同学们，环保知识你们了解多少，知道多少？保护环境是人类有意识地保护自然资源并使其得到合理利用，防止自然环境受到污染和破坏。环境遭破坏的原因有许多，有人为原因，也有自然原因。不过大多数是人们乱砍乱伐，乱扔垃圾等因素。

近几年，因为人类大量砍伐树木、破坏环境，使植被遭到破坏，造成了土地沙漠化、水土流失等现象。树木也渐渐减少，于是，二氧化碳无法吸收，大量的二氧化碳使空气变得温暖，就造成了世界上目前出现的状况：气温逐渐增高。

然而，造成这个现象的原因是什么呢？我们人类为了自己的生存、为了自己生活的更好，不顾地球母亲的身体。工厂里乱排放污水，烟囱冒着浓浓黑烟，乱砍伐森林树木，浪费资源……使清澈的河水变得浑浊，茂密的森林变得狼狈不堪，蔚蓝的天空变得灰暗，碧绿的青山变得光秃秃。所以，使江河附近的水土流失，造成了洪水这个现象。泥石流、森林火灾、动物绝迹、水源严重缺乏等一连串的灾害接二连三，使我们的地球母亲难以承受。这都是人们自作自受的后果，损失了这么多，我们能怪谁呢？还不是怪我们自己，我们每一个人都有一份责任，毕竟，地球是我们大家共同的。

这些年来，我们国家也受到了严重的环境污染，特大沙尘暴在我国一次又一次发生，它将会掩埋草地、吞毁家园，严重地影响了人民的生活，使我们难以生存。绿色的草地将会变成沙漠，大树将会永远卧倒在地，而我们也不会快乐生活：幸福没有了，亲人没有了，连我们赖以生存的地球也会在茫茫宇宙中粉碎，就像玻璃摔在地上一样。然而这不仅是沙尘暴带来的灾难。

低碳生活只是一种态度，而不是能力，我们应该从节电、节水、节碳、节油、节气这种小事做起，低碳生活是我们要建立的绿色生活方式，只要我们去行动，就可以接近低碳生活，甚至可以达到低碳生活的标准。

淘米水可以用来洗脸洗手，茶叶渣可以晒干做茶叶枕头，用传统的发条闹钟取代电子闹钟，随手拔下电器插头……这些看似不经意的举动，都是在为地球减碳。市环保局的专家说，“低碳生活”实际上就是节水、省电、省气和回收四大要素，具体到市民生活中来说，都是些举手之劳的小事。

低碳生活，其实不仅仅关系到环境保护、节约资源之类的宏大命题。即便在个人生活层面上，它也是好处多多的———既节省生活开支，又有利于身心健康。比如，选择自行车、步行、公交车等绿色出行方式;又比如，少用一度电、少用一张纸、节约一滴水;再比如，使用环保购物袋、认养一棵绿化树……

“健康环保的步行和自行车交通”就是我们常说的“绿色出行”，即采用对环境影响最小的出行方式，具有节约能源、提高能效、减少污染、有益于健康、兼顾效率的特点。乘坐公共汽车、地铁等公共交通工具，合作乘车，环保驾车、文明驾车，或者步行、骑自行车……努力降低自己出行中的能耗和污染，这就是“绿色出行”。

自从我国在巴丹吉林沙漠深处建起酒泉卫星发射中心，就有了一条横穿戈壁、直达发射场的300公里的专用铁路。它是现在全国惟一一条由军队管理的铁路。路边上，孤零零有几座被称为“点号”的小屋，“点号”四周，沙海无边，荒凉得象月球，只有几丛骆驼刺在寒风中颤抖。“点号”里，就蹲着三两个长年巡线护路的兵。他们每天与外界交往的时间是一分钟。因为每天有趟军用列车路过这里，扔下点邮件和给养，停留一分钟。这就是他们见到人的惟一时刻。日复一日、年复一年的寂寞，这一分钟也就成了他们久久盼望的、也是他们最最高兴的时刻。

今年大年初一，一位记者到被称为“180”的小点号采访，那里住着小赵和小张两个士兵。小赵是一位来自江苏的已有3年兵龄的老兵，他说，他每天要去巡线一趟，每趟来回走20公里，当兵三年，相当于步行回老家一趟。新兵小张是四川中江黄继光家乡的人，他到点号的第二次巡线就遇上被称作“黑风”的沙暴，天地间黑压压一片，沙石劈头盖脸往身上砸，他说他抱紧铁轨整整一小时不敢动弹，差点没被埋在沙包里。说话间，小赵的姐姐从老家打来了电话，姐姐问：“你那里过年热闹吗?”小赵说：“热闹得很，有3个人呢，还有一条大黄狗”。“你那里冷吗?”，“不冷，暖和得很，才零下20度”。“你都3年没有回家了，爸妈以为你今年能回来过年，特意杀了猪，还几次到路口去守公交车。”这时，小赵的喉头滚了好几下，愣了半天，终于没能“幽默”出来。当记者告辞时，他俩紧紧地握住记者的手，久久不想松开，眼睛里突然溢出泪光，那眼神似乎在不加掩饰的恳求着：再留一会儿吧，哪怕是一分钟!

啊，一分钟，多么令人心颤的一分钟!看到这儿，我的心被震撼了，泪水也止不住掉了下来。我想，别说他们在那里要为我国在世界高技术领域占有一席之地，为实现中华民族千百年来的“飞天”梦想而拼搏，就是呆在那儿，也是奉献。 是的，作为军人，我知道，在雪山，在海岛，在荒原，在戈壁，有无数与小赵小张一样的士兵，为了祖国的强盛和人民的安宁，在默默忍受着艰辛与寂寞。作为军人，我更懂得，是军人这特殊的职业赋予了军人特殊的使命，特殊的使命赋予了军人特殊的追求。军人，也许就意味着奉献与牺牲。 难道不是吗?翻开中国革命的历史画卷，不难发现，其中最引人注目的便是那些为了祖国和人民的利益而驰骋疆场、马革裹尸的军人。从万里长征、八年抗战、南征北战到自卫还击、抗震救灾、抗洪抢险，多少年来，这支人民的军队，在党的绝对领导之下，经受着无数次血与火的洗礼，一次又一次向党和人民交出合格的答卷!就说那300公里航天大动脉，当年修建时就有120名忠骨埋在了沙丘。

小时候，我曾羡慕穿身军装，现在我终于实现了这个梦想，如今，我又跨进全军的高等学府――国防科技大学的校门。在这里，我又读到许许多多的银河人，他们将银河精神在新时代高高奏响，为响应江总书记“科技强军”的号召，在夜以继日的、默默的耕耘与劳作。 周光铭院士在接受记者采访时说过这样一句话：“我一生也就做了六台机器。”朋友，你想想，这六台是什么样的机器啊!难道还不够吗?这，就是我们老一代银河人的骄傲!

在研制银河Ⅲ期间，卢锡城同志带领年轻人向新的技术制高点冲击，有11名同志是在攻关战斗中度过新婚蜜月的，不少人连续三次春节都在机房里度过。就是凭着这种精神，他们创造了新的辉煌。这，就是新一代银河人的自豪! 如今，再看看我这身军装，我应该掂得出她的份量。在新的历史时期，我们军队仍然肩负着重大的历史使命。放心吧，祖国，放心吧，人民，时间流逝，斗转星移，永远抹不去的就是战士对党和人民的一颗赤胆忠心!青山和大地会证明我们的忠诚，蓝天和白云会昭示我们的誓言，“奉献”，我们认了，“牺牲”，我们说值!那是因为，共和国军人的心中只有一个期盼，那就是：为了共和国明天的辉煌!

Every year billion tons of carbon dioxide is added into the air, which in part results in global warming and climate change. Now we are live in the world that is filled with pollution. As far as I am concerned, we should reduce carbon emission.

每年数十亿吨二氧化碳排放到空气中,这在一定程度上导致了全球变暖和气候变化。现在我们生活在充满污染的世界。我个人认为,我们应该减少碳排放。

First, we can adopt different ways to solve the problem if it is convenient for us, such as going to work by bus. There is no doubt that it can cut down the pollution and improve our environment. What’s more, it is cheaper, comparing with other ways. Second, there are different kinds of trees which can absorb carbon dioxide, so we also need plant more trees around us. At the same time, our government should pay attention to take action to improve our living quality.

It is our duty to reduce carbon emission, but it is also a long way for us to achieve it. No matter how hard the condition will be, I think if we try our best together. Maybe the problem can be solving someday, because carbon emission is a focus of the world.

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world.

For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut down and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers.Furthermore, wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact, threatening our existence.

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized these problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will become better and better.

例如汽车污染的空气影响了人们的呼吸，工厂释放污染的气体，山上的树木被砍伐，污水不断被排人河里。另外，无论我们走到哪里，到处可见随意丢弃的垃圾。事实上，污染正威胁我们的生存。

地球是我们的家园，我们有责任为我们自己和我们的后代去照顾好它。庆幸的是，愈来愈多的人们已经意识到这些问题。政府已经采取了很多措施去解决这些问题，法律已被通过以制止污染。我希望这些问题在不远的将来能得到解决，我们的家园变得越来越好。

I think: if we always stick to it, so can save a lot of electricity, really can realize low carbon life.

现在，人们都提倡低碳生活，我们班也开展了一次“绿色低碳知识竞赛”的活动。

参加完这次活动，我才知道，原来没有用电器，但是不拔插头，还是会耗电的。我同时也有点惭愧，因为我想起我以前的一些事：有一次，我玩完电脑，却忘了关电脑，直到我躺到床上的时候才想起电脑没关，但我不敢去关电脑，因为我怕被爸爸妈妈骂，怎么办呢? 我只好在爸爸妈妈睡着的时候才去关的，但也耗掉了很多电。其实还有几次要不就是忘了关电扇，要不就是忘了关灯，那时我觉得就不那耗掉一点电吗?但现在我知道了，这样做很不环保的。

于是，在我的倡导下，我们全家都开始低碳生活行动，我在电视机上贴了一张温馨提示：看完电视要拔插头;在电脑上贴了一张提示：玩完电脑要及时关闭。妈妈专门是看管电灯有没有关的，如果被抓到，这个月的电费就谁交。爸爸就负责检查各电器的插头。我想：如果我们家一直这样坚持下去，一定能节省很多电的，真正的能实现低碳生活。

在这里，我还想提醒大家，想过低碳生活，就要多坐公交车，少开私家车，少抽烟，多种树，来减少二氧化碳，使我们的空气更加清新、水更清、树更绿、天更蓝!

“天空像宝石般湛蓝，朵朵白云在空中悠闲地散步;鸟儿在枝头欢快地歌唱，仿佛在欢迎新的一天的到来;河边的柳树披着绿色的衣襟，在风中翩翩起舞;山涧中的小溪清澈见底，一条条鱼儿活泼地在水中嬉戏玩耍......”这场景是多么美妙呀!也许，在几十年前，几百年前，我们人类就生活在这样的环境中，可现在，这仙境一般的景色只能成为人们的幻想。

50年前科学家第一次发现DNA，人类解开生命的奥秘，现如今，第一个克隆婴儿的出现，人类仿佛开始无所不能。人类许多的愚蠢行为，给自身的安全造成很大的威胁。难道，这一切都没有弥补的机会了吗?答案是否定的，人类自我拯救的办法是——低碳生活。

从前的我，不懂得节约：整夜开着空调，还把温度调到很低;洗澡时，从来不把水龙头关上，任由它“哗—哗”地开着;草稿纸只是用了半面就扔进了垃圾桶……可那次停水，告诉了我很多很多。那天早上，我刚想洗脸，却发现水龙头怎么也“吐”不出水来，这才知道，原来是停水了，而且要停整整一天呢!这可怎么办，没有了水，不能洗手，不能洗脸，甚至连饭也煮不了，我和妈妈只好吃了一天的方便面。我第一次体会到，原来没有水是件这么痛苦的事情。好奇心使我想一探究竟，上网一搜，哇!原来世界上有这么多的国家严重缺水，他们每天要到几十公里外去挑水，而那水也只是浑黄不清的废水，他们用这洗澡，刷牙甚至饮用，最后，那个铁桶也会被大黄狗舔得干干净净。这一则则震撼人心的报道，一张张催人泪下的图片，震惊了我：原来水资源是那样宝贵!为了弥补我之前犯下的错误，我和妈妈制订了一份“节水经”：1、淘米用剩的水可以浇花。2、洗衣、洗脸、刷牙用剩的水可以冲马桶。3、关水龙头时要把龙头关紧。4、洗澡时，要及时把水龙头关上。这几点要求成为了我家的“家规”。

我们赖以生存的地球，如今已变得伤痕累累，如果还是一如既往地破坏，那人们想象中的“2012世界末日”可能真的会成为现实。行动起来吧，让大自然回归地球母亲的怀抱，让地球母亲的伤痕消失，这成为了我们的目标!

一、活动目的：

通过表演、讲故事的形式，使学生意识到我们周围的环境正在逐渐被人为地破坏，在故事中清楚环境的危机带给人类，动物植物的危害，在表演中增加学生的责任感，发出倡议，保护环境。

二、活动过程：

(一)学生室内表演儿童剧

内容简介：生活在大城市的一对姐弟俩在周日出去玩，途中经过马路闻到汽车的尾气味儿感到恶心，由此引倒正题。一天中他们发现以前清澈的小河已成污水，街上烤羊肉串的不停地扇着火烧碳冒出的黑烟…看到这种种破坏环境的行为，姐弟俩与班里同学商量组建雏鹰环保小队，制止了两起破坏环境的行为。

(二)学生讲环保小故事，介绍环保知识

1.《小雪豹的故事》

小雪豹和他的妈妈幸福地生活在青藏高原的深山里。一天，偷猎者杀了他的妈妈，又将小雪豹拿到市场上卖。一位叫斯蒂文的外国游客买下了他，将他送到北京濒危动物驯养繁殖中心。为了记住救他的恩人，人们为它取名叫斯蒂文。在养殖中心，小斯蒂文长成了一个英俊的“小伙子”，可他没有伙伴，他整天孤独地望着远方，夜里发出绝望的哀号。有一天，人们发现小雪豹双目失明了，后来耳朵也聋了。养殖中心再好也不是小雪豹的家呀!小雪豹真正的家是那美丽的青藏高原的深山里。

2.小实验

生物学家做了一个试验，把小白鼠放在一个隔音实验箱中，释放噪音，逐渐加大到165分贝，开始小白鼠烦躁不安，惊恐万状，进而疯狂跳窜，互相撕咬，最后死去，小白鼠被强噪声杀死了。

60年代，美国空军的f104喷气机在某城市上空试飞，每日八次，共飞了6个月，在强烈的轰鸣声中，地面上一个农场的1万只鸡死了6000只。

3.《明天怎样植树》

21世纪，我国造林将以机械为主，挖土，植苗，培土，浇水都由植树机进行，速度又快，质量又好。

大约到XX年，露天育苗要被大型自动化温室取代，温室内的温度，湿度，光照，水，肥，二氧化碳量都由电子计算机自动控制，就是工厂化育苗，能育出优质苗木，使造林率有保证。将来还要运用基因工程，培育各种各样的树木新品种，如抗病虫害的，抗旱的，抗污染的等等。

学生根据这些资料自由发言，说说想法。

(三)实践活动

1.说说自己打算怎样保护周围环境。

2.建立雏鹰环保假日小队。

(四)班主任总结

我们在表演中、在讲故事中、在讨论发言中亲身感到了保护环境的重要性，我们要发出倡议，建立环保小队等开始了实际行动。

不仅向班里同学发出倡议，还要面向全校，面向家庭，社区，乃至社会。

绿色是时尚的代名词，绿色是树之名，绿色是小溪的欢歌，绿色是花儿的枝叶，绿色象征着生机。假如没有绿色，世界就失去了生机，1切就变得黯淡。 树，人类的朋友，它奉献氧气吸入2氧化碳，为人类净化空气，为人

类抵御沙化、风尘、赤潮。但是，人们报答它的是什么?滥砍滥伐。你们知道吗?中国森林面积只有15.8亿公顷，森林覆盖率也只有16.5%。 地球森林覆盖率已经下降了20%—30%，如果再不加以节制，人类将失去这个朋友，那时，人们醒悟会不会太迟了? 人类，地球的“破坏者”，动物，人类的伙伴，为什么动物濒临灭绝?因为偷猎。树木，动物的家园，失去家园，动物何处容身? 湿地，在中国已经遭到破坏，盲目地围垦、掠夺开发、污染加剧、过度利用等因素，全国3分之1的天然湿地面临被改变、

丧失的危险。导致生态环境失去平衡。工厂大量地排出废气、废水、废物，使环境质量恶化。 地球资源本来可以再生，可人类却滥用化学品，致使本来再生的资源不能再生。 关心地球就是关心我们的家园，保护资源就是保护我们生存发展的基础。我们1定要善待地球，保护资源，真正走1条生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路。地球只有1个，她是人类赖以生存的美丽家园。善待地球，保护地球，保护资源环境，就是保护我们自己，同时也为我们子孙后代留下美好的家园。

My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university. At that very moment, I was impressed immediately by the beautiful campus, the enthusiastic students and the good learning atmosphere. I fell in love with the campus at once.

First, studying on the campus gives me lots of pleasure. After some very arduous military training, I became absolutely absorbed in my studies. Different from high school courses, the courses in university are specific and interesting. I can get information not only from teachers in class, but also outside of class, such as in the library, on the Internet and so on. These courses arouse my insatiable desire for knowledge and make me learn and digest as much as I can. To be frank, I had some difficulties in keeping up with my teachers at first, but later with the help of my teachers, I made remarkable progress. Learning is a long process, and I will continue to be a learner throughout my life.

Besides, social activities on campus provide me with more chances to learn. I will never forget the days I served as a volunteer at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. After some training in Chinese history and language skills both in Japanese and English, I endeavored to serve our distinguished guests from all over the world enthusiastically. I was a volunteer as well as a disseminator of our splendid culture. There was no doubt that I came across many difficulties at first, such as humid weather, language barriers and so on. Thanks to other volunteers’ help, I overcame those difficulties. When it was time to depart, I couldn’t help bursting into tears, because I had developed a deep friendship with other volunteers. This precious experience made me aware of the huge responsibility on my shoulders. Just as the old saying goes, “we make a living by what we get, and we make a life by what we give.”

In my opinion, university life has been the most splendid time in my life so far, and many students cherish this period of time and hope that in the future they may become outstanding members of society. But there are also some ignorant students who get together every day only to eat, drink, play computer games or date. They completely forget their mission as a college student and their responsibility to their family to do their best in school.

I want to say that although there are lots of difficulties or setbacks during our college days, we should set our goals and achieve them. I do hope we can try our best to become productive citizens of the country and make great contributions to the nation.

今天是6月5日————人类的世界环境日。在这一天里人们会召开环保大会，商量保护环境的措施。而与此同时，自然界的环保大会也在悄然进行着。

大家都早早地来到会场。突然，一股恶心的臭味传来，使大家都不由得捂住鼻子。

“什么东西呀?” “这味儿真难闻。” “是谁这么臭呀?”

“是我，我是水!”一个细小的声音回答。大家一看，啊，这是水吗?这是那清澈的水吗?出现在大家眼前的是一滩黑黑的发着恶臭的东西。

象伯伯关心地问：“是谁把你弄成这副模样的?” “是呀!”小鹿也说，“你怎么变成这样了?” 水听了大家关切的询问，忍不住流出了眼泪。“我本是清澈透明的，

可那人类却从不爱护我，他们把工厂的废水往我体内排， 把垃圾往我身上倒， 甚至把有毒的物质也往我身上扔，把我污染得面目全非， 结果造成人类严重缺水，

而我也重病缠身， 连小动物沾了我也会生病，我……” 水的哭诉还没讲完， 只见一团乌黑的气体飘进了会场，没等大家发问，

它却抢先开了口：“大伙儿都看见我现在的样子了吧?可又有谁能想到我曾经是多么洁净的空气呀!” 大家听了都非常惊讶。 空气咳嗽了两声，

又接着说：“洁净的空气难道不是生命的必需品吗?但人类却把工厂烟囱里的废气、毒气全部排放在我身上。幸好有树木帮人类和万物净化空气，不然的话，大家吸入被污染的空气都会得病的。

“可惜我们也无能为力了。”一个声音从角落里传出来。

原来是站在旁边的一棵小树在说话，“因为我的同伴越来越少了。我们树木家族对人类有巨大的贡献，我们通过光合作用，吸入二氧化碳，呼出新鲜的氧气，而且我们的树根还能抓住水土，防止水土流失呢!可是人类不但不知道感恩，反而还大肆砍伐我们，使我们家族成员越来越少了，害得小鸟们也无家可归了。”

“我们早已是无家可归者了。”一只东北虎站出来说，“由于森林越来越少，加上人类的猎杀，现在我的家族成员屈指可数，全国野生东北虎只剩下不到20只了。”

最后，大家都沉默了。它们都在想：今天，人类污染环境、破坏大自然，使我们无家可归;明天，他们就会失去赖以生存的家园，同样也会无家可归!

应对自然气候的恶化，于是人们从日常的行为开始保护地球家园，开始了低碳生活。

“叮呤呤……”，随着一阵清脆悦耳的铃声，睁开朦胧的睡眼，期望的晨曦射进窗户―――新的一天又开始了!早上的洗漱穿戴一如既往，但洗脸刷牙的水用得少了，只为节约水资源;背上书包，和走下楼，钻进小汽车里送上学，们家的小汽车不再是加油的汽车，而是环保的加气汽车，能够减少碳排量。

跨入校门，欢声笑语依旧，空调等大功率用电设备已闲置多时，取而代之的是高科技的太阳能取暖设备，就连电灯用的电也是用的风能电力。

放学了，校门外很是喧闹。以前的零食小摊已不复存在，此时因为同学们为了保护环境已不吃零食了，因为零食在制作过程中会有超多的碳排出。

回到家，迅速地做完作业，和其他同学一样为了不熬夜，少开电灯节约用电。

闹钟也是用带发条的那种代替电池的那种，因为制造过程中产生很多碳，废旧的电池也对地球土壤成份具有很大的破坏作用。

吃晚饭时炖肉用的酒精炉烧的是用麦秸等原料制作的生物酒精，电视机也集中到一齐看，有时会因为频道的喜好产生分歧，但为了节约用电，还是透过民主的举手表决方式，少数服从多数来决定。

地球，我们这些祖国的花朵都爱护着您，唯一的期望就是让您斑驳的面庞重新光彩照人，不再有吞噬人类的海啸地震，空气能够清新起来，天空能够湛蓝起来，大地能够绿化起来，此时构成人与自然的和谐统一。
