practice makes perfect.”

停滞与幻想会使人生之坎越筑越高。庄子将越过人生之坎的希望寄托在大鹏身上“抟扶摇而上者九万里”梦里他与蝴蝶起舞便有了“庄生晓梦迷蝴蝶”他不愿面对现实之坎于是最终在理想破灭与现实之中郁郁而终。“面朝大海，春暖花开”多美的理想，海子说他要一个人在远方劈柴、喂马，这便是他的理想，他也同样无法面对现实之坎，他退缩了，将希望放在大海与草原上，去寻找他梦中的恬静与自由。最终在“嶙峋”的铁轨上结束他年轻的生命。现实对于理想在前提，只有现实才会有理想，而庄子与海子都没能明白，在现实之坎面前以自己退缩与回避将现实浓浓的涂抹一笔。

不懈的奋斗与拼搏才能化人生之坎与无形，彰显生命的价值。面对民族、国家与现实保尔没有退缩，没有害怕，而是做到没有虚度年华而悔恨，也没有因为碌碌无为而遗憾终身，而是为人类最伟大的事业而奋斗，因为面对人生之坎，他练就了钢铁般的意志。海明威小说中的圣地亚哥也一样敢于面对敢于拼搏，因为一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败，在拖着大马林鱼的尸骨回港后，喝了咖啡，他梦见非洲金海岸旁的狮子，他准备再次出海，推翻生活的艰辛之坎。保尔与圣地亚哥都勇敢面对，并奋斗，拼命推坎，踏过生命之坎，到达极限。
