时代的飞速进展为我们带来的便利，将我们的生活分成无数碎片。有时我们会觉得这种碎片化的生活方式很好，但有些时刻我们便又会怀念当初虽然繁琐却又能感觉到生活乐趣的时候。都市的节奏将我们原本一体的生活犹如打碎一面铜镜一般四分五裂，每一块都不相同，每一块碎片的棱角也各不相同。这时我们该停下脚步想想这样的生活方式真的是我们想要的吗？

现在的我们享受着碎片化生活带来的便利，但终有一天将会受到从它不圆润的棱角所带来的伤。

如今的生活像是穿上了一件鲜艳的衣裳，变得愈加绚烂多姿，那是因为科技悄然渗透到了我们的生活点滴当中，如影随形。  其实，科技改变着我们的生活，随着时代的发展，科技越来越完善，虽然它不能回到过去，却能塑造一个崭新的未来，就像知识改变我们一样！

过去，每过天气酷热的时候，即使家境富有的人也只能浸在凉水里散热，或是手不停地揺着蒲扇，嘴里不时地喊着“热死我了，热死我了。”现在就算炎热的酷暑，我们只要打开风扇或空调，人就感到非常清凉舒服；过去人们做饭.炒菜都是烧柴火，烟雾缭天，而现在厨房里既卫生又舒服；过去人们劳动之余，人们无所去，而现在有的人打开电视观看电视节目，消磨消磨时间。有的人去卡拉OK去K歌，放松放松自己，要么去叫上几个好友在家时品品茶，真是一件幸福的事。

过去，人们想去哪里，都得靠自己两条腿走着去。而现在，不管什么时候出门，不是骑摩托车，就是自己开着私家车飞奔在公路上，真是无所不能。

再说说与我们形影不离的手机，以前要了解千里之外的信息，要靠别人一个传一个，可如今，不管在世界的哪个角落，只要你在网上一传，各地的人都能看到，而且迅速又便捷，手机不仅可以上网，还可以看电视，玩游戏.....

科技给我们带来了方便说也说不尽，道也道不完。等长大了，我要为自己的国家，出自己的一份力量，让自己的祖国更加美好。

New year is coming.Spring festival is the most important festival in China.Besides celebrating it,Id like to make some new year resolutions.

First,I need to improve my English in 2009,especially to practice speaking.Maybe I can ask my English teacher to help with my oral English.

Also,I want to work hard at computer science.Because I am interestd in computer.And if I want to be a computer programmer in the future,I need to devote more time on it.

In the end,I will do more exercise this new year to keep healthy.I like basketball very much,so I can play basketball with my friends to become healthier.

在现代社会中，你还可以想象的出自己花上一两个小时等车坐车，而在这期间什么事都不做的样子吗？毫无疑问，这将是一件相当困难的事，因为我们生活在以快节奏为主基调的世界带来的碎片化生活中。

所谓碎片化生活，将生活从原本的“大块”变成“碎片”，这样，我们能做的事就变多了，浪费的时间就少了，这看上去是一件有百利而无一害的举措，但事实并非如此。以阅读为例，一种是静下心来，花上一个下午乃至一天的时间，细细品味，细细咀嚼的阅读，一种是在忙里偷闲时，拿出手机来读几个字，看几句话，然后又匆匆忙忙地去做毫无关联的另一件事，这这两种阅读方式的效果差异想必不用我来阐述，大部分人应该都是可以理解第一种方式要优越许多，但事实上，还有多少人能做到呢？长此以往，碎片化生活带来的弊端将无法弥补，这将会成为一个永远的遗憾。

当然，我也不可能一味否认碎片化的生活方式，因为其优点同样明显。毫无疑问，现代社会的主基调是快节奏，每个人都过着匆忙的生活，能够随心所欲使用的时间其实并不多，相反，我们需要做的事却堆积成山，所以我们利用起碎片的时间去阅读，去购物，去社交，去做那些本来会花费我们大半天的事，其结果是我们确实达到了节省时间和增加效率的目的。

碎片化的生活既不是魔鬼也不是天使，它只是一种手段，一种方式，究竟是通过这种方式来提高生活质量还是降低其品质，关键在于如何利用。以学生为例，早上起来洗漱和吃早饭时背几个单词，上学坐车时看几个公式，课间时读几句诗词，午休时完成部分作业，放学路上回顾一天所学，睡觉前读一段时间的经典，这样既避免了碎片化阅读的弊端，又节省了许多时间。若是善用碎片化的生活方式，便能在不经意间为自己的生活积累起通往成功的一块块瓦砖，无论是公司职员，教师，商人，甚至政治家都是如此。

任何事物都有两面性，我们应该正视其弊端，但同时尽可能将其正面积极地一面发挥出来吗，碎片化生活也是如此，所谓扬长避短就是这个道理。
