暑假里，爸爸、妈妈带我去青岛游玩。青岛可好玩呢!不信你听我讲。

我们第一站去“海底世界”看那里的鱼儿，五颜六色，形态各异，真惹人喜爱。有紫色的、有白色的、有黄色的。有白色和黄色相间的，有蓝色和紫色相间的，还有一条墨黑墨黑的。我最喜欢紫色和蓝色相间的鱼，它的尾巴像燕子的尾巴一样，比身子还要大，游来游去，高贵极了!这一条黄色和白色相间的鱼，游的时候像仙女下凡一样美丽。那一条墨黑墨黑的鱼，从很远的地方望过去，就像一朵朵乌云在飘动。还有一条全身雪白的鱼，可他的头上好像戴了一顶红帽子一样，红的如火。人们都在迫不及待地把照相机拿出来拍照。

第二站我们去了海边，青岛美在房子。也许你要问，房子有什么美的?可青岛的房子与众不同，很别致。尖顶的、圆顶的、斜坡的，式样绝不雷同;再配上各种颜色------粉白、蛋黄、浅绿、咖啡等色，越发显得小巧可爱。从高处俯视，在一大片绿中，这儿有一个红色房面，哪儿镶嵌着一个白色小阳台，它们巧妙地点缀着丛丛的绿，仿佛上帝在造人时信手向下撒落的，丝毫没有人工的痕迹，使人赏心悦目，别提有多美了!

噢!青岛，你仿佛瑰丽的花朵开放在胶东半岛上，以你特有的芬芳吸引着五湖四海的游客们。

上周我在期中考试中取得了一个比较好的成绩。为了奖励我，爸爸妈妈趁着“五一”假期带我来到了美丽的海滨城市——青岛游玩。

我们于4月30日下午7点钟左右开始向青岛出发，5月1日早上8时左右到青岛。

下午3时我们来到了青岛的海底世界。这里有一个口号就是：“没看过海底世界，别说你到过青岛”。海底世界包括5个部分，分别是：水族馆、海兽表演馆、海洋生物馆、抹香鲸室、海底世界。

我们先来到了水族馆。里面有一个梦幻水母宫，这里有许多各式各样的水母、海胆什么的，还有4只大海龟。有些水母好可爱呀，尾巴拖得好长，我看就有几十米呢！接着我们来到了海兽表演馆，可是不知是什么原因，没有表演。

紧接着我们来到了海洋生物馆。里面有许多海鱼的标本，如有毒的鱼，会飞的鱼，眼睛超大的鱼，会爬树的鱼，各式各样应有尽有。

出了海洋生物馆我们进入了抹香鲸室。这里有许多各式各样鲸，有的幼鲸就很大，它看我们应该就像小鸟。幼鲸的爸爸妈妈那是相当得大，它看我们应该就像小蚂蚁。特别是抹香鲸，它的身长18——25米，体重20——25吨，是齿鲸中最大的一种，头极大，前端钝，所以又称为巨头鲸。

最后我们来到了海底隧道，周围是海洋。到处是海鱼、水母、鲨鱼、鲸等海洋生物。一会儿.那里出来一条鲨鱼，一会儿从这里游过来一头鲸鱼……看的我眼花缭乱的。

走出海底世界后，我意犹未尽。这里真的好玩，又能看到一些我们平时看不到的动物，又学到了课堂上学不到的知识。下次有机会，我还要去。

This summer vacation， I went to Beijing.

It was a very great city!

We went to the Great Wall first.Like its name，it was very great.We can see many mountians around.

Then we went to visit Tianan Men Square.It was also fantastic.

We lived in a small house in a Beijing Hutung， it was a traditional Beijing building called four-section pound.

I enjoyed myself a lot.

I love Beijing!

I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains.

So people call it Mountain City. In Chong Qing,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didnt want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink.They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing.

I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.

Responsible travel is very well expressed in the famous travelers saying: Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time. Travelling is every one’s way of getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and sometimes, because we are so engrossed in our desire to enjoy and have fun, we tend to forget that the we only have one earth to live on and that we are all responsible for it. Very often, we are not conscious enough to realize that one little candy wrapper that we threw outside the bus while travelling could one day contribute to the blocking of the drainage system and could cause flooding in the area; we are not aware enough of the fact that the litter we throw away carelessly might one day turn the place into a trash dump; we are not considerate enough to see the tree we attempt to climb might be over 500 years old and can hardly bear our weight.

I think we should understand that travelling should not be seen as something that is human-centered.

It should be understood that when we travel, we should feel honored that we could still see and enjoy the beauty of the world.

We, as a human being, should be responsible for the few of the remaining beautiful places in this planet. Being responsible doesn’t necessarily mean that we are required to do something grand for the environment. It’s those little things that matter the most. If everybody starts doing those little things, I bet it could change the world.

每年的暑假，爸爸妈妈都会放下手中的工作，带我去旅游，让我感受大自然的气息，多长长见识，但我觉得最难忘的和最快乐的是去年暑假期间，爸爸妈妈带我去大连游玩。

The annual summer vacation, mom and dad will put down the work, take me to travel, let me feel the breath of nature, how long to see, but I think the most memorable and happy is the last summer holiday, my parents took me to visit dalian.

我一到大连就跑到了海边，看见了金灿灿的沙滩，还有一群一群在海里游泳的人们。我们三个人赤着脚在沙滩上捡贝壳，我和妈妈捡得贝壳又大又漂亮，接着我拿出一把小铲子，妈妈拿来一个小水桶，我们一起堆沙子，小沙子在太阳的照射下，像一颗颗金色的宝石，美极了!爸爸走过来拉着我的手，一步一步的走向大海，海浪一个一个的涌过来，打在了我的腿，我既兴奋又有些紧张，但我看到大海里有许多和我一般大的孩子在游泳时，我就不紧张了，很快适应了海水，带上游泳圈自由自在地在大海里游玩，开心极了。

I heard Lijiang is a very beautiful city when I was young. I travel there in a holidy with my parents.I went there plane. I saw there were many moutain when I got out the plane. The air was fresh.We went to the Lijiang Gucehng the fist day, we bought some intresting things and had a good meal in the Lijiang Gucheng. The second day ,we went to the Yulong snow moutain, its beautiful, and its my first time see the snow. I played with the snow happily. My father told me that Yulong snow moutain is a famous place in China, many people came here every year. I was happy in this trip, even like there better than Beijing!

Mobile Phone Obsession

As the drawing presents, there is a man walking across the street absorbedly focusing on his cell phone without noticing the surroundings. This sort of phenomenon is not uncommon and rare in some metropolis, especially among the youngsters.

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of information age, people are becoming

increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people, and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationships are reinforced by sincere and face-to-face

communication.
