通过心理健康教育，使我懂得心理健康教育要面向全体学生，培养学生良好的心理素质，促进学生身心全面和谐发展和素质全面提高的教学活动，现今社会不仅要求我们具有健康的身体，而且需要健康的心理状态和良好的社会适应能力。以下是我学习后的一些心得：

一、教师自己必须是心理健康的人

通过一线的教学经历，深深的体会到教师自身的心理健康直接影响到周边的人，心理不健康就不能正确理解学生的行为，更无法巧妙地处理学生问题，轻则影响师生关系，重则可能伤害学生心灵。因此，为了更好地教育学生，教师自己首先必须是心理健康的人。

教师的心理健康从根本上说还得由教师自己维护。一个优秀的教师应该能够处理好两个方面的关系——既关注学生的心理健康，同时也重视自己的心理健康。优秀的教师在需要的时候能承受巨大的压力，但他绝不应让自己一直处于压力之中以至于身心俱损，影响工作和生活的正常进行。身为教师，只有不断提高自身的综合素质，不断学习和掌握新的知识，尽快适应新的教学观念，掌握新的教学方法，达到新的教学要求，才能寻求新的发展，也才能真正拥有心理上的安全感。教师不断地接受新知识，开拓自己的视野，也能使自己站在更高的角度看问题，以更平和的心态对待生活和工作中不尽人意之处，更少地体验到焦虑和挫折，对维护心理健康有重要意义。

一个尽职的教师是非常辛苦的，需要休息和放松。充当“无所不能”的教育者形象的确使人精疲力尽。因此，教师可以试着在假期给自己充电，例如：学习做旅行家，用胶片记录生活中的美景美事;学习做美食家，在品评佳肴的同时自己也做一次大厨。新的工作体验不仅能使教师得到放松，而且可以开阔教师的视野，增加教师的知识面。教师可以把从其他工作体验中获得的经验、积极情绪带到教育工作中来，更好的促进教育工作。

二、经常关注特殊学生的心理辅导

教师的天职就是教书育人，对待问题学生更应该尽心尽责，遇到问题学生怎么办呢?一定要充分利用班集体的作用，在宽松平等的班级氛围中，加强对学生心理的团体辅导，通过主题班会的形式，充分发挥班队活动课的集体心理辅导效应。针对特殊学生的特点，有侧重地选择团体辅导的主题。如自信心教育、青春期教育等。采用讲座法、认识法、操作法、表演法、角色扮演和行为训练等多种方法来激发学生积极参与的内在动机，并在活动中得到领悟。通过一系列的团体辅导活动，不仅让全体学生获得心理健康方面的有关知识，也拉近了同学间、师生间的距离，融洽了师生关系。在考虑学生一般心理规律的同时，也要对暴露出来的个别学生的个别心理问题进行疏导帮助。在对学生的个别辅导中，我一方面通过心理辅导室兼职心理教师的个别咨询辅导，另一方面也进行了个别谈心与辅导。通过学校开通的心理咨询箱，打通教师和学生的心理通道，及时了解学生的真实思想，帮助学生解决心理困惑。

以上，是我的一家之言，收获是巨大的，体会可能肤浅，切记心理健康的前提是身体健康!重视我们自己的心理，正视我们自己的问题，看到自己的优势，找到自己的不足，这样才能更有效的帮助我们身边的人，希望我们都能保持开阔的心境，良好的心态!

专业的选择是职业规划的核心，做选择是人成长过程中的重要环节，对大多数大学毕业生来说，应该愁的不是找不到工作，而是觉得找不到“适合”自己的工作。也许，现在我们每个人都不知道，你所浪费的今天就是你昨天奢望的明天，你所厌倦的现在是你未来回不去的曾经。所以现在我应该制定一个长远的目标，并朝着这个目标做出规划，一步一步的为之作出努力。

时常听说，梦想很美，但是却很远。在追求梦想的过程中我们常常会遇到挫折，当我们遇到挫折的时候应该感到庆幸，因为它证明，你将面临更大的难题和挑战，也就是证明我们还有提升的空间，只要我们一直坚持着梦想，我相信一定会有春暖花开的一天。能保持良好的人际关系往往是自我实现的人，他们具有更深刻和深厚的人际关系，才能拥有更多的融合，更崇高的爱，更完美的认同以及更多摆脱自我限制的能力。我时常能遇见非常好的人，温顺，善良，智慧，充满勇气，坚毅，忍耐地活着，他们时刻提醒我这个人世间的高贵和完满。也正是因为她们让我总结出了一句话：“对自己好点，因为一辈子不长;对别人好点，因为下辈子不一定能遇到。”在大学我遇到了教会我成熟的朋友，跟之前相比，少了些天真，多了一些稳重。无论怎样都愿我惦念之人远离祸害岁岁平安，即使生生不见又或者年年常相伴。

张小娴曾说：“要想成为一个快乐成功的人，最重要的一点就是随手关上身后的门，学会将过去的错误，失误统统忘记，不要沉湎于懊恼，悔恨之中，要一直往前看;时光一去不复返，明天又是新的一天，不要使过去的错误，失误成为明天的包袱。”一个人要想成功，就要健康的心理，并且拥有好的心态。虽然现在的我们会觉得在学业上很无奈，周围的氛围总是轻易的把一切雄心壮志消磨殆尽。环境的变化，理想与现实的冲突，总是会让我们找不到前进的方向。这个时候，我们需要冷静的思考到底自己想规划一条什么样的道路，然后就算道路坎坷，也要勇往直前。

人生为棋，我愿为卒，行动虽慢，可是却不曾后退一步。每一个城市不管如何都有一个你停留的理由，而我义无反顾的选择了离开我生活18年的城市。18年前，我在沈阳，如今我在大连。希望在这个城市里可以放飞自己的梦想，用梦想砸向现实。
