大人的行为也影响着孩子，所以以后我会注意自己的一言一行，给孩子带来好的榜样!

孩子之所以优秀，肯定是培养出来的，离不开老师的培养，离不开家人的培养，做人到做事，以后会给予孩子更多的爱，更多的鼓励，充满着正能量!孩子是乐观的，以后对待任何事情都会以乐观态度去处理。

我听了清华大学心理学教授 熊华堂所做的心理健康知识讲座，受益匪浅。熊教授从教师心理健康、职业倦怠等方面讲了教师要拥有阳光心态。

如今的教师与以前相比，工作量、课改压力、社会期望值等显然都增加了很多。作为新课程改革下的教师，工作繁忙，日常事物琐碎繁杂，虽不是日理万机，也足以忙得焦头烂额了。加上社会竞争机制的日益激烈，物质需求的不断上升，极容易产生焦虑、烦躁的负面情绪，甚至形成职业倦怠，悲观视之，真是苦中挣扎苦无边!如何才能每天轻松工作，愉快生活，做一个幸福的老师呢?因此，必须进行自我心理调节，塑造积极向上、知足、达观、感恩的阳光心态，也就是要让我们教师们建立积极的价值观，获得健康的人生，获得强劲的影响力。我们的内心如果是一团火，就能释放光和热，我们的内心如果是一团冰，就是融化了还是零度。要想温暖别人，我们的内心先要有热，要想照亮别人，请先照亮自己，要想照亮自己，首先要照亮自己的内心，怎样照亮内心?点燃一盏灯，塑造阳光心态。只有良好的心态才能很好地影响学生，影响家长，最后影响社会;才能真正成为一个快乐幸福的教师!我们要把工作当作一种享受，充分体验自己的职业幸福感。对于教师的工作，乐观对之，必将是苦中有乐苦亦甜!

我们教师应该学会用阳光心态享受生活，善于发现美。生活中并不缺少美，缺少的是发现。要学会欣赏每个瞬间，要热爱生命，相信未来一定会更美好。 用阳光心态享受生活，学会放下。该放下的放下，学会谅解、宽容。不原谅别人，等于给了别人持续伤害你的机会。要学会放下，忘记该忘记的，记住该记住的。

生活因为热爱而丰富多彩，生命因为信心而瑰丽明快，激情创造未来，心态营造今天。如果你心情好，你会发现沙漠为你唱歌，小草为你起舞;如果你心情糟糕，你会发现开放的玫瑰在留泪，奔腾的小溪在哭泣，这叫境由心造、相由心生。因为快乐的心态会像一缕温的阳光驱散心里的阴云，阳光会铺满每个角落。

所以通过学习这一讲座使我们教师认识到作为阳光教师面对孩子要有阳光般灿烂的笑脸;面对同事要有阳光般温暖的态度;面对家长要有阳光般真诚的交流;面对教育要有阳光般平和的心态;面对教研要有阳光般积极的热情;面对发展要有阳光般不息的能量。在今后的工作中，教师们将按照阳光教师的标准去要求自己，塑造阳光的心态，争做阳光教师，热情地学习，快乐地生活，幸福地工作，去缔造阳光生活，走向阳光未来。

我有幸参加了全市中学心理健康教育教师暑期培训班，对我来说，这次的培训意义重大，对我今后的心理健康教育教学工作具有很大的帮助。本次培训我很认真地记笔记，还有课上与课下的交流，让我受益匪浅，特别是在这个过程中结下的深刻友谊，让我有了扬帆起航的足够信心和力量。以下就是我在这次培训活动中的一些感受和所思所想。

一、初中学校开展心理健康教育的定位及其必要性和重要性

通过本次学习，特别是在认真听取何义老师的《青少年心理发展特点与教育》后，使我对在中学开展心理健康教育的定位及其必要性和重要性有了深刻理解。中学生处在身心发展的高速期,无论是生理或心理都具有独特性、复杂性和不平衡性，心理变化快、自控能力较差。虽然,心理问题突出的表现在个别学生身上,但问题的实质告诉我们,中学生存在的心理问题是需要引起教育工作者关注的。作为教育工作者都迫切需要了解学生的心理发展状况，以便有效的解决工作中的问题。调查表明，学生中存在心理异常的约占30%，患有心理疾病的约占15%。学生心理健康问题主要表现为：学习与考试焦虑、心理承受力脆弱、人际交往障碍、性格孤僻抑郁、自卑心理严重、对新环境不适应等等，并且在近几年呈上升趋势，学校心理健康教育越来越被重视。可是，不正确的关注，反而引发一些不必要的麻烦甚至更严重的后果。心理健康教育应该是预防为主的，面向的是全体学生，不应该只针对心理有问题的学生;心理健康教育与德育工作应该是有他们的各自作用的;不应把心理健康教育简单地理解为一门增加学生负担的学科，而应该具有促进学生各方面健康成长的独特功能;心理健康教育是一个长期性发展过程，所以对学生的心理问题不应该简单地下结论，要有科学的方法，要具有专业资格的人来实施;心理健康教育不应只是心理健康教师个人的责任，是我们大家共有的责任;心理健康教育不是要你生搬硬套理论，不要我们教师诚惶诚恐，而应该是讲究艺术，心理健康教育实施方式应该是形式多样，时时处处注意的问题;心理健康教育要求教师注意自身的健康，一个健康的教师才能带出健康的学生。

二、心理健康教育任重道远

我们知道一个巴掌拍不响，众志能成城。学校心理健康教育仅仅有我们的热情是不够的。通过这次培训，给我的启示就是，在学校开展心理健康教育，应该从以下几方面努力：学校各育、各科要渗透心理教育;优化学校、班级文化心理环境;开展心理辅导工作、开设心理辅导课，加强学生心理辅导和心理训练。总之，软件和硬件两手都要抓，可是现状令人堪忧。教师主动加强自身教育的重要性作为新时代的教师，就应该要有新时代的责任感与与时俱近的心态，做到博而精。

三、寓心理教育于教学活动中

课堂渗透是心理教育的主渠道，杨铮传教授《学校教师心理辅导策略》精彩讲座更透射出心理教育作为学校教育中不可忽视的一面。学校可以通过心理咨询等途径向全体学生宣传心理健康知识和常见心理问题的分析与对策。作为一名体育教育教学工作者，我认为，在体育教育教学中，我们应积极营造宽松和谐的课堂心理氛围，以人为本，充分挖掘利用教材中蕴含的心理健康教育的因素，找准肢体训练与心理健康培养的结合点，做到教书育人的完美统一。体育新课程教学中所选用的教材大多数都蕴涵着一定健康教育内容，我们要善于结合教材内容，努力营造良好的课堂心理氛围，对学生进行引导，将品德教育寓于教学当中，缩短教学中人与人、人与文本的距离，丰富与活跃学生思想，开放心灵空间，同时，我们就要经常站在学生的角度去想想他们在学习中可能存在的困难，哪种教学方法更能被他们所接受，尽量尊重学生的想法，努力缩短师生之间的心理距离，建立平等、民主、合作的师生关系，使他们产生一种自觉进取的健康心态，个性品质也会得到很好的发展。通过在体育健康教育教学中渗透心理健康教育，让我们的学生在快乐的活动空间中健康成长，健全身体素质，培养学生的自尊、自强和自信心，形成良好的心理素质，无疑是为学生的未来发展奠定重要的基础。

当然，课堂上的素质教育是方方面面的，应该寓心理教育于体育健康教育教学活动中，实现“潜移默化、润物细无声”的效果，使学生的心理健康水平不知不觉中得到进一步提高。让我们刻苦钻研，大胆实践，认真总结交流吧!
