In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

随着社会的进步，人们在饮食方面也有了很大的追求和改观，于此一些不健康的食物便陆续出现，并且深受广大人民的喜爱。虽然有些美食做的色香味俱全，但是很多美食却有些危害健康的隐患。比如烤热狗，它里面含有的热量非常大，若过多摄入会引起肥胖；还有煎炸的东西，它可以使人致癌，所以还是少吃一点；麻辣食品是生活中不可缺少的吃食，它有着对人体的种种危害，例如导致口肠溃疡，牙龈肿痛，导致血液循环加速，人体也会变得暴躁，心绪不安……所以大家在面对美食的诱惑时一定要注意，切不可大鱼大肉，一定要做到营养均衡搭配。

面对这个复杂的社会，因为压力太大，或者烦心事太多，睡眠不足……就会导致我们精神恍惚，出现抑郁症，精神分裂等病症。而我只想说“其实生活很简单，关键取决于你对生活的态度”！在对面种种的社会压力下，我们要放好心态，乐观的面对一切事物，不要把自己逼的太紧。而你要知道生活的美好就差你给自己一个微笑！奔波的人生，我们已经用力，尽力，何必还去耿耿于怀。生活就不会事事如意，样样随心，学会宽慰自己，懂得安慰自己，才是对自己，对所有人，对社会的最好回馈。物质生活和精神生活都是一个人的生活支柱，没有了物质生活，你同样有精神支撑着，但如果人没有了精神生活，那么你的心灵便是物质生活贫乏！所谓“健康的体魄源于完美的精神”。

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat her kindness.she is real a good teacher.

My junior middle school time has pasted ,but it will influece till the end of my life.

Happy summer holidays

my summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. i went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. it is very beautiful there. there are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals kind people. i spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. i wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

besides that, I helped the children in the neighbour hood with their lessons. i helped them read english improve their spoken english. their parents thanked me for this.
