国家教委近年在对大学生心理问题的进行的抽样调查显示，被调查的12.6万大学生中，近五分之一的大学生存在着各种程度的心理问题，这些心理问题具体表现在大学生感情脆弱、意志消沉、迷惘困惑、自卑感强、人格丧失、心理承受能力弱、人际交往障碍等方面上。这也是影响当代大学生成长和成才的主要原因之一。

当代大学生是祖国的未来和栋梁，因此，加强对大学生群体的心理健康教育，培养身心健康的大学生群体不仅关系到国民精神风貌和精神文明建设，更关系到国家的富强。因此，笔者结合当前大学生心理问题现状，探究影响当前大学生心理健康的主要原因，并提出有针对性的建议，以期为当代大学生心理健康教育提供可行建议。

一、大学生心理健康问题的突出表现

(一)环境巨变引起心理不适应

现在大学生多出身于独身子女群体，自理能力较差，缺乏独立生活的能力。一旦脱离原来由家长进行全方位照顾的环境进入到大学，一切生活起居皆要开始自行处理。此时，如果不能很快学会自理和适应集体生活，就会产生自卑、困惑、茫然无措、无助等心理障碍。此外，一部分来自农村的同学，远离家乡来到喧嚣和繁华的新环境，往往会由于语言、气候、生活习惯等多方面的不适应，产生恐慌、惧怕心理。

二、引起大学生心理问题的主要原因

(一)个人心理发展阶段

大学生的心理成长正处在走向成熟但又不完全成熟的时期，是人一生中心理逐步塑造成型的时期。因此，大学生在学习生活中常常面临着理想与现实、理智与情感、独立与依赖、自尊与自卑等方面的矛盾。这些矛盾如果不及时得到疏导和解决，长久郁积在心很容易产生各种心理障碍。

(二)社会转型

当前我国正处在经济、政治、社会的全面转型期，这使得整个社会的意识观念、价值观、利益格局等发生重要转变，人们的行为习惯和生活方式也随之发生重要的变化。大学生虽然有自己的判断力和行为准则，但是情感上和心智上毕竟并未完全走向成熟，其日益觉醒的民主、科学、公平等一时在面对社会现实尤其是负面现实时往往会产生心理失衡，变得激进或者与世同浊。此外，社会竞争的日益加剧、人际关系的日益负责使得大学生的心理压力越来越大，进而滋生负面心理，产生心理障碍。

(四)家庭因素

家庭文化、家庭教育和家庭的和谐、幸福等对学生的心理塑造的影响是不言而喻的。甚至可以说，在学校心理教育缺失的现状下，家庭因素是形成大学生人格和心理的重要因素。如父母的溺爱导致孩子自理能力的缺失和以自我为中心的人格的形成;家庭的贫困导致学生的高度自卑，家庭不和谐导致学生没有安全感、感情脆弱等，因此，当代大学生的心理健康教育不可忽视家庭因素的作用。

三、大学生心理健康教育的主要对策

结合当前大学生心理问题现状及其主要成因，笔者从三个方面提出相应的对策和建议。

(一)树立以人为本、全面发展的教育理念

以人为本、全面发展的教育理念强调大学生人格的健全和发展，它在注重学生思维、智力、知识、技能等系统性的知识认知学习之外，还注重对学生兴趣、情感、信念、决断、价值观等心理认知的培育和塑造，切实追求

学生德智体美劳的全面、协调发展。因此，当前大学生教育要强调心理教育的重要性，切实关注学生心理，注重做好学生心理问题的疏导工作和心理健康的塑造，切实培育学生的主体意识，倾听学生心理诉求，为大学生的身心健康夯实牢固的心理基础。

(二)建设和谐的校园文化环境

和谐的校园文化环境是个体化差异明显的大学生群体进行和谐、广泛交流的良好平台，也是在积极的环境下潜移默化地培育和影响学生心理的重要途径。丰富多彩、健康积极的校园文化等够对大学生进行积极的心理调节、陶冶情操、启迪思想、提升修养，还能减少人际交往和集体生活中的矛盾和摩擦。因此，当前大学要积极开展丰富多彩校园文化活动、社会实践活动等，充分发挥校园广播、校报、学生社团的文化宣传和塑造的优势，将校园文化建设和心理健康教育紧密结合起来。

(三)构造全面、多元的心理预防和援助机制

最黑白颠倒的韩东旭与沈老师的猜数游戏，居然往不对了猜，如果猜对了，头要360°转，边转还要吟出一首古诗，嗯……好吧，我承认不是吟诗，而是背诗，不过无论如何那滋味是可想而知，可怜的郝越不幸猜中了，下一轮开始了，这次中彩的是王悦悦，这可是要了她的命呀!她要背什么?鹅鹅鹅吗?大跌眼镜的时刻到了，虽然我没戴眼镜，可我十分惊讶，王悦悦背的是床前明月光，虽然很多人都会背，但从王悦悦口中说了出来，可以说是太阳从西边出来了。最可悲的是王启，猜着猜着就剩一个数了，沈老师把他叫了起来，老师好坏哦!咔嚓，这一刻又被时光照相机照了下来，印在我的心里。

时间过得真快呀!不知不觉间两个小时过去了，一切都结束了，可不能忘记的是那几张印在心扉里的照片。

专业的选择是职业规划的核心，做选择是人成长过程中的重要环节，对大多数大学毕业生来说，应该愁的不是找不到工作，而是觉得找不到“适合”自己的工作。也许，现在我们每个人都不知道，你所浪费的今天就是你昨天奢望的明天，你所厌倦的现在是你未来回不去的曾经。所以现在我应该制定一个长远的目标，并朝着这个目标做出规划，一步一步的为之作出努力。

人生为棋，我愿为卒，行动虽慢，可是却不曾后退一步。每一个城市不管如何都有一个你停留的理由，而我义无反顾的选择了离开我生活18年的城市。18年前，我在沈阳，如今我在大连。希望在这个城市里可以放飞自己的梦想，用梦想砸向现实。

春节对于中国人来说是最重要的节日。在每年的春节都让人兴高采烈，尤其是大年三十那晚，更是达到了高潮。

The Spring Festival lasts for 15 days, there would be starting on the first day, to the end of the January 15 Lantern Festival.it is the busiest time of the year for Chinese people. The arrangements they have to make for family reunions， buying necessities and preparing food keeps them busy throughout the holiday. Many of them travel back home and meet friends over dinner and drinks. The celebrations include decorating the house and setting off fireworks.But we are talking about a tradition that seems to be fading.

Some may say this a sign that people have become less caring about their near and dear ones， but we should see this development as a time- and energy-saving exercise granted by the information age.

而我就更惨了，我家院子旁不到一米处，就有一棵大梧桐树，每天早上一到８到９点就开始唧唧喳喳的唱起歌来了，直到晚上10到11点，早上很好的学习时间都被它们搅和了．

有一天，一只雄知了竟然闯进了我家，开始我们并不知道，但是它一叫就使我们有了大反应．于是全家都来找这只知了，找了很长时间才发现它竟躲在冰箱后面，爸爸就把它给抓出来，扔到外面．出人意料的是它又飞回来了，没办法，只能又把它抓出去，因为它的叫声实在让人烦，害的我们浪费了这么多时间．

现在大家应该知道知了的叫声该多烦了吧！

my daily life

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

country. I get up at six o’clock every day. after I wash my face and brush my

teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock. after

school is over, I return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before i go to bed.

Late for School

October 8th Wednesday Windy

I was fifteen minutes late for school this morning. I usually go to school

by bike. But this morning there was something wrong with my bike. It didnt work

on the way to school. I had to have it repaired. So I had to take a bus. It took

me about twenty minutes to get to school. When I arrived at the school gate, it

was 8:15. I was afraid when I entered the classroom, because Mr. Zhang is very

strict with us. Luckily, he was not angry with me this time.
