一是心理健康课的常规常态还任重道远。在校本课程中开设心理健康课已有十多年的时间，但是到现在为止，我们看这些课还发现，无论就内容还是形式都还比较生涩。从学生的表情和行为来看，学生还没有进入一种常规常态的意识，好多孩子的表情让我们看到心理健康课在学生的心目中，还更多的是一件新鲜的事物，与纳入学校正规的教育教学课程还有很大的距离。学生还不能以平常的心态来看待这样一些课。从《在挫折中成长》这节课来看，学生的参与度远远不够，特别是男生组完全没有进入状态，那种对心理健康课的新鲜感、陌生感一下子就流露出来。明眼人一眼就看出，这是老师为了做一个录像课而故意设计好的一个场景，学生完全没有上心理健康课的经验和常规。老师也没有进入课堂之中，面对学生的真情流露老师往往无动于衷，有时候干脆是一副冷漠的表情，缺乏心理健康老师最起码的同理心。这样的课完全没有学生心理健康的意识在里面。在课堂中能够流露真情的`学生只有极少数，大多数学生没有真情实感，说一些不痛不痒的官方话，缺乏情感的流露和表达。

二是缺乏正确的观点表达和对错误认识的辨析。老师上课非常死板，缺乏生成性，PPT都是事先做好的，学生的讨论没有真实的展示，课堂完全按照老师的预设来进行各个环节。这主要由于缺乏正常的课堂教学常规的建立而让临时开设的心理健康课，缺乏足够的灵性和活力。比如学生在讨论如何战胜挫折时，有些学生提出通过玩游戏暂时遗忘挫折和痛苦。面对这样的问题，老师缺乏引导学生及时辨析的能力。忽视课堂的生成性，没有抓住教育的契机，对学生进行教育和正确引导。
