Environmental Pollution

I read a piece of news recently. It says that in Japan marly businessmen ave selling fresh air to customers.and now it is becoming more and more popular. Why? --Fresh air is getting less and less in Japan, and so is it in the U. S. A.

In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing.

it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial

production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances

in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. Look at the sky, you can see that dense smoke is being released from the high and big chimneys; those dirty and poisonous substances are flowing into the rivers that we use for drinking water and millions of tons of waste products are heaping around us.

How to change this condition? More and more countries are trying to work out some effective means to bring it under control, but no great success has been made.

最近我读了一则消息说在日本，许多商人向顾客出售新鲜空气，现在这种情况越演越烈，Environmental Pollution-环境污染，四六级写作《Environmental Pollution-环境污染》。为什么呢? 因为在日本新鲜空气越来越少，在美国也是如此。

健康这个词大家不陌生吧?那大家知道健康到底是什么吗?让我简短的说一下吧：

一个人的健康包括了身体的健康和心理的健康及良好的适应能力等。如果你缺少一样都算不上健康。

一许你有着强健的体魄，可是你有健康的心理吗?下来让我告诉你，健康心理具备的条件吧!

第一，学习中和生活中能正常的进行一些的活动，也就是智力正常。

第二，能自己把握自己的情绪，使自己每天都保着情绪稳定的效果。

第三，坚定的意志做事要有始有终。

第四，开朗，乐于与人交往，人际关系和谐。

第五，要使自己“惊喜若狂”也不要使自己“怒不可遏”喜怒都要有限度。

第六，正确的认识自己，充满自信。

千万不能出现心理不健康的情况喔u比如，抑郁p多疑p孤独p自卑p依赖p嫉妒p情绪波动等。

杀手大家都知道吧u可你知道心理健康的“杀手”吗?这几“杀手”主要是缺少爱抚过分苛求和惩戒无度。下面就听我细细讲解。

爱是一种高尚的情感。对青少年而言，最具影响力的就是家庭和社会给予的爱抚。由于我国离婚率较高，极巨影响了青少年的心理，他们会表现出恐惧、愤怒、羞愧、做恶梦、烦燥等消极情绪。有的还出现依赖、焦虑、对人存有敌意、冷漠、无动于衷、情绪低落、固执、闷闷不乐等现象。所以缺少爱抚成了心理健康的一个“头号杀手”。

过分苛求就是指在青少年成长过程中，家长对孩子的各种要求脱离了我们实际，提出要求过多、过高，以至于难以达到，到了苛刻的程度。所以苛求也逃不脱心理“杀手”的罪名。

所谓惩戒无度，就是指经常为一点小事，对青少年身体和心理上的惩罚和训诫。经常对他们的惩戒会使他们感到紧张、恐惧、不安、戒备。只有在愉悦状态，人的聪明才能得到最大的发挥。而紧张、忧虑、恐惧、不安就会出现“抑制”。严重的惩戒还可能造成“孤僻、自卑、自毙”等恶果。

从上面来看，心理健康对我们多重要啊!我们一定要有一颗健康的心理。

What Can We Do for the Environment

Hello,everyone. Im Li Hua. Its nice to speak about what we can do for the environment,and I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem.

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more, it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best reduce pollution and waste.

In fact,even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the

bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street

randomly.
