2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

我试着发奋去做好，为了圆我的大学梦，或许期望越大，失望就越大。伴随着高考结束的那一天，在无数期盼的日子里，梦最终还是碎了，心也碎了，世界仿佛都窒息了！

但是，生活不得不继续，我不能放下儿时的梦想，我还有着很多心愿未能实现。我知道一切的一切都可能重头开始，只要我有足够的勇气应对生活。

在无限的憧憬和遐想中，大学生活开始了。时刻总是从你身后悄无声息的溜走，从你的脚底下滑过，从你的视野里飞过……不知不觉中，大学生活都快一年啦！还记得刚进大学时，每每独自走在偌大一个校园里望着一张张陌生的面孔，内心是那么的孤寂，就在那一瞬间，感觉到自己竟是如此的渺小。然而，我对自己依旧那么自信，其实有时候人真的很无奈，那也成为我振作起来的唯一动力。

很多时候，总爱回忆那段紧张而又充实的高中生活，那时的我们似乎还未长大，内心的那份童真似乎还未泯灭，想起了那个正因考试不及格倔强地咧嘴想哭却又冲我笑的女孩；想起了那个微笑着看人，喜爱歪着头问我问题的男孩；想起了……一切的一切都是如此的清晰明朗。当我们正活在当下时并未感到自己是幸福的，回头看看自己走过的路，剩下的也只有遗憾啦！这时让我想起一句极平凡的话“失去才懂得珍惜”想必就是生活的真谛吧。

我不想让自己生活在昨日，正因昨日没有期望，只有回忆。当我过多的注意昨日时，这天已无声无息地溜走，明天不知不觉的到来，我所拥有的是越来越多的归属于昨日。我不想再让自己的明天为这天而遗憾。

步入大学后，学习已不再那么的紧张，似乎有着更多的时刻和空间由你自己去支配，只要你有足够的激情投入。渐渐的，感觉自己在无形中长大了，独立了，坚强了，时刻老人总是那样的神奇，在他的带领下我找到了那片属于自己的天空。生活不再空虚，不再单调，不再孤寂……在学习上，自己从不敢懈迨，正因自己很清楚，生活是不会同情弱者的，不上进的人不该拥有这天的完美，即使生活给予我太多的磨难。我把每一次的失败归结为一次尝试，不去自卑，不去抱怨生命有太多的曲折，大海如果失去了巨浪的翻滚，就失去了雄浑；沙漠如果失去了飞沙的狂舞，就失去了壮观。人生也是如此，活得太庸俗，生命也就失去了原有的魅力。生活上，结识了很多朋友，一向深信着，茫茫人海中，能相遇是一种缘，能相识从而成为朋友更让我倍加的珍惜。每个人的心灵色彩都不会一样，每个人心中都有不一样的世界，正正因如此，时而与朋友发生不快。曾因朋友的误解而悄然的流泪，曾因与父母出现了代沟而大声的哭泣或默然的伤感，曾因……也许这就是青春。青春时能够笑，能够闹，这都是青春给予我们特殊的待遇，如果有一天你不再拥有健壮的体魄，旺盛的精力，无限的潜力时，那时你已不再年轻。

星期五那天，我们六年级迎来了开学的第一次军训，我们的心情都很兴奋，同时也很紧张。兴奋的是想知道这一学期军训会是怎样的；紧张的是怕这个教官很严。

上课了，教官来后，先让我们坐坐姿。坐也有讲究，腰杆要挺直，感觉自己长高了3厘米，眼睛要看着正上方的45°角，正好就是国旗。提出了这些要求后，有些同学就开始非常专注地看；有些同学左看右看，不认真；有些同学竟虎背熊腰，眼睛还望着外面，教官只能用力地纠正过来。

在站队的时候，教官要我们10秒钟排好，不能讲话。第一次用了20秒，还有人讲话，没办法，只能重新来一遍。第二次刚好用了10秒钟，也没人讲话，我们就有秩序的下去了。

下去后，教官找好了位置，让我们立正站好，双腿并拢，挺胸抬头，两手紧紧贴住大腿两侧，不能动，如果有一个人动了，就加1分钟。当听到这句话后，许多同学都大吃一惊，还咽了一下口水。我们站了3分钟后，本来以为在站一会儿就好了，可偏偏一个同学动了，我们只好加了一分钟。后面就没有同学动了，我们顺利过了这一关。

接下来，我们要连一些动作了。当在做“蹲下与起立”这个动作时，很多同学就直接跪下了，教官看了说：“不准跪下!如果这个动作做不好，就做一上午。”听了这句话，同学们果然不跪下了。我们蹲下时要喊“一，二”，可我们喊得有气无力的。教官又说：“你们只有把这树上的叶子震下来几片才休息!”我们马上提起精神来，并用洪亮的声音打破了正在休息的树木。看着这么卖力的我们，教官终于让我们休息。

时间又偷偷跑到了九霄云外。在中午时，只听有的同学说：“唉!军训原来这么苦呀!”

下午军训时，教官让我们练习“原地踏步”，当我们听到别的班声音那么洪亮时，教官说：“如果我们班的声音超过他们班的声音，那我们就休息一会儿，好不好？”我们听后，下定决心，果然我们班的声音响彻云霄，让人震耳欲聋。没想到教官却说：“如果你们一秒钟之内坐不下，就不要休息了。”我们便马上一屁股坐到了地上，教官抓出了两个坐不下的人，让他们练习，我们都在那里哈哈大笑。

军训时让我们有一个良好的纪律，也让我明白了只有集体做好才是真的好，懂得了合作的重要性，并且还能体会到军人的生活。这就是一个有苦也有乐的军训。

大学是帮助我们体验社会生活，承担社会责任的时期。还记得2010年感动中国人物“长江大学生”，这个大学生团体用身躯搭建起落水少年生命的桥梁，有三位大学生奉献了自己年轻的生命，他们用实际行动诠释了责任，他们堪称中国大学生的道德典范。也许我们的行动不需何等悲壮，但大学生可以通过参加社团等活动服务于社会，增强社会实践能力，成为全方面发展的国家的栋梁之才。

大学生活是多姿多彩的，但也需要我们去把握和深人体会。有人说：“平凡的大学生有着相同的平凡，而不平凡的大学却有着各自的辉煌。”但，你可以选择平凡，但却不可以选择平庸；可以的话，相信谁都想不平凡。那么，怎样才能使自己的大学生活充实有意义，怎样做主自己的大学生活呢？我随便谈谈个人的几点观点。

首先是要确立目标和计划，放远目光。古人有“志当存高远”，毛泽东也有“风物长宜放眼量”。没有目标便没有前进的努力方向，也毫无动力可言。计划目标，又可分为近期和远期。如近期我要看完多少本书，这一个月我要学懂什么知识，假期有什么实践打算等等。远期的如：争取毕业前拿到自考文凭，人际关系网应该多大，实践能力应有达到怎样的程度等等。而且，目标的实现又是一个个小怒表实现的连贯过程。如一天记5个单词，到考前便可记到很多。但，这需要坚持和毅力。

第二，是要放远眼光，是指不被暂时的情绪和心情所拖所沉溺，要成就大事业，就必须大事抓紧，小事放松。如，不要被上网玩游戏等所带来的满足感所一直沉溺，孰不知，暂时满足的背后的更大的空虚。相信大家都有这种体会。

第三是树立就业危机感。我们总是在怪自己自己控力不强，没有上进的动力。孰不知是自己的意识上没有清醒。有人会说：“爱情是学习的动力”或“家境贫穷的学习的动力”等等。其实，从直接意义上来说，就业危机感才是也应该是我们上进的动力。我自己常想自己毕业以后究竟能干什么？又多从报纸杂志上看到目前就业形势的异常严峻，所以心里很是后怕。有人说目前找工作：要么有关系，要么有文凭，要么有才能（技能）。而我们呢？文凭，只是大专；关系，相信在坐的大部都没有什么关系。所以，我们唯一的出路便是要有什么才能。而这，就要问问自己：你学到了什么，你掌握了什么？现在的问题不是我们不知道学什么，而是我们不想学。

第四，是要学知识与发展能力并举。以前是重知识而轻能力，但现在不同了，恰相反，由于社会上影响，文凭要求的适当下降，所以现在的很多大学生纷纷跑出外面找兼职。如果他们是在不影响学习的前提下去的，那没话说，反而应该提倡。但他们有些不是，为了一份端菜的服务生工作，不惜请假旷颗，晚自习也不上。我身边就有这样的现象。现在，出现了这样一种错位思潮，就是，在职的机关企业工作人员，纷纷利用业余时间”充电“，而在校的大学生们却纷纷跑到社会兼职。我觉的应该纠正这种思潮，归位。

此外，还有，就是，要多看看书和报纸杂志。了解最新社会动态，知晓国家大事，掌握第一时间的时政经济新闻……是的，这不仅对我们以后找工作容易有帮助，而且对我们本身的工作也有帮助。广告是一们综合边缘性学科，我们做为未来的广告人，就应该博学，什么都应该了解一下，并且要有重点地突出模些领域学科！

We can do a lot in our daily life to achieve the goal of living low carbon life. First, we’d better turn off lights if possible and spend less time watching TV or surfing the Internet. Saving water also matters much. Besides, we should sort out the rubbish, hoping that we might recycle some, which will surely benefit us a great deal. In addition, we suggest using handkerchiefs instead of tissues so that we can prevent more trees from being cut down. More importantly, when we go out, walking, riding bikes or taking buses should be our first choice, which contributes to a cleaner world.

My schoool life is busy and fantastic。 First， we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon。 We have to get to school before 7：30 because we have a morning class。 Second， I like my school life because teachers and my classmates are friendly and helpful。 We also have lots of after—school activies。 Third， our school environment is very beautiful， the teachers all can make their lesson interesting and instructive。 So I like my school life very much。

As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat.
