我是大将，我一声令下，我的大军从烟囱里，尾气里，火焰里冒出集合在云层上。

我们无恶不作，使无数人死于肺病，我们不怕下雨，就算下完雨后，我们在太阳盟军的支援下，从雨水中蒸发出来，重新占领城市。于是，人类给我起了个霸气的名字——霾。

风力大军向我们发起了进攻，我们被打得七零八散，可我这个霾大将却有不少盟友，工厂的大烟囱轻松帮我“满血复活”。谢过烟囱的帮忙，我开始洋洋得意了！只见满街都是戴口罩的人，嘿嘿！再过几天，街上就没有人了！

可是好景不长，一队小兵在入侵人类家时，被空气净化器杀的片甲不留，而主力也碰上了绿化带，城里的绿化好了很多，树巨人挥动巨手，把雾打散，我恼羞成怒，发起了大招——沙尘暴，只见黄沙滚滚，树一时招架不住，沙子迷着人眼，人们纷纷跑回家，戴上眼镜、口罩后才出来。正当我洋洋得意时，一阵风把我吹向了远处，当我回来时，城市绿化更好了，树一层又一层，我无论怎样也攻破不了这个绿色的围墙，又杀不死树，只好悻悻逃走了。

On the macro level, the whole world should make a joint effort to fight against waste of water. On the micro level, publicizing activities, such as broadcasting wonderful ways on how to save water on TV and other media, should be conducted. To store water means to store happiness and only by saving water can we save a better life for our offspring.

Recently, the fog haze weather occurred frequently, more and more serious, and also attracted the attention of the national peoples attention. Many parts of China the haze as a severe weather forecast.

雾霾是怎样形成的呢?请听我慢慢道来。它是由pm2.5尘粒、烟粒、盐粒等均匀地浮在空中从而形成霾。不过，雾和霾还有本质上的区别。起雾时空气潮湿，出现霾时空气干燥，并且对人体有害无益，长期吸入会导致死亡。

雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?汽车尾气，工业生产排放废气，和鞭炮等都是雾霾的主要来由。少开一次车，少放一次鞭炮。让我们中国人不要再忽视环保。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶,并且适量补充维生素d。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。

保护自己，与雾霾做斗争是最重要的，雾霾虽然恐怖，但是人们还是想出许多办法与雾霾决战，如：人工降雨等。但是，这毕竟只能小范围短时间地控制雾霾，不是长久之计。所以，大家应该保护环境。

保护环境吧!让这几年的雾霾天气逐渐减少吧!让人们不用因此而死亡!

据英国《金融时报》3月12日报道，日本松下集团宣布将向派往中国的员工发放津贴，并将中国部分城市高水平的PM2。5值列为依据，以补偿严重污染对他们的危害，成为开此先河的第一家国际公司。

是什么让日本企业做出这样令中国人尴尬的举动呢？是因为可怕的雾霾，已污染许多城市，使人们不能在空气清新的环境中工作，生活。

近年来，工厂日夜不加过滤地大量排放废气，污染了空气；冬天，北方烧煤，油，气取暖，却不知同时也排放了污染物；由于生活质量的逐渐提高，马路上的汽车井喷似的增多，排出的尾气也随之大幅度增加；大量的建筑扬尘……渐渐地，空气变得浑浊，环境被污染，形成雾霾。

雾霾，一个可怕的灰色魔鬼！它在空气中无处不在，它环绕在绿树丛阴中，笼罩着蓝天白云。雾霾天气时，我走在北京的大街上，感觉呼吸不顺畅。注视一会儿，眼前一片迷茫，看不清楚几十米以内的建筑物。路上的行人来去匆匆，捂得严严实实，帽子，口罩，手套是标准配置，身上裹着一层又一层，只露出眼睛，走起路来像一只笨拙的狗熊。被雾霾席卷的北京，像一个奄奄一息的老人，被掐住了咽喉，抓住了心脏。此时我只想赶紧跑回家，关紧门窗。可是，这样就能逃得掉吗？耷拉着脑袋的小树仿佛也在疑惑：蓝天白云去哪儿了呢？我们的美丽家园一去不复返了？

看着眼前的一幕幕景象，我流下了伤心的眼泪……

咦，这不是刚才那条大街吗？怎么完全不一样了？空气自然清新，含着阵阵花香味，放眼望去，一棵棵绿树守护在街的两边，偶尔听见清脆的鸟叫声。抬头一看，蓝天白云清晰明朗，远处的青山用绿色渲染，轻轻流向天空，像是用画笔勾勒出来的水墨画似的。路上的行人悠闲自在。瞧这一家子，脱掉了“狗熊衣”，不再是“蒙面侠”，穿着悠闲装，手牵着手散步。他们大方地露出甜美的笑容，幸福的影子拉得很长很长……

没错，这就是我心目中的美丽家园！

当雾霾侵入我们的家园时，我们不能坐视不管！我们要做什么！正值春暖花开的大好时光，让我们迈开脚步，带上工具，为荒山披上绿衣，叫风沙乖乖低头认罪；让工厂严格按照排污标准来排放废气，烟囱不再冒出黑烟；出行时尽量少开车，多骑自行车多走路，既环保又可锻炼身体；建筑工地做好防护措施，减少扬尘。

我梦想在不久的将来能冲出“十面霾伏”，重新回到勃勃生机的美丽家园。

由于环境的污染，发生雾霾的情况也越来越频繁了。雾霾是病毒的结合体，会随着呼吸进入人的肺里导致肺癌。

雾霾黄橙橙的不过不是橘子那样的色哦。是天空中的复杂污染的气体结合而成的。雾和雾霾是不一样的，雾霾是有小水滴的身体组合成的，对身体没有太大的危害。

我眼中的雾霾。虽然它对身体有危害，但是也挨不到孩子对他的好奇心，捉迷藏很适合，在以前最远的地方是你在天涯海角我找不到，现在是你在我身边我却看不到你。

又雾霾时一走出门有一股子臭气扑面而来大概人类西的气息就是这个吧。

人们啊，你们伤寒大地的一分一毫大地也会不少一分一毫得奉还。大地是人类的母亲，是我们的依靠，是我们温馨的家园我们难道会为了金钱去伤害我们的家园吗?人类醒醒吧!

我有着白色的身体，时而变成黑色，时而变成灰色。我每天拖着厚重的身子游荡在天空，使人们戴上口罩。我，就是雾霾。

说实话，看着人们戴着口罩，我就会变得开心。看着他们变得毫无生机，我在心里暗自偷笑。反正是他们自作自受。

我产生于那些工厂，从它们粗大的排气管里出来。因为我，原本湛蓝的天空变得灰暗；原本生机盎然的城市，因为我的到来变得死气沉沉。反正是他们自作自受。

在这个世界上，我深知自己的可恶，但人类大量排放污水，清澈的河水变成了散发着恶臭的死水；人类大量砍伐树木，成千上万的树木倒在了土地上；人类大量猎杀动物，导致许多生物濒临灭绝。反正这是他们自作自受。

我是可恶，但我是谁生产出来的？我是可恶，但我会反思。我是可恶，但我也没有那些扬言保护地球却依然没有一点改变的人类可恶！你们惺惺作态地说着保护地球，却没有一点作为，到底是谁可恶？

“人类用沙，想捏出梦里通天塔，为贪念不惜代价，驾驭着昂贵的木马，巢穴一层层叠加，最后啊，却一丝不挂。”

雾霾天气越来越多了。一到雾霾来袭，山川，树木，楼宇，都被闷闷地罩住。不见了碧水青山，不见了红花绿柳，不见黄土蓝天。置身其中，人有一种要窒息的感觉。倘若长久不能走出去，恐怕憋不死也会大病不起。

在我们的生活中，还有一种雾霾，视之无形，嗅之无味，可是却像大自然的雾霾一样害人不浅——不，是比看得见的雾霾更害人!

当衣食出现短缺，当学习遇到困难，当同学间发生矛盾，这种“雾霾”就会出现，上了心头，渐渐扩散、膨胀，到最后把你裹得严严实实，让你透不过气来，让你失落、沮丧、失望乃至绝望。这种“雾霾”显然更可怕，因为它随时随地都会产生，稍不留神就会击败你。

是的，我们这里说的就是不良情绪。

如果说治理自然界的雾霾主要功夫花在“攘外”上，那么，消除心头的雾霾，则必须多在“安内”上做文章。也就是说，需要提高自身的修养。

首先，要培养豁达乐观的性格。 一个乐观的人，总能“自寻快乐”。我们无法避免烦恼，无法绕开挫折，但是，乐观的心态能够让我们从烦恼人生中寻得乐趣，能够从漫天雾霾中看到阳光。

第二，要树立远大的理想。人无远虑必有近忧。没有远大的理想，必然纠缠于琐屑的杂事，必然成为种种欲望的俘虏，不得之则想得之，既得之则患失之。

第三，多些公心，少些私心。一个人不能只想自己的得失。有句诗说：“墙角边的小花，当你孤芳自赏时，天地就变小了。”孤芳自赏尚且天地变小，老想自己的小利天地更会变小。当你的天地小到无法容忍他人时，一丁点儿云翳都可能遮黑你的天空。

我们追求人生的晴朗，并不等于说惧怕雾霾。随着我们身体的成长，阅历的增加，我们会发现社会太复杂。身处这样复杂的社会，谁的生活也不可能总是万里晴空。飘来一片云，腾起一团雾，罩住一团霾，这种情况时时处处都可能发生，并不可怕。我们努力做到的是让自己的心灵阳光常驻。

如今，许多部门都意识到了雾霾的危害，都在采取措施与雾霾做斗争。那么人生的雾霾呢?人生的雾霾是无法指望别人来为你消除的，要还自己一片朗朗晴空，只能靠你自己。

望一眼窗外，突然发现看不到蓝天、白云，天地间一片灰色的景象，连对面的楼房也只有朦胧的轮廓。这样的天气越来越频繁，雾霾正无声无息地笼罩着我们的城市。

雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。

那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢?很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气;电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘;绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。

天，黑了;雾，大了。

倏忽间，这雾就像一只怪兽，不断地膨胀，不断地变浓，一下子把房子、马路、树木全吞进了肚子。这雾好似是一张网，我一下子被网住了，陷入了云里雾里，只闻其声，不见其人呀!

我和妈妈摸索着向前，见有一辆车停在那里不知所措，车主迷了路，正着急地问路，“大姐，这是哪条路呀?”

在远处，又传来一阵阵警车声和救护车的声音，让人听了心里感到一阵恐慌，好象一切都处于世界末日之中。

好不容易回到了家，正当我对明天怎么上学而感到发愁时，老师发来一条信息：“接区教育局 紧急通知，因雾霾天气影响，明天学生放假半天，请家长安排好孩子的生活和学习。”我看了乐得一蹦三尺高，高喊到：“放假喽!真是天助我也，明天能好好地玩喽，嘿嘿!”

但到了第二天早晨，可恶的雾还是没有散，妈妈在我的再三请求下答应我到外面玩一会儿，却要我戴上厚厚的口罩，憋闷极了。到了楼下，也见着许多人都戴上了一副大大的口罩，外面一片白茫茫，再也不能看到以往的蓝天、大树……

好不容易等到了下午，谁知老师又发来一条信息，意思是继续放假三天。我的妈呀!放假这么多，太无聊了，就连电视机也和我对着干，收不了台。我只好老老实实待在家里，翻着一本本早已看腻了的书。

晚上，我在从大人口中得知，这种雾里有一种物质叫着“霾”，人体里如果吸了大量的“霾”，就会得一些比较严重的肺部疾病。而“霾”又是因为空气严重污染形成的，因为人类长期排放汽车尾气、建筑工地扬尘、吸烟吐出的烟气才形成的。

原来“霾”是我们人类自己造的一个大怪兽呀!怎么打败它呢?我想做一个环保奥特曼，呼吁大家减少空气污染和粉尘排放，到处是“蓝蓝的天上白云飘，白云下面马儿跑……”

清晨，我拉开窗帘，啊，好大的雾!我兴奋地穿好衣服，走出了家门。

放眼望去，只见雾遮住了天地，笼罩了世间万物。远处耸立的高楼现在奇迹般地消失了，有的只能看到一大片阴影，有的躲在雾中不见了踪影;路边的树木也不知到哪里去了，只见一片白乎乎的影子时隐时现;小路的尽头原来是一大片田野，现在也没有了，只看见曲曲折折的小路直入雾海，似乎伸向朦胧的天边，看不到尽头。路上的车辆像从别的空间来的，总是先冒出两只朦朦胧胧的“眼睛”，然后钻出半个车身，最后全身才缓慢地从雾中显现出来。车开得那么慢，总是大声呜叫着，生怕出什么意外……我揉揉眼睛，确定自己不是在做梦。

几个小孩子从雾里突然冒了出来，这儿跑跑，那儿跳跳。他们一边做腾云驾雾、翻筋斗的动作，一边兴奋地大叫着：“我变成孙悟空啦!看我能上天入地!”他们奔跑着，欢呼着，兴奋极了。我也被他们的快乐感染了，是啊，这多像仙境啊!我把眼前的大雾幻想成了九天上的云海，把自己想象成了天上的神仙……我陶醉在雾海里，做着腾云的姿势，慢慢向前走。

忽然，我听见了雾中几个行人的议论声。一个人说道：“这大雾天气，真是讨厌啊!雾霾里有很多对身体健康有害的烟尘，吸入体内会引起许多疾病呢!听说江南有几个城市因为重度雾霾，中小学生都停课了!”另外一个人应和道：“是啊!还不是那些可恶的工厂搞的鬼!他们只顾眼前利益，把废气直接排入大气，不形成雾霾天气才怪哩!”“排放的汽车尾气也是雾霾形成的一个因素。”雾中我看不见他们的脸，但议论声我听得尤其清楚，于是我从“仙境”一下子回到“人间”。是啊，这看似有趣的雾，其实是一个无形杀手!雾霾的成分是灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等，人吸入肺部后会引起许多慢性疾病，危害身体健康。人是所谓的万物之灵长，竟肆无忌惮地破坏大自然。造成这种雾霾天气的正是我们人类自己，雾霾就是大自然对人类的报复。

我不禁仔细思考起来，眼前的迷雾哪里是仙境啊，分明是悄无声息的魔鬼。我们人类是不是应该好好反省自己的所作所为了呢?
