不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推着，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢？妈妈说：煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋陷软。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后和以前一样用勺子轻轻的推着。

我们去滑雪那天，天有点阴，但不是很冷。一大早就起床坐车来到了莲青山。靠近山时，远远地就看到了白茫茫一片，哇，好白好美啊。待车一停，我和伙伴们就慌忙下了车，像火箭一般直窜到买票口。带着兴奋心情去买票，领雪仗、学鞋、还有滑板，一切准备就绪之后，进入了滑雪场地。我们来得还算早，雪地还没有几个人呢，到我们大显身手时刻了。穿上雪鞋，踏上滑板，收纳雪仗，双手使劲，看我滑起来了。小伙伴们有不会滑，往上滑时，由于没用好劲，滑板带着人还往上落了。我们不认输，滑下来了，我们不怕，继续用力往上爬。终于差不多到了雪地中央了，我们决定一起往下滑一次，看好底下没人，纵身一跃，滑下去了，看着自己能滑起来，别提有多高兴。可就在这时，由于我不会停下来，嘭，一下子摔倒了。哎呀，可疼死了，可滑雪哪有不摔倒了，摔了才能学会嘛。拍拍手，扶着雪仗起来了，又开始往上滑。从别人滑也学到了刹住滑板窍门——把脚往中间合。一次我不滑下来了，双脚一合，哈哈，停下来了，太有成就感。有了一次成功之后，我大胆多了，往上走得更高了，往下滑不怕了，把身子一弯，还能减速呢滑越来越好。看着身边小伙伴，他们一会摔倒，一会爬起来，看得我直哈哈大笑，我还当起了小老师，教给他们滑雪敲门，如何停住，如何减速让滑雪滑更稳。真快，刚刚滑起劲，就要不舍得离开了。

每年的正月十五我都会吃上好吃的汤圆，可今年吃汤圆却吃出了一件新鲜事!

十五这天一大早，姥姥就去市场买来袋装汤圆和散装汤圆两种，以前姥姥都只买袋装汤圆，我觉得很奇怪就问：“姥姥，你怎么买了两种汤圆呢?”姥姥笑着说：“袋装汤圆是煮着吃的，散装汤圆是炸着吃的，今天我给你做炸汤圆，怎么样啊?”“太好了，太好了，我还没吃过炸汤圆呢?”我开心地跳了起来。

姥姥把汤圆放到桌子上，对我说：“汤圆买回来之前是冻在冰柜里的，我们要让它先解一下冻，等汤圆有点变软之后用牙签在每个汤圆上扎两个小孔，才能放锅里炸。”我有些不明白了：“为什么要在汤圆上扎小孔呢?”

姥姥一边在每个汤圆上扎小孔一边说：“因为汤圆放到油锅里受热会膨胀，如果不扎小孔让汤圆里面的热空气排出来，汤圆会很容易在油锅里爆炸，就会溅到人的脸上，手上，很危险的。扎了小孔，汤圆受热膨胀，热气会从小孔排出去，炸汤圆的人就会避免受伤了!”太有意思啦，姥姥咱们快炸汤圆吃吧!”我已经迫不及待地想要吃炸汤圆了。

姥姥系好围裙，往平底锅里倒上油，打开火，等油烧热了把汤圆一个一个放进锅里，不一会汤圆就开始变大，变成金黄色，果然没有一个炸开的，香味弥漫了整个厨房，我的口水都要流出来了。

姥姥将炸好的汤圆捞出来盛到盘子里，叮嘱我说：“汤圆虽然好吃，但是不能多吃，因为吃多了不容易消化，还有得等汤圆凉一下再吃，因为刚出锅的太烫了，会烫伤你的小嘴巴的!”我忍不住夹了一个放到嘴巴里，炸汤圆真是太好吃了，比煮的汤圆还酥脆香甜呢!

岁月的钟声敲开了虎年的大门，新的一年来到了。今年爷爷奶奶舅妈姐姐都在我家过年，我准备开一个新年音乐会欢迎他们。

为了要把寒假生活的丰富多彩，杨老师要求每位同学去回民街品尝陕西的特色小吃，感受古城西安深厚的文化底蕴。

这天阳光明媚，我和妈妈便来到这西安著名的美食文化街区——回民街。回民街的街区由北广济街、北院门、西羊市、大皮院、化觉巷、洒金桥等数条街道组成。街道两旁大量的美食店铺，有近300多种特色小吃，每样都让人垂涎三尺，欲罢不能。我和妈妈是从北广济街进去拐到西羊市，再转到大皮院，最后再拐到北院门街。现在就让我由南向北开始陕西特色美食之旅吧。

走到这里我已经吃的很饱了，可回民街却只逛了一小半。妈妈又买了一杯”酸梅汤“递给我说：”喝了消消食“。说起这酸梅汤在回民街也算是一道特色美食饮品，它颜色黑紫、口味酸甜很好喝。再往前走还有很多有名小吃如： 定家小酥肉、刘纪孝腊牛肉、老米家泡馍 老铁家胡辣汤 东南亚甑糕、红红酸菜炒米、等，虽然还有这么多好吃的而我只能过过眼瘾了。我们边走边看，还不时地去询问当地一些美食的做法和典故。

通过这次美食体验，不仅让我过了足嘴瘾而且更加深了对回民街历史的了解。心想今后我要多出去走走看看，用自己的双眼去观察和发现我们古城西安的美，并用自己的语言和行动去传播这种美，让全世界都能感受到我们古城西安魅力不仅是食美、城美、这里的人更美。

Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do. On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax. And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself. I went to swim on Sunday, although I didn’t swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. I also played with my mother. She couldn’t swim so I taught her. I sometimes played a trick on her. I had a good time there.

This week I didn’t do many wonderful things. I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st. It was easy and we all got good marks. On July 4th, I went to school to learn, because I will be a junior three student soon. We would have to learn some lessons in advance. The weather was very hot. But I didn’t feel that learning lessons was boring. Some teachers are new. They are good I think, although they are all looked strict. And the lessons were not too bad. This week was the beginning of this summer holiday, but it was really typical

This week I mostly stayed at home and did some homework. Last Saturday HP6 had just come out. And many Harry Potter fans went to buy it. I did’t buy it because it was too expensive, but I downloaded it on the Internet. It was in English. Many people went on translating as soon as the book came out. I also took part in it and became a part of the translating group. From this group, I first realized that my English was so poor. I needed to look up in the dictionary all the time. It was really troublesome. But I withheld and withheld. I had translated many paragraphs. I was the youngest among the translators, but I didn’t feel there was much pressure. This work was hard but I really felt happy. We had already finished nearly 20 chapters

I went to the Forest Park with my old friend this Thursday. Although it was hot, we had a wonderful time there. We played a lot, such as corsair, bumper cars, Arabian Flying Blanket and so on. We felt excited indeed. That day was also my friend’s birthday. I bought a comic strip for her because she likes cartoon very much. She also invited me to her new flat to play. At last she gave me a heart made of crystal. She really moved me. On Sunday afternoon our translating group had finally finished all chapters! I was really excited. Although our translation was not very fluent and nice, even a little abrupt, it was our outcome. It was our effort. When I saw my name on the heroic translator list, I was really proud of myself.

On Monday the typhoon had gone. Luckily it was not hurricane. And it had only been here for 2 days. Also after this typhoon, not many people lost their lives. On Saturday I finally finished my second learning. Some students were very happy because we finished all summer learning. But some students sighed because of the heavy homework. I wasn’t sad and wasn’t happy, either. I just know we have been junior three students. We must work hard to enter a good senior high school and pave the way for the future. So heavier homework, shorter holiday and more study are all a must.
