说到端午节包粽子，还有怎么一个传说。公元前340年，爱国诗人、楚国大夫屈原，面临亡国之痛，于五月五日，悲愤地怀抱大石投汩罗江。为了不使鱼虾损伤他的躯体，人们纷纷把竹筒装米投入江中。以后，为了表示对屈原的崇敬和怀念，每到这一天，人们便竹筒装米，投入祭奠，这就是我国最早的粽子——“筒粽的由来。到晋代“筒粽”又被称为粽子也有祈福的寓意。

去年端午节我也体验了一次包粽子的乐趣。那天我来到大姑家，一进大门就看见地上都是大大小小的盆，里面装着各种各样的食材和绿绿的叶子。我好奇地问：“大姑，这些都是干什么的呀?”大姑笑着对我说：“今天是端午节，这些都是包粽子的原材料呀!”“我也包!我也包!”看我那兴奋劲大姑便一口答应了。

只见大姑从一个大盆里拿出了两片粽叶，一叠就成了一个“小漩涡”，往里面放上两勺糯米，几个蜜枣，又来回折了几下，一个精致小巧的粽子就包好了。我兴致勃勃地拿了两片粽叶照猫画虎地包起来，左边折一下，右边叠一下，折来折去，终于叠成了一个歪七扭八的像是受伤了似的“小漩涡”，接着往里面放上了两勺糯米，几个蜜枣，把剩余的叶子往圆筒上一盖，便系上了丝线。哎?怎么馅露出来了?白白的糯米就像淘气的小孩子不老实地探出头来，好像对这个“新家”不是很满意。我使劲把粽叶往左拽拽，“小淘气”又在右面露出来。这下可怎么办呢?我的粽子“露馅”了。我望着盆里的粽叶忽然有了主意。我又拿了几片叶子左一片，右一片的把露出来的糯米包了起来。现在小小的粽子就像穿上了一件厚厚的绿棉衣，胖胖的非常可爱。

粽子下锅了，我指着锅里的一个最大，最胖的粽子故意说：“这个粽子最大，一定馅最多，一会儿谁都不许跟我抢。”开饭了，大姑打开那个最大的粽子，剥了一层又一层，边剥边说：“哎?这个粽子是谁包的?怎么只有叶子没有馅呢?”我听了笑着对大姑说：“这个粽子是我包的，因为老露馅，所以我又给它包了一层又一层的棕叶，但是我好像放糯米了，有可能它“逃走了。”一家子人听了我的解释都哈哈大笑起来。家人们围坐在一起吃着美味的粽子心里像吃了蜜一样，怪不得勤劳的蜜蜂有蜜吃呢!

端午节除了包粽子，还有其他的风俗。如赛龙舟、带香囊、系五彩丝线等，你应该没想到，这个普普通通的传统节日——端午节竟隐藏着这么多有趣的风俗吧!中国的传统节日真是丰富多彩呀!他就像一座巨大的宝库，还有许许多多的传统节日等着我们去寻找呢!

Everyone always has a good Sunday. On Sundays, everybody does some things what he like.

Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. And he sang songs very loudly. Though it’s very relaxing for him, it also make very noisy for neighbors. Maybe he should turn down the music. At noon, jack fed his pet cat henry. trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two

computer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make

electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the

New Year is the biggest festival for Chinese people. After about half a

month, there is a traditional festival, it is the Lantern Festival, which is

also important. The first round moon day in the New Year is special. People

The coming of Lantern Festival is various. Some people said that it is

related with Buddha. When the Buddhas meditated, they need light in front of

them, so the light can drive away monster for people. Today, in some areas,

attention to remind this tradition.

There are many activities on Lantern Festival, and the most traditional

据说，赛龙舟是为了纪念楚国大诗人——屈原的：屈原生活在春秋时代的战国时期，那时，七个皇帝各镇守一方，分别是：楚国、燕国、秦国、鲁国、齐国、魏国、赵国。其中，北方的秦国最为强大，虎视眈眈地想吞并其它六国，想成为中华民族的霸王，屈原推兼楚国与齐国合并攻击秦国，但是，昏庸的楚王不但不听的屈原劝告，还把屈原逐出楚国。最后，楚国被秦国消亡了。屈原不任心看见楚国人民流离失所，就在农历五月初五胸中抱着沉甸甸的大石头跳到旧罗江自尽了。楚国人民听到这个消息后难以置信，纷纷划着小船去救他，又害怕旧罗江中小鱼伤害屈原的尸骨，所以，楚国人民用小竹筒装满糯米饭菜，希望江中小鱼不要伤害屈原的尸骨而吃楚国人民做的糯米饭菜。故事就是这样一代一代流传下来的。

赛龙舟需要队员们同心协力、奋力拼搏才能划得快，它宏扬了我们中华民族的优良传统美德，也发扬了我们中华民族的美好精神。

Most westerners always celebrate Christmas Day as their major festival, in order to memorialize Jesus.During that time, they always have several days off, so they can enjoy this festival with all their hearts.The children often get together with their friends.The adults are busy with decorating their houses.They also send the postcards with their best wishes to each other. In the streets, there are so many Fathers Christmas sending presents to the passers-by.And everything is on a discount in the supermarkets.Thus the supermarkets are the busiest places.

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives， they give us all their love and care， but never expect anything in return. As long as they are there， we do not feel any difficulties， because they are always in front of our shelter， preventing us from difficulties and danger. In order to make our lives better， learn better， they do everything they can to create the best conditions for us， but ignore their own needs. 一大早起来，就见外婆在准备食材，妈妈在洗粽叶。我过去帮妈妈洗粽叶，我边洗边问妈妈：“妈妈，粽叶用的是那种叶子呢?”

”有的是用箬叶，还有的是用苇叶。”妈妈回答

“哦!”虽然我嘴上说“哦”，但是不知道箬叶和苇叶是哪种叶子

说着说着粽叶就洗好了同时，外婆也把食材准备好了。食材有糯米、红豆、香姑、肉等等。所有准备本工作都完成了

接下来就是包粽子了。首先把粽卷成一个有盖子的三角体，放入食材，不要多也不要少，盖上盖子，最后再裹一层粽叶，用绳子捆着，蒸一蒸，接着就是等待了。

午饭时间，粽子蒸好了，我顾不上烫，挑了一个最大的粽子，大口大口地吃了起来，一个吃完再来一个，百吃不腻，要不是吃得肚子像个皮球，我还要接着吃。

这一天的食物几乎是粽子，因为粽子想既可当主食，又可当甜点，这就是我们家乡端午节的习俗之一———吃粽子。

中国有许多传统文化，我来说说端午节吧。

每当农历五月初五，是中华民族的传统节日端午节，端午节的习俗是吃粽子。

每当端午节时，奶奶就手忙脚乱地开始包粽子，奶奶从市场里买回粽叶，然后，放在水池里泡几个小时，再用热水泡一下，然后，拿来小凳子和擦布，坐下来慢慢地一张张地把粽叶洗得干干净净，洗完了以后，奶奶把糯米放在脸盆里，放上温水，也要泡几个小时。奶奶知道我和妈妈喜欢吃赤豆粽，奶奶早就准备好了小红豆。

开始包粽子了，一张张粽叶很听话地在奶奶手中使过来，使过去，奶奶拿着粽叶一裹就好像畚斗一样，一手托住粽叶，一手把糯米放在“畚斗”里，再用力按一按，然后把粽叶盖住畚斗，成了一个四角形的，上面尖尖的有三个角，然后，奶奶捏住粽子，用一根绳子一头咬在嘴里，一手绕着粽子，在上面打一个结，就完成了。我也在凑着热闹，帮奶奶五个一串是白米粽，六个一串是赤豆粽，系在一起，在再轻轻地放在箩里。
