由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

游戏在小学英语教学中有着多方面的重要的作用。

一、 激发兴趣，活跃气氛，吸引注意力

英语的学习不仅仅是记忆、理解、书写，还要能够说出来，能够正确流利地说出来。这是重点也难点。对于初学英语的人来说，更是难上加难。他们往往心理紧张，没有自信，不敢开口。更别说在课后生活中运用了。要攻破这个拦路虎，首先必须给学生一个没有压力的轻松环境，消除内心的紧张与害怕，同时，鼓励他们进行语言交流，在运用语言与其他人互相讲话时，学习的内容会丰富起来，游戏就恰恰能够做到这些。游戏给了学生接近生活，轻松愉快的环境，带给他们描述、表达、说明的欲望，在不知不觉中训练了口语，这些都比学生自己读教材重复教师的话有价值得多。

语言与思维之间存在密切的关系，游戏在联系课本词汇的同时，促使学生准确地表达思想感情，把他们所学的语言词汇合理地组织，适当地安排，准确地表达，这个过程，丰富了他们的词汇，丰富了他们的的感性经验，推动了思维的灵活性、逻辑性的发展。

此外，游戏给了学生想象和思考的空间，激发了他们的想象力和思考能力。如在教学“friendship”时，为了让他们深刻理解记忆这个单词的含义，我采用了画图的游戏，就是把这个单词的意思用画图表示出来。因为“friendship”的概念是抽象的，没有实物可以比拟，这样就不能照猫画虎了。只能凭借自己的脑子去思考去想象。有的学生想象了一个有关友谊的故事，画了一幅漫画，有的想到了恩格斯和马克思的友谊，画了两幅肖像；有的想到了一句古诗“桃花潭水深千尺，不及汪伦送我情”，并且惟妙惟肖地画了出来，以次来体现“friendship”的含义这样，学生们充分发挥了他们的想象和思考的能力，深刻地理解了单词的意义，思维能力也得到了进一步发展。

四、 培养情感，发展能力

在教学中，有趣的游戏活动，可以养成学生热爱生活，开朗乐观的生活态度，能够让学生有机会感受生活的多姿多彩，有机会展现自己的生命活力和丰富想象力，创造力，从而树立自信心和自豪感。在游戏活动中，学生与他人合作交流，使其体验到团结、友爱、互助、荣誉感、责任感，进取心等积极的情感。比如，在角色扮演的游戏中，使其学习表达各种社会角色的情感，在画画游戏中进一步发展了他们的美感，此外，游戏中还存在一个如何协调的问题，如何制定游戏规则和如何违反规则进行处罚的问题，学生们需要自主地讨论和解决这个问题。这个过程中他们的组织能力、协调能力等都得以锻炼，同时这队学生的独立性、正义感都有潜移默化的作用。

failure anything, they want to be successful all the time.

If people change their idea about failure, they can see the positive side.

There is an old saying that failure is the mother of success, which means that

people will learn from failure and make preparation for the success. So failure

is not that hard to face, if people take right attitude towards it, they will

gain success soon.

In a word, failure is not a bad something, it can bring success, only if

people treat it right.

hobbies are very important to a person. without having any hobby, life wont be as colorful as it should be. i have a variety of hobbies, such as collecting stamps, playing musical instruments, reading, and doing sport activities.

when i am free, i will spend time on my hobbies. when i am in a blue mood, i will also do my hobbies to cheer myself up. hobbies can help us improve our moods. many hobbies requires devotion. for eample, when you play a musical instrument, you have to practice over and over in order to perform good music.

after a period if you still enjoy it, gradually it will become a hobby of yours. but, remember: a hobby is like gold under the ground; no hobby will come to you unless you dig it out yourself. if you can treat study as one of you hobbies, learning will be more enjoyable. i hope all of you can find your own hobbies and also have fun from them.

As community volunteers,my classmates and I go to the drop-in centre to help with things of which we are capable every or every other Saturday afternoon.There are many old people and children who are not able to return home temporarily.The old often feel lonely and helpless.So some of us read newspaper for them and chat with them.With the spiritual company,they find everyday filled with happiness.

Some of us play games with the children.

Some help do the cleaning.

People there speak highly of us,saying that we are all obliging.

I feel satisfied that I can be helpful when others are in need.

I hope that more students can join us,since there are still many people who need our help.

The more we contribute,the better our society will become

作为社区志愿者,我和同学们去救助中心帮助的事情,我们可以每一个或每隔一个周六的下午。有许多老人和孩子暂时不能回家。老人经常感到孤独和无助。所以我们中的一些人读报纸给他们并与他们聊天。与精神的公司,他们发现每天都充满了快乐。

我们中的一些人玩游戏的孩子。

帮忙做清洁。

人们赞扬我们,说我们都是乐于助人的。

我感到很满意,我可以帮助别人需要的时候。

我希望更多的学生可以加入我们,因为仍有许多人需要我们的帮助。

As the saying goes, "depend on parents at home, out by friends". Yes, a friend will always help us, they grow in the happy together with us.

Lady cut with the same short hair, but the bang clip together, a quiet, laughing eyes narrowed into a little man who is it? Yes, she is my good friend -- Ye Zichao.

Because live nearly, so often play together, became inseparable friends.

One Saturday, I go with Ye Zichao learn Chinese calligraphy. Originally we are talking and laughing as always together, can the, my depression, without a word. Ye Zichao stopped "whats wrong with you?" "No, nothing." "You cant full me, quick say!" "Well, I tell you. Last week learning interest class, to learn, be scolded by the teacher, I cant." Im going to cry, a BiSuan, tears in her eyes. But she said: "its okay, like to learn calligraphy, there are no pains, no gains! Which teachers dont want their students study well? The teacher is good for you!" I keep back the tears, blinked my eyes a little red. She added: "thats ok, take it easy, a cake, just be careful. Dont be sad, go, go learn Chinese calligraphy."

I was impressed with this thing, because it is a classmate of my concern, concern is a good friend to me. I listened to her, think shes right, which the teacher didnt want their students to learn well, as long as I work hard, will bear fruit.

Look! This is my good friend Ye Zichao. She is so concerned about friends, I wish our friendship last forever...

俗话说，“在家靠父母，出门靠朋友”。没错，朋友会时时帮助我们，她们跟我们一起在快乐中成长。

剪着淑女一样的短发，却把刘海夹起来,一个文文静静，笑起来眼睛却眯成一条缝的人是谁?对，她就是我的好朋友——叶子超。

因为家住得近，所以经常一起玩，成了形影不离的朋友。

一个星期六，我和叶子超一起去学毛笔字。原来我们一起走时总又说又笑，可那次，我闷闷不乐，一言不发。叶子超停下了脚步“你怎么了?”“没，没什么。”“你满不了我的，快说呀!”“好吧，我告诉你。上个星期学兴趣班，没学好，被老师骂了一顿，我真不敢去了。”我快哭了，一阵鼻酸，眼泪到了眼眶里。可她却说：“没事的，就像学毛笔字，有付出才有收获呀!哪个老师不希望自己的学生学习好呢?老师是为你好呀!”我忍住眼泪，眨了眨我那有点儿红的眼睛。 她又说：”没事，放松点儿，一个兴趣班嘛，只要认真点就好了。别难过了，走，学毛笔字去。”

这件事我印象深刻，因为那是同学对我的关心，是一个好朋友对我的关心。我听了她的话，觉得她说的对，哪个老师不希望自己的学生学习好呀，只要我努力，必会结出硕果的。

瞧!这就是我的好朋友叶子超。她是那么关心朋友，真希望我们的友谊永远持续下去......

Most children don’t like to go to school, and they just want to enjoy

freedom and hang out for fun all the time. But when I see some kids studying so

hard and their special skills help them to win applause, I realize that I need

to learn some skills so as to win more freedom in the future.
