Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

别人都说我做事很有原则，但最近我却放弃了自己的原则，让周围的人同我一起分享自己的心情。他们都疑虑我整天无忧无虑，写的博文却如此伤感，会不会隐藏着什么呢? 其实，我也不知道为何会是这样，很多时候我真的很希望自己可以从心底开心，可是现实就是这般残酷，很多东西都事与愿违。不过，最近的“门户开放”让我懂得人与人之间需要很好的沟通，也真的很感激那群死党，至少他们让我知道我是生活在有爱的世界里。

俗世红尘，很多故事，自以为惊天动地，在别人眼里却是云淡风轻；很多事情，以为轰轰烈烈，蓦然回首却是过眼云烟。茫茫人海中，不是因为错过那美丽的邂逅，而是不知道怎么去选择。看过外面的世界才明白，原来我只一只是放得很远的风筝，而那头的线还由父母紧紧的牵着。从远离家乡的那刻起，不经意地眉宇间就多了好些沉重的东西，也许那是对人生的迷惘和对未来的不知所措。

走进大学，便开始了人生新的旅程。四年的时间足够让我成长，可那些渐渐远去的故事却无法追回，也许现在能够做的，就是多学知识、学好专业，将来可以给予别人也给予自己幸福。经过一次停留的经过,沉默一场喧嚣的沉默，也许曾经碰触过幸福，如今已化作太多的牵绊。时光永不停息的向前奔走，有人离开，有人靠近，伫立在时间的旋涡之中，唯有怀抱一份坦然。

感谢，一直都想对陪伴我的人道声感谢。一路走来，是他们让我明白了即使是天使也需要有人守护，是他们让懂得生活无需美丽的簇拥，只要一份平淡。在生活的阅历中，我学会了放弃固执，而追求一份真实；不抱怨拳头太小，而享受掌心的快乐、自由，很多很多……

How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

暑假有来了。我很高兴我能忘掉学校至少一段时间。免得我我浪费了这个暑假,我做了一个计划如何度过我的暑假。首先,我认为我应该复习所有我的老师一学期教的那些东西,这样我就可以有更好的理解。然后我想我应该参加一些不同形式的运动,如散步、跑步划船、让我身体强壮。它的原看在这样的一个很好的计划,我应该好好利用我的休假。事实上我也这么 做了,因此我没有辜负了我的计划。
