Animals and human beings, we have thought, have feelings, also have their own way of life, more freedom.

We should not to destroy their peaceful and harmonious life, we have no right to destroy their life, of course, there is no reason to blame hurt them more.

Whenever we place series of delicious food on the table, such as: snakes, frogs, and other animals. Should we think of it, each of us to eat a kind of animal, how much is to go to farmers for banker harmful insects. We are not should the perspective-taking once, they are in a concerted effort to catch insects, can human beings not only ungrateful, instead put them as their food, as we human beings every day to make money, how they are evil!

如今，地球上的许多生物已经很罕见了，甚至有的已经濒临灭绝了!如果地球上没有了动物，地球将会变成什么样，人类又将会变成什么样?

我想，是我们人类好好反省的时候了，如果再这样下去的话，我们将会成为动物们的敌人了，更别谈什么“与狼共舞”

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China.

春节是中国最重要的节日.

It’s to celebrate the lunar calendars new year.In the evening before the

Spring Festival,families get together and have a big meal.

In many places people like to set off firecrackers,Dumplings are the most

traditional food.

Serious Floods

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

长江是中国最长的河流。它对我们中国人十分重要。但现在长江给我们带来了严重的水灾。

许多村庄被洪水冲毁于。洪水使成千上万的人失去了家园，亲戚和朋友。许多孩子不能与平常——样去学校了。现在洪水引起了全球的注意。国外的人也给予了援助。在中国，上百万的战士忙于与洪水搏斗。他们努力工作，许多人在救村民时献出了自己的生命。

尽管我们不能帮助他们抗洪，但我们可以帮他们重建家园。我们可以捐出零花钱和衣服。我相信在不久的将来大多数人会回到家乡。

More and more people has begun to consider their mental health that plays an important role in our daily life. Nowadays ,many students suffer from mental illness ,which seriously influence on their study and daily life.

越来越多的人开始担心在日常生活中起着重要作用的心理健康。如今，许多学生都有严重影响他们学习和生活的心理问题。

Consequently, schools should take effect measures to solve this problem. The mental health consul department should be built in school to help those students who suffer from mental illness. In this way, those who are subjected to the mental illness can get rid of the unhealthy shadow and build up their confident. On the one hand, school can provide a chance for students to show their tension. On the other hand, president and teachers should try their best to help those students. In addition, giving more concentration on their physical health would help them to rebuild their mental health.

因此，学校应采取有效的措施来解决这个问题。学校应建立心理健康咨询室来帮助那些患有心理问题的学生。这样，那些正遭受心理疾病的学生可以从不健康的阴影中解脱，建立信心。另一方面，学校可以为学生提供机会来展示他们的紧张。另一方面，校长和教师应尽力帮助那些学生。此外，对他们的身体健康提供更多的关注会帮助他们重建良好的心理健康。

From what has been mentioned above, as students, we should try our best to communicate with our, friends, parents or teachers. Last but not the least; we should not hesitate to go to the mental health consult room for help when we have trouble in mental illness. 带着为提升个人心理健康教育层次和水平，两年后的今天，重回校园，再进学堂，在三天的培训时间里，我们零距离的倾听了国家二级心理咨询师旷志伟教授及他的团队，用先进的教育理念和鲜活的教育实践完美结合在一起的心理健康教育理论的学习。从高深专业的理论到精典个案的解析，从户里户外的心理培训到教师团队的沟通与合作交流，都是那么认真，那么细心。我们收获着、感动着、反思着……这次培训让我感觉到：这不仅仅是一次心理健康教育的专业培训，也是一次心灵的洗礼，洗刷掉我们心灵深处的点点尘埃，更是一次精神的盛宴，每次的讲座和活动都蕴含着丰富的人生哲理。

一、我学会了责任与感恩。2012年5月3日上午，第一天首先由朱伟信教练为我们30几位教师建立自己的团队。下午让我心灵触动最深的一次观摩活动。由雪狼教练组织的连山县初三级“责任·感恩”学习动力提升训练营。为了让初三级的学生有一个全新的心灵洗刷与提高他们的学习动力，雪狼教练不怕日晒雨淋，也要坚持这次的完美训练。看似简单的肢体运动的比赛，但是有助地磨练着学生们的责任与感恩。组队比赛输了，惩罚的不是全体成员，而是队长。看着队长由10几个到100多个的俯卧撑的惩罚，队长无力，艰苦地苦撑着，自己却无助地张望着，非常难过。在我们现实生活中，队长就如我们的父母亲，承受着我们犯错带来的惩罚。这次培训，充满着无限感恩的氛围贯穿于整个活动之中，深深地打动着每位学生的心灵，有的甚至声泪俱下。学生与自己的班主任哭了，他们不是因为自己艰苦的训练而哭，而是因为他们学会了责任与感恩，感谢父母，感谢老师，感谢一切，重新出发，为自己而努力。

二、我学会了爱。晚上，我观摩了旷教授组织的学生亲子活动《爱流动》的流程活动。虽然我还没有孩子，可是这次的活动，让我提前让自己学会如何做好一位家长。聆听旷教授对爱的讲解，才知道爱的内容包括目光是柔和的、语言是温柔的和要积极的肢体语言表达。旷教授有一句话让我最深刻：教育孩子，承认差异，允许失败!其实我们应该偶尔放下工作，多与自己的孩子聊聊天。教导他们：孩子，别忘了爱。

三、我学会了沟通合作与竞争。2012年5月4日，感谢朱教练给我们带来拍数字游戏和传信息活动，训练我们在工作岗位中，与领导、同事们之间的相处应该相互信任、相互沟通和相互合作。结合两个活动，培养我们与人相处能力，强调教师是专业的助人工作者，要有责任感和使命感，并对教师应该掌握的团体心理辅导技术，如何成为 一个有效的团体领导者和如何进行团体辅导提出了一些意见和建议。

四、我学会了密切关注儿童的心理发展。2012年5月5日，旷教授给我们带来一个精彩的心理讲座。旷教授现场与我们进行互动，通过风趣幽默的语言、富有趣味的互动游戏，还有旷教授狂野的歌声，博得了我们阵阵掌声和欢笑，大家都觉得受益匪浅。

这次培训班，学员之间坦诚相见，热情交流，共享学习收获。旷教授及他的团队尽职尽责，尽心尽力，更是赢得了我们的尊重。这次培训虽然结束了，但思考没有接受，行动更是没有结束。对自己说：这一刻，对我自己生命负责!

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used

everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and

for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance

to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of

the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its

usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a

different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I

read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different

from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from

my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our

Chinese…

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the

world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from

different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go

to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the

English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard

study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I

believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.
