Since I went to high school, my parents moved to the city that was near my

school. Moving to the new environment meant I had to give up a lot of things,

低碳生活的悄然兴起，是全新的文明生活方式，它代表着更健康，更自然，更安全，同时也是一种低成本，低代价上网的生活方式。我们的举手之举，就可以影响地球上万千生物的生存状况，何乐而不为呢。直到今天，人类受到的大自然的惩罚已经够多了，我们应该做的就是从自己做起，开始保护唯一的家园。开始低碳生活吧，懒惰的人学会用完电器拔下插头，爱吃肉的人也开始习惯多吃点瓜果蔬菜，没有必要就用出去运动或进行一些自然的活动来代替整天上网…

UNEP发表了一份报告，对个人采取“低碳生活方式”提出了多项建议：

1、用传统的发条式闹钟代替电子钟，这可以每天减少大约48g的CO2排放量。

2、用传统牙刷替代电动牙刷可减少48gCO2排放量。

3、把在电动跑步机上45分钟的锻炼改为到附近公园慢跑，可减少将近1公斤的CO2排放量。

4、不用洗衣机甩干衣物，而是让其自然晾干，可以进少2.3公斤CO2排放量。

5、在午餐休息时间和下班后及时关闭电脑主机和显示器，可以将这些电器的CO2排放量减少三分之一。

6、改用节水型淋浴喷头，不仅可以节水，还可以把三分钟热水淋浴所导致的CO2排放量减少一半。

有些人，为了天更蓝，水更清，人们的生活更美好，始终奋斗在环保最前线。我们可能还没有做好参与的准备，但从身边小事做起还是不过分的，就从现在，开始我们的低碳生活吧！你的一个小小的举动就可以改变未来……

我们可以做的其他减碳行动：

1、电灯、电脑、空调……任何电器一旦不用了，应随手关掉。

2、手机一旦充电完成，立即拔掉充电插头。

3、开车出门购物的人，请有计划购物，尽可能一次购足。

4、多步行、骑自行车，乘坐轻轨或地铁。

5、多用电子邮件，MSN等即时通讯工具，少用打印机和传真机。

weeks ago ,I had a military training . Many students think military training is not only boring but also terrible .but I don‘t think so .In my opinion ,military training life is wonderful .At first ,I‘m afraid of joining military training ,at that time ,I think military training is scaring ,but I have to take part in it ,because I‘m a student .I have to obey the school regulations .But in fact ,we are wrong,military training is cold .but at the same time ,military training also brings happiness for us.For example , in our spare time ,the commander taught us singing songs,or had a singing match with other classes .On September third ,we had a match with Class Five . First ,one of the girls from Class Five sang songs ,she sang very well,I thought . Next, other students also performed the programmes ,some sang ,some dancd ,and another students told jokes . Finally ,our class won the first prize ,the other class‘ students are also very happy ,although they failed in the match .All in all ,all of us were very happy .What a happy day it was ! Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

is time to be off work and find the way to release their pressure, such as

KTV.

Spending the time with friends and families is always a good way to enjoy

our time. No matter what kind of difficulties we face, when we recall of these

happy moments, we will have motivation to move on. We cant choose everything we

want, but we can adjust ourselves to the environment and keep the good mood.

怀着兴奋的心情，我们出发前往厦门科技馆参观研学。

1个多小时的车程，我们说说笑笑，分享零食，感觉很快就到达目的地——厦门科技馆。大伙跟着老师井然有序地进入了科技馆，空气炮、神奇小屋、镜子迷宫……科技馆里的每一个项目都很神奇，蕴含着很多的科学奥妙。我和小伙伴兴奋地一一体验，感受着科技的魅力。对了，不得不提的还有4D电影，那逼真的效果真是令人惊叹，仿佛身临其境。发明这些科技产品的人可真厉害啊，我想他们一定是很善于观察生活，善于思考的人。

时间过得真快呀，转眼就到下午了，同学们都依依不舍地上了大巴车，准备回程了！返程路上，大伙儿还在探讨着今天学习到的科学知识。

这次研学活动，我学到很多科学方面的知识，对那些发明者更加赞叹不已，我们伟大的祖国真的人才济济啊！我以后要更加努力学习，为祖国的繁荣昌盛做出贡献！

New year is coming.Spring festival is the most important festival in China.Besides celebrating it,Id like to make some new year resolutions.

First,I need to improve my English in 2009,especially to practice speaking.Maybe I can ask my English teacher to help with my oral English.

Also,I want to work hard at computer science.Because I am interestd in computer.And if I want to be a computer programmer in the future,I need to devote more time on it.

In the end,I will do more exercise this new year to keep healthy.I like basketball very much,so I can play basketball with my friends to become healthier.

Now, the summer holiday is coming to the end. I really spend a rich but happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday, because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the holiday, I study at home to finish my homework. There are many tasks I have to finish. Besides, I have to go to the English and mathtraining class, because I am weak inthe two subjects. Therefore, I need some extra training. After that, I visit to my father with my mother. My father works in other province and I have not seen him for half a year. My mother and I miss him very much. We spend near a month with him.When my father is free, he often takes us go out. We are happy together.

就拿现在人手一部的智能手机来说，多少年前手机还未普及，出产的也仅仅是单位体积质量巨大的“大哥大”，它的主要功能也就只有打电话，而且携带也十分的不方便。现在呢?下到几岁的小孩，大到八九十岁的老年人都能够简单的使用智能手机。手机的功能也变得十分强大，玩游戏、看书、看新闻......更能一应俱全，真可谓是“一机在手，天下我有”。从悄然发展，信号甚至刚开始时还不是特别的稳定到现在全球大部分的地区都几乎覆盖上，人们使用也随之变得更加方便。人们更加依赖手机的强大功能，它慢慢地变成人们日常生活中的一部分。正式因为科技的发展，才有了智能手机的诞生，只能手机改变生活，科技改变生活。

说到智能手机，就不得不提到互联网了。在这个大数据时代，互联网的存在使整个地球成为一个巨大的“网状物”，将人们的生活的方方面面联系在一块儿，时事及时播报，往往顺着“一条线”延伸过去，就是另外一番天地，仅仅通过互联网仿佛就能与整个世界“相知相识”，做到即便足不出户，也可以通过互联网轻易知晓天下事。也正是因为这种联系，人们的日常生活就这么被联系起来，社会也随之联系起来。若是从前，谈何做到?正是因为科技的发展并且切实地运用到实际生活中，才能有如此盛况，是科技改变了生活。

有了互联网开辟的道路，电商也随之兴起，从跑到实体店购买所需要的商品到现在，呆在家，拿起手机刷刷点点，挑选到满意的商品，就可以直接上线交易支付，接着什么也不用再做，只需要待在家里等快递员“叩叩”的敲门声就可以了。这这极大的方便了人们的生活，也改变了人们的生活习惯。从一定要外出购物，到居家挑选心仪的商品，，等待送货上门，不得不说是一种非常大的改变。

总而言之，正是因为科技的发展进步，人们的生活方式也随之改变，人们的物质生活越来越讲究精致，为了适应人们的需求，科技也在不断地进步，二者相互影响，科技改变了生活，人们从中获益。

光阴似箭，日月如梭。不知不觉，现在已是21世纪了，科学在飞速发展，人们生化水平也提高了。现在，在大城市，差不多家家户户都拥有一台爱不释手的东西那就是电脑。自从我家有了电脑，可以说是发生了翻天覆地的变化，且听我慢慢道来。

我现在已是一个初中生了，在学习这方面也少不了这个好帮手网络。以前只要老师布置一个查资料的作业，我不是要跑到书店去寻找答案就是在家翻很多书，有时不仅还查不到呢。唉!真是太麻烦了。而现在呢?可就与众不同啦!每次老师叫我们查找课外资料，我只要轻轻松松运用电脑，鼠标一按，键盘一打，就很快能查到了，多么快捷呀!这样，不仅提高了学习效率，还让我们熟悉了电脑。多么方便呀!瞧，网络改变了我的生活，让我生活在一个方便快捷的世界里!

三年级的时候，妈妈为了让我提高写作水平，不仅买了许多的书，还在作文网上为我注册了一个用户。从此，我可以在网上发表文章，写日志，发图片，与各地的同学交流写作方法。作文网上经常举办一些写作活动，如每月的征文、PK赛如果你在这些比赛中得到前三名，就能获得一份精美的礼物。我也很积极参加这些活动，从以前到现在，我参加过许多话题作文：创新、冬天、运动会、趣事也曾拿到过礼物，这不，上次的话题作文创新，我又拿到了第一名!在这些活动中，我不仅提高了写作水平，结交了朋友，还获得了许多乐趣。瞧，网络改变了我的生活，让我生活得多姿多彩!

在当今这个科技十分发达的时代，许多伟大的发明家发明了各种高科技产品，如：可穿戴的智能设备、人工智能机器人、3D打印机……而手机，也是高科技产品中的 “一员”。

如今，几乎每个人都有属于自己的手机，有的喜欢在网上查找各种所需的资料，有的喜欢用手机看各种视频，还有的喜欢在网上购买自己所需的物品……手机的优点很多，但手机有个最鲜明的特点，那就是----它是一个电话机。如果在古代就有手机的话，那么王安石还会写“春风又绿江南岸，明月何时照我还”这句诗吗？ 他只需要在思念故乡的时候给家里人打个电话，报个平安，并可以跟家人聊聊最近发生的趣事。虽然相隔千里，但时时能听到乡音；如果在古代就有手机的话，李白也就不会“举头望明月，低头思故乡”了，王维也同样就不会抒发“独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲”的浓浓思乡之情了。

有人可能不禁会问：电话机不是在民国时期就有了吗？那么在民国时期就可以打电话，基本没有了用飞鸽传书、人力传信等耗时间的方法了，但为什么还要设计一个跟以前不一样的手机呢？直接用民国时期的电话机不就好了吗？可不，是高科技改变了我们的生活，改变了我们传统思维！

在以前，人们购买东西都要亲自去商店，精挑细选，费时又费力，而现在，人们只用在手机上下载一个淘宝，就可以在网上购买，不管是东南西北哪里的东西，只要在淘宝上下了单，就有人把货帮你送达，既能买到自己心仪的商品，又能节省时间，何乐而不为？手机里有一个更便利的软件是：微信。微信可以语音、视频通话，出去时只需带把手机，买东西时微信扫一扫，就可以付款，真的是十分方便。

当然，世间万物，没有一项东西是十全十美的，手机也不例外！比如：便捷小巧的手机会对我们人类造成近视、会让一些自控力低的人沉迷于此……但是我相信，在这个人才辈出的时代，一定会有人能把手机变得更加完美，一定能发明出更多更好的高科技，给我们带来更大的帮助，让人类享受更美好、更幸福的日子！
