上体育课时，前后滚翻、俯卧撑、仰卧起坐等垫上运动的项目，做动作时要严肃认真，不能打闹，以免扭伤。参加篮球、足球等项目的训练时，要学会保护自己，也不要在争抢中蛮干而伤及他人。在这些争抢激烈的运动中，自觉遵守竞赛规则对于安全是很重要的。要在老师的指导下正确使用体育器材，不要乱使用。
