This years New Years day is really busy! The street people mountain people sea, beaming, decorating. Every May in Chinese lunar calendar is Dragon Boat Festival, do you know anything about it? Let me speak for you.

Once upon a time, there was a patriotic poet Qu Yuan, once he went to Beijing to go to work, see a decline of state variable, then vote Miluo River to commit suicide. Before he died, he wrote a poem. People in order to commemorate the patriotic poet, the annual Lunar New Year in May at the beginning of a dragon boat festival.

The main contents of the Dragon Boat Festival is the dragon boat racing, zongzi.

一直以来，我国的学校教育一直沿用传统的应试教育模式，存在着重智轻德、重表（身体）轻里（心理）的现象，小学心理问题较少受到重视。近几年来，随着社会的发展和教育改革的不断深入，应试教育所带来的种种弊端日益被人们所认识，为此我国已明确提出了由应试教育向素质教育转轨的口号，学生的心理素质受到了越来越多的关注。

素质教育是以培养学生在思想道德情操、科学文化知识、身体和心理素质、劳动和生活技能等方面得到和谐发展为宗旨的，学生的心理素质的培养是素质教育的一个核心内容。但现阶段涉及较多的还是心理问题较明显的大中学生，小学生的心理健康问题仍未受到足够的重视。而实际上由于社会的发展、各种竞争的不断加剧以及家庭教育和学校教育的一些失误，许多心理问题都表现出了向低龄化发展的趋势。同时大中学生存在的许多心理问题的成因也常可追溯到他们的小学时代。因此，对小学生开展心理素质教育非常有必要。

根据研究调查结果显示，小学生心理健康问题的总检出率为９.５％，这个比例略低于国内外文献中所估出的小学生心理健康问题的比例，但基本接近。如上海市精神卫生中心唐慧琴、忻仁娥的研究得出：我国小学生各类行为问题的总检出率为１２.９３±２.１９％；陈永胜认为小学生的心理卫生问题主要表现在学习、情绪、行为等方 面，小学生在学习方面存在问题的人数约为１０——１５％，情绪方面问题约在１０——２０％之间等等。在这里我们不能得出小学生心理健康状况好于其他地区的结论，因为每个研究所采用的测量工具不尽一致，或者说每个研究对心理健康问题的评价标准不同。但仍可得出两点结论：
