心理学是一门有趣、实用、深奥的学问借此机会我想谈谈一直以来学习研究心理学的体会!

我们这学期开设了心理健康课，通过本学期的学习让我学到了很多有用的知识我是一个心理学爱好者，其实几年前就接触到了心理学从那时接触到心理学开始就深深的被心理学的神奇、有趣。深奥所迷醉，从那时开始我大量的阅读心理学书籍听讲座这学期开了心理健康这门课让我有幸通过课上的学习课下和老师交流又学到很多。我觉得生活在在这样一个高节奏高压力的的社会环境里的人们都应该学习一点心理学来调试自己烦躁急躁的心态，我可以毫不夸张的说当今社会一百个人中就有九十五个存在着一定的心理问题只是有的轻有的重由此可见学点心理学是一件多么重要的事啊!

因为个人对心理学感兴趣，所以在和朋友聊天的过程中不免会聊一些。在聊的过程中他们总是会问我这样问题学习心理学的作用是什么?学了对一个人有什么帮助?我认为啊学习心理学最直接最有效的帮助有以下几个一.帮你调节自我心理状态合理排解消除不良的情绪和问题使自己拥有幸福快乐积极乐观的生活状态。二.让你更清楚更短的时间内了解他人使你更快的达到目的获得成功!三.帮助他人给他人带来快乐和幸福!

《心理健康》这本书主要讲的是，什么是心理健康，心理健康的意义，以及因年龄增长而出现的各种心理问题和矛盾应该如何应对，其实我觉得通过学习心理健康个人最大的收获就是对于特殊问题的了解和应对策略比如早恋、毒品的种类及危害，以及人脑构造等。

但是让我感到最有幸的就是感受了一次集体催眠，那时我发现原来集体催眠的感觉和自我催眠的感觉是不同的。在这我想分享一下那次集体催眠我的感受。不瞒您说因为在家我经常聆听催眠音乐以及录音带进行自我催眠所以很快的随引导语进入了催眠状态并看到了很多画面，结束后感到非常的舒服如进行一次深度的休息，最后在和老师配合下了解了所看画面的意义，通过老师讲解知道了真正的自己是一个什么样的人，虽然曾经多次对自己进行过剖析对自己也有了解但是听了老师的分析那时才肯定原来是一个这样的人!根据心理学鼻祖级人物弗洛伊德的“双我理论”，“自我”“本我”，他提出一个人其实是有“两个我”存在的。即一个“显意识我”一个”潜意识我”,催眠状态下是潜意识的我所以很高兴让我认识了解真正的我!

谈完了催眠经历我还想谈谈那次学习毒品知识的感受。虽然我也听说过一些毒品但是通过那次的学习让我真正的系统的了解到了毒品，通过老师图文并茂的课件以及幽默诙谐的讲解让我记忆深刻，深深地了解到了毒品对人的伤害。通过那次的学习我发现我对毒品有一个错误的认识一个误区。我以前一直这样认为：嘿我是一个好学生我不会也不允许自己接触到毒品，所以毒品永远不可能伤害到我，我也不会遇见吸毒的人。但是学习之后我发现我错了真的错了，原来毒品离我是那么的近原来有时毒品在你毫不知情的情况下就沾染上了，但是可怕的是当你发现时已经晚了想戒掉很难即使戒掉了他的复吸率是非常高的，记得老师说过这样一句话你什么事都可以做，或许其他的事你做了还有改过的机会但是如果抢劫、偷盗、吸毒、这三件事你做了以后你的人生就彻底完了没有回头的机会,可见毒品是多么可怕的东西啊!你也许会问既然毒品会在不知情的情况下接触到那么怎么防范呢，在此和您分享几条建议算是略展学习成果吧。一.了解一些简单的毒品知识。二.不吃陌生人递的东西。三.学会识别!

学习力就是生产力，在这里我想谈谈学习。学习力是二十一世纪的核心生产力之一，我一直认为人与人之间的区别就在于脖子以上，在于思考问题的方式，“学习力就是生产力”可能这句话很多人都不赞同，您也许会反问我，学习可以带来经济利益吗?对此我想先反问几个问题，乔丹是不是生来就会打篮球?巴菲特是不是生来就会炒股?刘翔是不是生来就会跑步?丘吉尔是不是生来就是总统?显然都不是，那么他们是通过什么途径掌握了这些技能?我看过他们的资料听过他们的演讲发现他们都是通过不断持续的学习才获得的。我们放眼望去可能很多成功人士的学历都不是很高，但是他们有一个共同的特点从来没有过停止学习，我记得曾经心理健康老师说过这样一句话，“同学你可以不上学，但是绝对不可以停止学习”。是啊，在这样一个日新月异高速发展的社会环境里，如果不经常学习，不断“充电”很快就会被这个社会淘汰!如果你细心观察你就会发现越是成功的人士他们的学习力越强，相反，在这个社会中有很多人都不去学习不读书错把自负当自信。举一个我身边具有超强学习力的例子，我的导师他今年近六十岁了，三十年如一日每天五点钟起床读六个小时的书写一篇五千字的文章，听两个小时的演讲带还出版了十几本书发表了六百三十多篇文章，潜心研究，家庭教育、成功学心理学心灵学幸福学等领域在全国义务讲座四千于场。但是令人不解的是虽然现在他在国内已经成为了一名小有名气的专家了，但是他还是没有停止学习，除了每天坚持读书、写作、备课以外，每年还自费近万元到全国各地去学习提升自己。要成功就要像成功者学习，跟随师傅学习的这三四年在他潜移默化的影响下学习早已成为了我生活中的一部分，我连续四年了每天读两个小时的书听一部演讲带写点东西。包括各个方面家庭教育、成功学、心理学、心灵学、催眠学、宗教学、幸福学等方面。付出就有收获，努力定能成功，所以我现在的知识量远远超于常人。通过一直以来的观察我发现了一个有趣的现象，现在百分之九十的学生上了大中专以后就不再学习了，厌学在应试教育模式下属于一个普遍现象，但是我想奉劝您一句，朋友您可以选择不学习“数理化”但是请你不要选择拒绝学习，我觉得拒绝学习从某个角度讲你就是在拒绝成功!

因为我们所学的专业是“市场营销”所以最后我想谈谈消费心理学人们在消费过程中所产生的“暗示效应”。 人们花钱买消费品总是为了买到一定的效用，恐怕没有人专门买对自己毫无用处的东西。但实际上，人们花钱买到的东西总可以分为三类;一类是功能全部有用，再一类是功能部分有用，还有一类是功能基本无用或完全无用。就是说，人们花的钱中确实有一部分是买了无用的东西，而且这种冤枉钱几乎人人都花过。

这些钱十有八九是在消费中的暗示效应作用下花出去的.消费中的暗示效应是指人们事先并无计划而临时受场景的影响所产生的某种想法的购买行动的反应。这种反应，大致有以下几种情形：一是受到环境的暗示影响。二是受到某种销售手段的暗示。例如商店的广告说某种商品“降价处理，原价100元，现价50元。您可能突然灵机一动而买下一件。结果发现并不适用.降价50元的好处没有得到，反而多支付了50元。三是受到消费环境的暗示。暗示心理学认为，人们之所以会产生那种消费中的暗示效应，使人们无计划地购买自己毫无用处的东西，花费那“冤枉钱”，是因为人们在受到某种场景的暗示作用时，确信某种“消费机会”对自己是有利的，并认为这种机会稍纵即逝，常言道;机不可失，时不再来。反映人们都有不愿失去每一个对自己有利的机会的心理状态;再加上当人们的收入提高到有可能为这种消费中的暗示效应所引起的购买能力(即有钱)支付时，这种消费行为就自然而然地产生了。 消费中的暗示效应的另一个问题就是，当某种货物(往往是生活必需品)由于经济平衡的需要，价格有所上升后，就会使一些人产生不安和忧虑，担心其他物品也要涨价，由此形成流言，这时，只要有几个有影响的人去“抢购”商品，那很快就暗示了一大片，从而即刻形成抢购风。这种暗示效应，反映人们对于被控制的社会刺激发生了顺从行为的一种心理现象。一个人生活在社会中，每时每刻都处于暗示的环境中，同时也不断地给予别人以暗示的影响，从而使人与人之间相互影响。暗示效应在消费中，受主观和客观两方面因素的影响;从客观上说，有的商店由于某些商品的积压，资金周转不过来，于是就有意识地通过“暗示--流言--抢购风”的途径，借以推销滞留的商品，使一些易受暗示者上当受骗。从主观上说，上述那种排长队抢购滞销物品的人，多般是一些缺乏主见和缺乏判断力的受暗示者，他们极易受多数人的“排队”行为的影响，他们就是那些爱花冤枉钱的人。所以当您想要购买物品时先冷静判断一下该物品对您的效用如何。这就要求先派定用场，然后再作出决定。

虽然心理学课程即将结束，但是我对心理学的学习永远都不会结束，生命不息学习不止!

当外面下大雪，不能出门的时候，我靠在暖气上在知识的海洋里畅游，什么《钢铁是怎样炼成的》、《鲁滨孙漂流记》、《木偶奇遇记》等，全成了我的好朋友。我随着故事中的人物一起开心，一起伤心，一起感动，一起愤怒。一个个故事就像一个个谜，牵着我揭开它的盖头。

寒假里最快乐的莫过于过年了。穿上崭新的衣服，吃丰富的水果、大餐，放花炮、收红包、尽情地玩，尤其是我的生日在大年初二，我们全家在一起吃生日蛋糕，吹生日蜡烛，祝愿我快乐成长。

一转眼，年要过完了，我的新学期也就开始了。
