我把酱油、醋、油和盐等调料放在桌子上，把锅放好，打开火和换气扇，倒了一点油，然后拿筷子边搅鸡蛋液边倒进锅里，感觉手下火辣辣的好像有火苗往上窜，马上就要烧到手了。我快速地把蛋液倒完，接下来就要翻炒了。真是看起来容易做起来难啊!我平时看着妈妈炒菜时动作娴熟，情不自禁地想试试，但锅铲一到我手中，就又傻眼了，根本就不听我的使唤嘛。我炒完鸡蛋又马不停蹄地把白菜炒完，又把香喷喷的米饭盛好，外加一杯酸奶，这顿饭才算做好了。

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

记得四年级的时候，因为值日时陈榜没有来，所以全部的重任都被我扛下了。原来，我是没有什么意见的，可是，碰巧，一件事使我改变了看法。那一天，刚好是我值日。可是我等了老大半天，还是不见陈榜的踪影，我便以副组长的身份，担当了分配任务的工作。刚开始时，一切都很顺利，没有半点儿“风浪”，更别说“大风大浪”了。但是，上天偏偏不如人愿，一件事就不知不觉间发生了。

等到大家都分配到了任务之后，我才猛然间发现：工区没有人打扫!：“完了完了，这下可怎么办哪。该找谁去帮忙呢?又有谁愿意帮忙呢?”我着急地想着，急得就像是热锅上的蚂蚁。“这陈榜怎么还不来呢?”突然我灵机一动：“咦，可以让帮忙的人，中午少干一点儿哪。这样应该就会有人答应帮忙了吧。”可是我问了这一天值日的人，每一个人都摇摇头，委婉地拒绝了我。这样的结果令我大失所望。“哎，算了，谁都靠不住，还是靠自己吧。”想完，我便拿起打扫用的工具，悻悻而去。

后来，我在餐厅旁边的小花园里(也就是我们班所要打扫的地方)，想了很多。可是无论怎么想，我都觉得是自己吃亏，没有哪一个人有我干的活儿多。可是后来我才发现，这又何尝不是一个锻炼的机会呢?通过这件事，我得到了一个锻炼自我的机会，同时也明白了许多。这个世界上没有的公平，也没有的不公平。但这并不是最重要的。最重要的是你的心境。如果你的心境好，那么你就是豁然开朗的，烦恼并不能战胜你;如果你的心境不好，那么你就是封闭忧郁的，烦恼能轻而易举地打败你。所以，你有没有烦恼跟公平与不公平无关，而是你的处事态度。

你们认识我吗?我呀，是班级里的“开心果”，常常一句话就把同学们逗得哈哈大笑。我长得瘦瘦的，剃着一头短短的头发，我的头发在夏天的时候总是翘起来，十分有趣。我走路的时候喜欢一摇一摆的，想小鸭子一样。当我在路上看见一些新奇的事物，我总会把我水汪汪的大眼睛瞪得大大的，像葡萄似的。我还有一双大耳朵，一个大鼻子。和一张小嘴巴，这也许就是我吃饭吃不多的原因吧。但是我的话却比“唐僧”还要多，老师“亲切”地称我为“话痨”。

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

Last summer my parents and I had a trip to Hainan.

We went there by train at six oclock. When we got there we found that the air in Hainan is fresh and Hainan is very beautiful.We ate local foodtoo.The food was delicious. We took many photos in Hainan. We had a very good time in Hainan.

在我上小学一年级的时候，有一天傍晚，我浑身发热，你焦急地赶到托管所，把我接到医院，测过体温，39。8C。你陪着我挂瓶直到凌晨两点。那是我心里非常感动，眼里的泪光闪动着，我却竭力不让它流下来，因为我怕你会太过担忧。挂完瓶的第二天，你特地请了假，在家里尽心尽力地照顾我。为了我你做了许多事，但你仍然用疲惫的身躯支撑着这个家。你的头上长出了一两根白发，你的眼角多出了些许细小的皱纹，你的青春容貌正消然而逝。

还记得有一次我三年级时你带着我一起去云南丽江旅游，一天傍晚，似乎是同行人嫌弃你带着我给大家添了麻烦，你跟同事起了争执，你背着我，漫无目的地走着，我趴在你的背上，看着看着，就看见两滴泪花像流星一样飞快从你脸上划过，我连忙去擦拭，可一下子你委屈的泪水像喷涌不尽的河水，哗哗的流出，怎么也擦不完，我便也跟着你哇哇大哭，你把我放在路边的椅子上，温柔地抚摸我的头，安慰着我，可你的泪流得更凶了，我知道你平常从不流泪，因为你不能让家人失去信心，什么大风大浪你都坚强地挺过来了，但这次你这样难过地流泪，并不是因为与同事之间的矛盾，而是不想看到我为你担心，为你流泪。从此以后，我也在你面前、家人面前只留出笑容，“眼泪”这个词汇也渐渐地从我的字典上消失。

你是一个坚强的人，你为了我，为了家人，作为一个单亲的妈妈你付出了太多太多，你尽量在别人面前展现你勇敢的一面，没人知道你心中的委屈和痛苦。但我希望你能够向我倾诉你的烦恼。我已经长大了，我要分担你的忧愁与痛苦，不要把沉重的包袱全背在自己身上，我可以和你一起承担。

你是我心中的榜样，我最想对你说的是：“妈妈，我爱你!”

每个人都要有一颗感恩的心，感恩生活，感恩青春，感恩能使人们看到生活中令人感到幸福快乐的事物。而我特别要感恩的，就是我的母亲。
