本次观摩活动的13节课，每节课都以某一项运动技术为“核心”，在此基础上，开展相应的教学活动，即关注学生的学习兴趣，又使学生学有所获。课程标准将课程性质定义为“体育与健康课程是一门以身体练习为主要手段、以增进中小学生健康为主要目的的必修课程……。”这句话一方面可以理解为身体练习需要技术的学习，另一方面也要理解为掌握了技术后的练习，落脚点在增进中小学生的健康，这应当是“健康第一”在课程性质中的体现。技术的学习可以是有益于增进身体健康的各种技术的学习，习得的技术一方面本身要对健康有益，一方面要能够通过这种技术的练习使健康获益，我认为应当在这个范围之内选择学生所要学习的运动技术，通过练习形成技能。那么在这种理解的基础上，技术教学课也好，综合活动课也好，都要通过身体练习这个途径，达到健康的目的，无论是身体的、心理的还是社会适应的，根据教学任务的不同，身体练习在一节课中体现的程度应有所不同，复杂而带有危险性的器械类活动就不能过分追求生理指标，只能在学生熟练掌握后，才能增加练习量，体育教学是学生获得健康的一种学习，而不能够完全作为途径，我认为这才是科学的体育教学观。低年级小学生不能过分追求技术指标，技术学习在低年级小学生中应是一个模糊的“形”，而非一个具象的“念”，更多的应当让他们“动”起来，对小学低年级学生“过分”追求完美的技术教学是一种形式主义、功利主义，他们的技术标准应当是很好的“做到了”，而非完美的“做好了”。小学低年级学生不能忽视的是习惯、兴趣的培养，并用他们已有的人的基本运动能力来发展其身体素质，促进其健康。水平一《跑的应用》一课可以做为对我这种理解和看法的注解，陈老师没有在教学中过分追求跑的动作，而是让学生跑起来，明白跑的意义。

对于两节舞蹈课的教学，一节是民族舞蹈，一节是现代舞蹈，从技术性角度来讲，没有太复杂的技术，都是人的基本活动能力的综合运用，走、跑、踢、跨、甩腕等等，如果从技术教学的角度来讲，意义不大，但是其具有一定的身体练习意义，所以一定程度上又是符合课程性质的，从学生的兴趣喜好来讲又是受到学生欢迎的，这样的舞蹈在现实中也是可以当作锻炼身体的手段的，在应用程度上，甚至比我们现在教学的某些所谓的正规体育教学内容应用更多。事实上也是如此，据我对晨练所作的观察，绝大多数参加晨练的女同志都在跳各种各样的舞蹈，所以，对于这样的教学内容，首先应该提倡，而不能因为其是“熟练工”，技术性不强而冷眼相视。其次，通过教学一方面不仅让学生熟练舞蹈动作，一方面必须让学生逐步具备编排一些简单舞蹈的能力，这种能力才是学生终身健康所需要的。

五、正确理解技术教学，提高学生技能水平

上面我谈到，13节课都以技术作为支撑，围绕这些技术的学习和练习展开教学。要让学生掌握什么样的技术呢，要把技术掌握到何种程度呢?学校体育教学不同于竞技运动，教学的首要目的是学习，是健康，不是挑战项目极限，对于体育教学来讲，我们仍然要遵循课标的要求，这一点必须区别于竞技体育。我认为学生要掌握三类技术，一类是实用性技术，能够在生活中运用，如跑、跳、投、滚翻、游泳等;一类是功能性技术，用以提高身体的各种素质，如立定跳远、仰卧起坐、俯卧挺身等;一类是健身娱乐性技术，如各种球类、游泳等。还有一类技术，目的纯粹是为体育欣赏，如铅球、蹲踞式起跑等，我们应该去了解感受，而不是完全掌握。需要掌握的三类技术，我们不能单独强调或者忽视任何一类，他们都是身体练习的手段，都是增进健康的途径。13节课中，跑的应用、障碍跑应为第一类的代表，立定跳远、双杠应为第二类的代表，排球应为第三类的代表。除此之外13节课中没有体育欣赏类的技术教学，在观摩教学中也不是十分必要拿来展示。所以我认为，在要掌握的三类技术之外，其它的技术教学可以由教师教给学生了解和尝试，也可以抛弃不要，不在课堂进行教学，让学生课下了解也行。

六、深析教材，准确把握教学内容特点

从技术教学的角度来讲，本次观摩课技术教学的层次性和对老师对所教教材的把握我认为不是十分理想，有一种功夫在诗外的感觉，有些教学未及考评学生的学习情况就匆匆结束主要内容的教学转而做其它，过多的把精力用在了其它的目标领域，急于在一节课中展现教师对课标理解的诸多方面，这样就蚕食掉了必要的巩固练习。有些老师的教学比较突兀，比如球类的新授内容只是经过老师的一讲解，一示范学生就会了，直接就进入到巩固练习中，诱导练习、引导练习、尝试练习的步骤都没有，更别说教师对教材重点和难点的认识在教学中体现了。造成这样的情况，一方面有“作秀”的成份存在，但是深层次反映出的确是教师对教材的理解和把握，场面虽然好看，最能体现教师教学水平的“教”却成了一个“空心”。我认为这一点我们郑州市的《双杠》教学就做得比较好，实打实的教学，心无旁骛，无论是教师的示范，还是教师的指导，都看出教师对教材的精确理解，学生学习到哪一个动作，教师都会及时提示和示范正确动作，体现出教师对教材重难点的把握已经烂熟于胸，多种指导和练习手段，又解决了这些问题，所以，技术教学应以这节课为最好。白璧微瑕，只是在最后的游戏抑或是放松活动时教材安排欠妥，表现为学生活动时比较单调，三个组相距太远，缺乏一种竞争的气氛，人均动作次数少，肢体运动不充分。

七、新兴运动，做好改造，使其适合体育教学的特点

本次观摩活动有一节源自于拓展运动的“信任后倒”，教师试图达成心理和社会适应目标，教师从平地后倒，高台后到，教师示范激励，学生分层在不同高台后倒，合作学习等几个方面，充分体现了新课标、新理念对体育教学的要求，教学场面活跃。拓展游戏一方面具有团队合作、心理训练的内容，另一方面是自我挑战的内容，其某些方面适合心理和社会适应的目标，但是大多数的拓展项目运动引入到体育课堂教学时，应当改造为适合体育教学特点的内容。
