Nobody could have failed to notice the fact that drunken driving has been a grave problem with which we are confronted. Generally speaking, there are several reasons accounting for /behind this phenomenon. Firstly, recent decades have witnessed the rapid development of people’s living standards. I always think there is not enough time. For example, I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back, I just feel that its only one day. There goes a proverb, Time is money.
