雾霾之上是晴空万里，飞行十分顺利。一想到梦寐以求的上海科技馆，我的心跳就越来越快。忽然，空中小姐一阵慌乱，原来因为雾霾太浓，雷达信号无法穿透，飞机和塔台失去了联系，迷路了!幸好飞行员很快找到了解决方法：雾霾太厚太密，密实到可以停飞机。飞行员放下起落架，让飞机在雾霾上滑行，雾霾上立即留下三条溜冰似的痕迹。我们刚停稳，另一架飞机从左边滑了过去。不一会儿，又一架飞机从右边滑过……哇，飞机全当汽车使啦!

这时，我们发现机长下了飞机。空姐对迷惑不解的乘客解释说：“机长想下去看看我们到哪儿了。”乘客们都挤到舷窗边，看着机长挥舞铲子，在雾霾上挖洞。机长一铲一铲地挖着，挖出的雾霾像雪似的堆在旁边。乘客们纷纷给机长加油，有几个身强力壮的男士还跑下飞机和机长一起挖。很快，他们就消失在了雾霾洞里。当我们等得打起了瞌睡时，这几个勇敢的人突然从雾霾洞里冒了出来。跑在最前面的机长挥着胳膊大喊：“我们在非洲的上空!”他们慌慌张张地向飞机冲来，身后居然跟着一群雄狮!原来，非洲的野生动物都通过那个洞跑到天上来溜达了!天上可没有食物，那它们饿了吃什么呀?难道是……我们?

雾霾天气尽量减少外出，外出时可戴棉质口罩来预防呼吸道受雾天“污染”。外出归来及时清洗脸部及裸露皮肤，也可清水冲洗鼻腔。雾霾天气晨练除了可以导致呼吸系统疾病亦可导致心脑血管疾病出现;雾霾天气尽量减少去人多地方，一些地方空气流通差易造成呼吸系统疾病交叉感染。平时多饮水、清淡饮食、多进食新鲜的蔬菜水果，坚强锻炼，增强免疫力。

雾霾多人体有很大的危害，这些沉淀物一旦进入我们的身体，就再也排不出我们的体外了。外出可以戴上口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。口罩以棉质口罩最好，因为一些人对无纺布过敏，而棉质口罩一般人都不过敏，而且易清洗。外出归来，应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。
