小吴有什么心事?他的心事很多，最主要的是好几天的雾霾，对他家的大棚影响很严重。这几天，他家种的西红柿和黄瓜可离不开阳光呀。如果还不晴天，这一棚菜恐怕让成本都收不回来。这是他家第一年种蔬菜，父亲还贷了款。如果赔了钱，下学期他和妹妹的学费、生活费就没有着落。明年就要高考了，听说学费要好几万呢。没有钱，他就是考上恐怕也上不起呀。小吴的理想就是中国农业大学。要是父亲这次试验没有成功，他的理想也就成为泡沫。他真有点烧香拜佛的打算了，但他还是相信科学。可是听天气预报说，当地至少三天以后才会起风，雾霾能否散开还是未知数。难道就没有更科学的办法驱散雾霾吗?

小吴心事忡忡地想着这个问题，还有一个问题让他更加头疼。他的鼻炎犯了。这雾霾天对他的鼻炎更是雪上加霜。他吃了好几天药都不管用，他想到了打针输液，可这需要钱。于是，他想用最简单的方法来应付——就是跑步。可是在雾霾天跑步只会加重肺部感染。这也不行，那也不行，这可难坏了小吴。过几天就要第一次模拟考试了。这鼻炎严重影响了他的复习，平时能算出的数学题，因为这讨厌的鼻炎，一点心情也没有，一点思路都没有，一点办法也没有。

2013年，如果要问哪个词最吸引人们的眼球，当属雾霾二字。它就像坐火箭似的迅速窜红起来，走进人们的视野和生活中去，它太火热了，火热得让人整天提心吊胆，生怕哪天躺进医院。

每天早晨，爸爸骑着电动车驮着我上学，我爷儿俩时常在灰雾笼罩的天气中，穿行于被堵塞在马路上排着长龙的汽车，虽然我戴着口罩，仍然抵挡不住众多汽车尾部散发出浓烈的废气味道。好不容易品尝过汽车废气味，我又迎来路边一个个敝开的建筑工地，那工地上随风卷起的灰尘，向空气中飘散，灰尘毫不留情向我的眼睛灌去，狡滑灰尘颗粒“躲”进眼里就是不出来，害得我用手直揉眼晴，泪水夺眶而出，跟个小泪人似的。

最让我难忘的是今年四月的一天，从天气预报得知，这本是一个阳光明媚的日子，可早晨上学出门，天空大雾弥漫，此时的太阳不知害羞地躲到哪里‘闭门谢客’了。无奈，我还是像往常一样，把自己裹得严严实实，当爸爸骑车带着我骑车经过一个路口时，一起车祸发生了，一辆轿车驾驶员由于前方视线不清，将一位正常骑车送孙子上学的老人碰了，老人和孩子裁到在地，老人顾不得还在流血的脚，爬到孙子面前一边抱到满脸是血的孙子，一边向路人求助，原本打电话报警的驾驶员，在路人先救孩子的喊声中缓过神，他赶紧抱着受伤孩子，拦下一辆出租车将孩子送往医院。目睹车祸的一位骑车市民感叹道，这雾霾该死的天气。我至今不知那天在雾霾中受伤爷孙伤势如何，衷心祝愿他俩早点康复。

今年放暑假，妈妈带着我一趟乡下外婆家，虽然，乡下的交通不方便，也没有什么好玩的地方，夏天晚上的蚊子特多，但是，我还是喜欢乡下，每天早上呼吸着带有泥土芳香清新空气，望着远处的青山绿水，让久住城市饱受雾霾的人，顿时充满一种心旷神怡的感受。有一次，外婆曾经问我，什么是雾霾。在没有多少文化水平的外婆面前，我装起秀才摇头晃脑，把平常自己在网上看的有关雾霾知识道了一遍，雾和霾两个本不相干的兄弟聚到了一起，对大气造成空前的破坏，雾霾里面却含有各种酸、碱、盐、胺、酚、尘埃、病原微生物等有害物质，其含量是普通大气水滴的几十倍，对人体健康构成巨大威胁，尢其对人体呼吸系统伤害最大，可以引起急性上呼吸道感染、急性气管炎、支气管炎、肺炎、哮喘发作等疾病。面对我的这番解释，外婆听得云里雾里，最终外婆摸着我的头说，我听明白一点的就是雾霾对人体有害，你有时间就多到乡下来住，远离这害人雾霾。

离开外婆家，我又回到城市，面对这座自己生活和学习的城市，我要呐喊，夺命的雾霾，请你离我们生活远点，我们需要的是清新的空气，绿色的家园。为此，我们要让污杂工厂搬出城区，城区不要再出现裸露工地，倡导环保出行，减少汽车尾部排放。

霾，就是灰霾，也就是空气中的一些灰尘，杂物混合在一起的浑浊现象。远远望去，就像是黄山云海般，让人误以为自己身处云端。可是霾终究和云雾不同，它的危害可是不小的。大家可以想象，如果公路上一片浑浊，交通事故是不可避免。人们吸进那些有害物质对身心健康也是一种危害。霾也分很多级，有轻微霾，轻度霾，中度霾和重度霾。

在我看了新闻后，发现上海那片城市已经云雾缭绕了，却只是中度霾，可见如果是重度霾，在那一片灰蒙蒙，不见天日的场景下，会发生什么令人惊悚的事。是由空气中的水蒸气遇冷而液化成的小水滴悬浮在离地较近的空气层中而形成的，就像是地上的云，一片白茫茫。根据每次出现的雾的不同特点可以把雾分成很多种类，有辐射雾、平流雾、蒸发雾、烟雾等等。当然，它的危害也是不小的，漂流在空气中的不明物质会诱发像感冒、哮喘的症状。

雾霾，在中国是近几年的事，可是在世界，就好比说英国，早在1952年开始，英国伦敦就出现大面积的雾霾，英国是最早工业化的国家，这也不足为奇。一开始，英国并没有重视，但是之后的市民死亡率大大高于以前，这不得不令人担忧，就这样，英国伦敦开始了长达六十多年的治理。

雾霾，在有的时候是不会出现的。比如说，下雨天，霾都是固体，只是半径小，自然被雨水“冲刷”掉了；大风天气也不会出现雾霾。在雾霾出现的时候我们一定要先注意防护，无论老人小孩，还是什么人，都要尽量避免在雾霾天气外出，或者在雾霾情况见好转之后再外出，而且要购买具有特殊功能的口罩，来抵御雾霾。

当然，雾霾的形成也离不开生活中人们的“功劳”啊！比方说现在车辆排放的尾气，工厂生产东西时流出的大量有害气体，许多大路已经灰尘漫天相关部门却从不安排人去清理。每当过节，漫天的五颜六色的礼炮还有噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，但人们在点燃他们的时候，有没有想到过雾霾这件事。呃……或许不会吧，不然每年车辆的数量都还在不断增加啊。我想我们的环保观念是该加强了，如果人们还不重视这些，或许雾霾来临，会成为一项“自然规律”。

雾和霾分开来都那么令人畏惧，这可倒好，“溪月行遭雾雨霾”，大诗人苏轼遇到雾霾也要感叹一句，何况我们这些只能眼巴巴地遵循学校的安排的学生？早上不到六点钟起床，还要跑操，在一片灰色面前读书背诵，向老师反映老实的回答却是“今天的空气质量良，指数没爆表！”连历史老师都说我们是“活生生的吸尘器”。

因此，我倡议：从现在做起，从小事做起。少开车，换节能车，尽量乘坐公共交通。将雾霾赶出中国，感出全世界。我期待“环境优美，鸟语花香”的那一天。

More than half of Beijings adult single children dont intend to have two kids, even though national policy allows them to do so.

The countrys family planning policy of the late 1970s restricted urban families from having more than one child to control population growth.

However, a new survey by the Beijing Administrative Institute shows 52 percent of those now-grown-up single children, who are allowed two offspring, do not want a second child.

Many cited economic pressures as a factor.

The results were released on Sunday at the Beijing Forum, organized by Peking University.

Beijing has roughly 2 million only-child adults.

More than 1,100 people from only-child families, aging 20 to 34, were polled.

Only 24 percent of respondents said they would like to have two children.

More than a quarter of respondents would opt for a "DINK" (double income, no kids) lifestyle.

Survey figures showed that respondents with a primary education wanted 1.1 children on average, those with a bachelor degree wanted 1.3, and those with masters or higher degrees wanted 1.5 children.

"Beijing has maintained a super low birth rate - less than 1.3 children in a family in average - for nearly 20 years, posing increasing pressure on the countrys aging population," Hou Yafei, a professor with the institute, said.

Hou said that the top four factors that determined peoples intentions to have children were "income, child care, housing and policy conditions".

"The government should encourage couples from one-child families to have a second child and should provide better welfare services."

This would promote population sustainability, Hou said.

The survey also found that people with higher education backgrounds intend to have more children because they are more confident with their financial security.

这时，我们发现机长下了飞机。空姐对迷惑不解的乘客解释说：“机长想下去看看我们到哪儿了。”乘客们都挤到舷窗边，看着机长挥舞铲子，在雾霾上挖洞。机长一铲一铲地挖着，挖出的雾霾像雪似的堆在旁边。乘客们纷纷给机长加油，有几个身强力壮的男士还跑下飞机和机长一起挖。很快，他们就消失在了雾霾洞里。当我们等得打起了瞌睡时，这几个勇敢的人突然从雾霾洞里冒了出来。跑在最前面的机长挥着胳膊大喊：“我们在非洲的上空!”他们慌慌张张地向飞机冲来，身后居然跟着一群雄狮!原来，非洲的野生动物都通过那个洞跑到天上来溜达了!天上可没有食物，那它们饿了吃什么呀?难道是……我们?
