我这个学期就要升初二了，我有一个新计划。我想开始放学后跑步。我不是很高，我想通过锻炼来让自己长高。我计划每天在操场的跑道上跑两天，那就是800米。我希望这学期我能长更高。跑步也有益健康，我喜欢跑步。
