大学生心理健康是一个被受关注的话题，如今对于以踏入大学生活的我们来说，如何正确的树立一个好的人生观，培养一个健康的心理是尤为重要的。通过这次学习我明白了人生也许可以分为很多阶段，每个阶段心理都有着不同的转变。 心理健康是一种想法上的、观念上的健康。在这里我对大学生活的人际交往问题以及大学生恋爱心理谈一谈自己的看法。

一、大学生活中的人际交往问题

记得上课时老师讲过“比起中学生，大学生的人际交往更为复杂，更为广泛，独立性更强，更具社会性。”这也就意味着我们从一个私有的小空间，逐步的向社会这个大的空间融入，如何可以更好的融入这张大的人际关系网成我们前进的潜在问题。正因如此交往能力越来越成为我们心目中衡量个人能力的一项重要标准。我们正处于一种渴求交往、渴求理解的心理发展时期，良好的人际关系，是我们心理正常发展、个性保持健康和具有安全感、归属感、幸福感的必然要求。然而并不是每个人在交往中都能处理好人际关系的。在这一过程中，有相当数量的人会产生各种问题。认知、情绪及人格因素，都影响着人际关系的建立。一旦在这一过程中受挫，就可能表现为自我否定而陷入苦闷与焦虑之中，或因企图对抗而陷入困境，并由此产生心理问题。

如何在大学中拥有更好的人际关系呢?首先在大学人际交往中要注意一下几点。

1、要注重自身人格塑造和能力的培养。

人们喜欢真诚、热情、友好的人，讨厌虚伪、自私、冷酷的人。在同学中选择朋友，首先考虑的是个性品质，与成熟、热情、坦率、有责任感的人多交往。所以，若想要增强人际吸引力，融洽地与他人相处，就应充分健全自己的品格，表现自己的特长，使自己的品格、能力、才华不断提高。

2、要宽宏豁达，学会体察对方心理，做到以诚相待。

我们在交往中要学会做个有心人，善于体察别人的心境，主动关心他人，使他们感受到你的善意和温暖。以同宿舍的室友为例，每个人都要注意观察，尽量满足他人的需要，如经常打水、扫地，为生病或有事的同学打饭、补习功课等。在日常生活中很多的时候，我们需要多进行换位思考，只有将心比心，以诚换诚，才能达到心灵的沟通和情感的共鸣。

3、掌握一定的社交技巧。

交往中的技巧犹如人际关系的润滑剂，它可以帮助人们在交往活动中增进彼此的沟通和了解，缩短心理距离，建立良好的关系。

二、大学生恋爱心理

大学生的恋爱心理是指大学生在心理、心理能量。环境的共同作用下表现出来的对异性的求知、接近、进行恋爱、追求爱情等行为，以及由此所产生的各种心理现象。

长久以来恋爱心理问题就是是困扰大学生学习、生活和成长发展的重要问题之一。站在一个理性的角度来说，恋爱所带来并不一定是快乐和幸福，往往有些人体会到的是烦恼和苦涩。对这样的人来说，还需进一步发展自己完善自己，否则匆忙进入恋爱，很可能弊多利少。大学阶段的学习很紧张，时间很有限，如果为了处理恋爱中的矛盾、烦恼而花去很多时间、精力，影响学习和全面发展，无疑是于己于国都不利的，也是违背恋爱心理健康的。人格不成熟的大学生匆忙涉足恋爱容易导致不成熟的恋爱，容易产生多种心理问题。如果恋爱双方都不成熟，那么失败的可能性就更大，或者会产生更多的负面影响。从大学生心理咨询的实践看，恋爱中的矛盾纠纷多产生于他们不成熟的思想、心理和行为。在我看来当代大学生心理健康主要存在的现状。

1、自卑现象

总感到自己缺乏被爱的吸引力常有一些人为自己还没有恋人而自卑，认为自己对异性没有吸引力，认为别人瞧不起自己，不敢坦然与异性交往，更怕在异性面前失误，只好用回避与异性接触的办法保护自尊心，并极力掩盖内心深处的痛苦与失落。

对于有这种心理困境的大学生应从各方面多寻找自己的长处，挖掘自己能吸引他人的闪光点，并学着变换一下思维方式，用自己的优点与别人的缺点去对比，以增强自信。

2、能做恋人的异性朋友难寻

这种恋爱心理困境的原因主要在于对友情和恋情的认识还很肤浅，对社会中人际关系的科学认识的缺乏更证实了他们的性心理发育的确滞后于性生理的成熟。当然，也不排除由于社会的快速发展与观念更新所形成的复杂人际关系对大学生们的影响及心理冲击。

揭示爱情的自然性、社会性和复杂性，引导大学生在寻求爱情的过程中既要有主观上的用心、又要顺应自然。在与异性的交往中要学会控制感情，勇于说“不”，不自作多情，更不要错把迷恋当爱情。

3、“试婚”现象

“试婚”现象这除了与大学生性心理发育的成熟及角色的特殊性相关外，一方面是受西方“性自由、性解放”的影响，另一方面也与我国在学校性知识教育上的薄弱、大众媒体宣传的不适当有关。

大学生应该正确的恋爱观将对他们认识自我、完善自我、发展自我、超越自我起到积极的作用。因此，对于在大学生中出现的恋爱现象，我们要正确对待，积极引导。
