3.强调绿色作文，反对虚情假意的编造；注重情境下作文，达到直抒性灵的目的；

4.语言，结构，写作技巧等备有专项资料，用以指导学生训练，训练中既注重局部，更注重整体；

5.大力做好科学的评析工作，教师、学生都应写出评析体会备有实录，特别是解剖麻雀，务必得到一文的写作真谛；

6.班与班之间可以大范围交流，推出作文之星加以表扬，打破作文封闭界限，坚决走开放性的路子；

7.邀请文艺界名家来校讲学交流，使学生能够在实践基础上，得到一点点化、一点感悟，最终内化为自己的东西；

8.教师积极撰写下水作文，积极参与学生感兴趣的话题讨论，实践中把握写作规律以及学生思想动态；

9.开展各种评选活动，对外推荐佳作，激励小作者迎难而上，以一流的意识写好作文。

四、评估手段

1、组建评估小组，由备课组长任评委会负责人，统筹安排；学生作文按语言、结构、思想、创新等诸元逐项考核；

2、用各类征文竞赛、考场作文的成绩作为系列指标来衡量作文教学的优劣及学生整体水平。

[高二下学期作文指导教学计划

This month, I will travel to Changsha and Zhangjiajie with my two friends, which is supposed to be a seven-day trip. We will set out on 10th, June. Now, we have prepared many things, snacks and medicines included. Firstly, we will go to Changsha by plane. The tickets are cheap, so it’s a good choice to save time. We will stay there for two days. The main goal staying there is to enjoy the delicious food in Changsha. My friend has prepared a map of must-tries and I believe they must be good. Then we will go to Zhangjiajie by train. It’s not so far from Changsha, taking about five hours to get there. Zhangjiajie is famous for its wonderful mountains. The sceneries there are amazing that no one should miss. But we will have a tough journey for climbing high mountains, which is not easy for us all. This is why we will stay there for longer. In the end, we will go home by train. This is my plan for the journey. I am sure it will be a wonderful and fruitful journey.

这个月，我要和我的两个朋友一起去长沙和张家界旅行，为期7天左右。我们会在6月10日出发。现在，我们已经准备了许多东西，包括零食和药品。首先，我们会坐飞机去长沙，机票很便宜，所以这是节约在路上时间的好选择。我们会在长沙待两天，主要目的是品尝长沙美食。我的朋友准备了长沙美食地图，我想那必定很诱人。接着，我们会坐火车前往张家界。张家界离长沙不太远，只需5个小时的车程。张家界以奇山闻名，风景十分壮美，我想没人会想错过这样的美景的。但是由于要爬山，所以在张家界的旅行不会太轻松，这也是我们要在张家界待久一些的原因。最后，我们会坐火车回家。这就是我这次旅行的计划，我确信这会是一个美妙而又充实的旅程。

回首过去的半年，从总的方面说，我表现得还不错，期末考试也有比较理想的成绩，但是，对于考试还有许多的不足之处，这些不足，留下了遗憾，因此今年的学期计划，是建立在去年不足的基础之上的。

在语文学习方面，我应该多注意，在审题、记文学常识和写作方面，在审题方面主要是不够仔细，有时没有读懂题目就在做题，文学常识方面，平时在记第一遍时很快就记住了，但过后复习的时候就很少，与论语里的“温故而知新”，相反，造成考试时模棱两可拿不定注意。写作方面是平时积累少，练习少，对于优美的句子都不善于利用。

数学练习上，应当注意多记公式，公式能帮助我们快速解决问题，多练习，多理解能帮助我们熟能生巧，在以后做题会更容易，还有是在做题过程中要多注意计算、检验，最后在做完题后一定还要认真检查，确保无误。

在英语学习方面，在上课时要仔细听，做好笔记，不能听懂的就要去问老师或者同学，要制定计划多记单词，课外要多找些自己比较差的题目进行练习，学英语最主要的还要注意多说、多炼，有助于提高自己的口语能力。

在专一学习方面我们要多记，多运用，还要在实践课上要按老师的要求认真练习。

专二课程上学习，我们首先要建立信心，对自己充满信心有助于激励我们。在学习的过程中要认真听讲，跟随老师的思维走，碰到不懂的问题要提出来请老师或同学来为我们讲解，在专二学习上对于计算用笔算很重要，要想得分高计算正确很重要。还有一点是要记住相关公式、单位及表示方法。有了它们能帮助我们拿到一些细小的分。别看这些分很小，但它们积累多了，对我们也会有很大帮助。

对于学习，好的计划能够帮助我们提高成绩，能让我们找到更好的方法来学习。

在今后的学习中我们还必须要学习别人好的学习方法。在生活中我们也要遵守学校的规章制度，只有纪律好了才不会耽搁到学习。对待同学要热心，要有一颗宽容善良的心。

转眼间又到了下半个学期，一眨眼却又到了新学年，在第一个学期里，我有许多缺点，也有少许的优点，因为这些缺点，我被蒙蔽了。

在小学的时候我有个极大的缺点，在中学里我有犯了同样的错误：在中学里，我会在别人背后说别人的坏话;对老师、对同学撒谎;在同学面前说大话，炫耀自己有什么;我有的事因为个人的利益，用尽许多办法;上课有时不认真听讲，会和同学讲无关紧要的内容，然而影响别的同学。

新学期，新的2009年，我应该竭尽我所能，努力改正错误，把能做到的做到最好，是自己身上的缺点渐渐掩埋，露出身上有优点的地方。

上次，我听说孙源讲我的坏话，我很气愤，一气之下没有考虑就不惜一切代价报仇。因为孙源平时对刘靖文很好，我就把她的笔袋，扔在厕所里让她着急，我以为这样事情不会揭开真面目，可是到了最后还是暴露了。当时，我没有考虑后果，只是一时冲动，但是回想一下，反而是自己吃亏。孙源说我，没人相信，没人证明，事情就过去了，可我这么做不就表明了他说的是事实了吗?我真傻……

所以，为了改正，并再也不会这样，我必须在2009年里，这新学期中拿出新的面貌，向大家证明，我会用实际行动标明的。新年;新学期;新的展望。在新的一年里，我的愿望是——改掉坏毛病，加油!

说里如此多的缺点，该说说优点了，优点不多：就是画画好，朗诵流利，爱干净等……

要改正缺点，把优点表现出来并不断的完善自己。

A new term has just began. Needless to say, there will be more work.

Studying at Imperial college is enjoyable, discussing questions with fellow classmates is one of the best time I have in Uni. Im sure there are more opportunities of this kind in the coming term.

Work hard, and play hard! ( All of a sudden, I am such a workaholic within, and I have never felt that way before )

新学期新气象，新学期新目标，新学期新计划。转眼之间，2013年已经过去了，我们怀着期盼的心情迎来了马年--2014年。我也长大了一岁，为了庆祝自己又长大了一岁，也为了我的学习更上一层楼，我决定制定一个学习计划。

首先，我反思了自己在过去一年中的种种缺点与优点。我字迹有些许潦草，并且做事总是不认真，只求数量而不讲求质量，空空坐着一个班干部的位置却不思老师的期望与教诲。上课总是不能集中精力听讲，下课不知道预习与复习，回家总是沉迷于电脑游戏，成绩是一落千丈，总是挨批却还是不知悔改。优点是善于帮助同学，有不懂的题有时会及时问老师。我觉得这些优点值得发扬，但那些缺点我一定要改。

首先，我要认真写字，争取把字写到最好，做事认真，讲求质量，不敷衍了事;其次，上课认真听讲，下课认真复习与预习，少玩电脑游戏，多看书，多学习。有不懂的就问老师，要有“敏而好学，不耻下问”的心态，要相信“三人行，必有我师”的真理，认真对待自己的学习和责任，绝对不辜负老师对自己的期望，好好负起自己的责任，做一个人人心服的好班干部。

以上就是我对新学期的目标和计划，我一定会好好按照计划做，做一个品学兼优的好学生，让我的老师和同学们对我刮目相看!新学期新计划，新的一年，我来啦!

在过去的路途中，你是否拥有过欢笑，拥有过阳光，这都已成为永远的会议，加上一把锁将它封闭起来吧!摆在我们面前的一切都是新的，疑讹让老师看到一个崭新的自己。下面是我新学期的计划:

新学期，新气象。在新的一学期里，我们都有一个新的目标新的计划，我的计划主要在数学英语物理语文和小四门上面体现语文方面要做好课前预习，贺客后练习复习，课文中不懂的问题下课要向老师提出;数学方面主要是多练数学不像其他科目死记硬背药或学应用;英语单词是要死记硬背。

还有语法是靠练习的;其余的都是靠背。除此之外每个科目还要建立一个“错题集”，当卷子，练习册上又错题时，就及时把他腾上去。以上就是我新学期的学习计划，希望我的计划能给我和大家带来坚持不懈的动力和认真学习的端正态度。

书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。站在新的起跑线上，我们的目标就在充满希冀的前方。我要加油，在绚丽多彩的初中生活中，好好学习，这是冲刺，面向新的征程，也许会有坎坷，艰险，但我坚信:我一定会战胜一切困难，避过所有的浅滩，到达成功的彼岸!
