Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

运动变成了瘦身的方法。运动的方式很多，每一种运动都对我们有帮助：游泳可以让我们长高；跑步可以让我们血液循环；举重可以让我们肌肉发达，而我最喜欢的运动是游泳，这项运动有许多乐趣；心情好时，在游泳池上，自由自在的游来游去；心情不好时，在游泳池上，发泄情绪。

游泳这项运动，让我从原来的矮冬瓜，变成了高个子，除此之外还有很多好处，可以玩刺激的水上溜滑梯，还可以和弟弟来一场水上大战。为了学游泳，妈妈特地去帮我买了一套泳衣，并且每个礼拜都会带我去游泳。

曾经有一次，我参加了一个比赛，比赛当天，我用尽了全力游，但是还是没得名，比赛后我告诉自己，只要继续努力总有一天会成功，所以我要加油，从此我就下定决心，一定要努力的学会游泳。

运动对我们有很大的帮助，不但可以锻炼身体，还可以让我们肌肉发达，所以我要天天运动，把身体锻炼成无敌铁金钢，希望大家都能够加入游泳的行列。
