把今年“环境日”主题确定为“践行绿色生活”，旨在通过“环境日”的集中宣传，广泛传播和弘扬“生活方式绿色化”理念，提升人们对“生活方式绿色化”的认识和理解，并自觉转化为实际行动;呼吁人人行动起来，从自身做起，从身边小事做起，减少超前消费、炫耀性消费、奢侈性消费和铺张浪费现象，实现生活方式和消费模式向勤俭节约、绿色低碳、文明健康的方向转变;呼应联合国环境署确定的世界环境日主题，形成宣传合力。
