记得三年级上学期时，我参加了一次激动人心的活动——拔河比赛。

听到这个消息后，我们全班都沸腾起来。老师首先领着我们来到操场上，只见一条粗大的绳子压在操场当中的一条白线上，绳子中间扎着一块红布条儿，老师对我们男女同学说：“游戏规则是这样的：男同学一队，女同学一队，你们两队谁能把绳子中间的红布条儿拉到靠自己一头的白线，那一队就胜利了。”

游戏开始了，老师拿起哨子吹了一声，只见我们两队的队员都用脚顶着脚，双手像钳子一样紧紧地抓住绳子，使出吃奶的劲儿，像一只只小老虎一样，往后拉。脚都好像柱子一样扎在地上，甚至有的人手上的皮都擦破了，个个都汗流浃背。尽管这样，我们还是不肯松手，咬着牙在拉。

红布条儿一会儿向男生队移过去一点，一会儿向我们队移过去一点，双方不分胜负，过了一会儿，我们队快要胜利了，我们使劲一拉，哨声吹响了，我们胜利了！我们队的队员都欢呼起来。

This summer, i had some special days. i joined dongzhou international educational exchange summer camp.

first, i will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are shrina and rebecca. they are friendly and beautiful. they are students at oxford university.

we talked about many things: famous people, subjects in england, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

we know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

we tried to write a letter to principal zhang. we made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. we gave some other students english lessons, we taught them about chinese dragon, chinese martial arts and the olympics.

every afternoon, we played exciting games: chinese whispers, tongue twisters, wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

on the last day, we had a good time. we made black tea. we put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. to cook them is very interesting. when we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. we put some jam on it. how delicious! i won’t ever forget it.

the summer camp is a really good chance for me. i know the local things in england. i learned a lot and like english more. i also know better ways to learn english well.

我兴奋地喊到：“我宣布，活动开始！”说完，大家都忙了起来，有的拿出自己的食物一起放在我的烧烤架上烤，有的拿自己的帐篷，干了起来。

我就在烧烤架上烧烤呢！我先拿了一串最喜欢的羊肉串，抹金黄金黄的黄油，快速地插烤着，只见羊肉串红通通“变身”到了棕色的熟肉，在上面洒上辣椒粉，“变身”到了火辣辣的“红烤肉”。我开始口水直流，拿起自己亲手烤的，又嫩又香可好吃了呢！不对，再加上小宇宙无敌火辣辣！

接下来是搭帐篷的时候了，我的帐篷非常智能，只要按一个一按钮，哗的一下，一个漂亮的帐篷出现在我的眼前，后来是铺，这可不像那个帐篷那么容易，我拿出了席就铺了上来，你看吧！席子太宽了只好漏出了一条边在外面，不过这还可以当作通风口。

忙了一天，夜幕降临，大家丢下一天疲惫，有的看那美丽的日落，有的享受那自己的美食。到了晚上，朋友们躺在了沙滩上，仰望那美丽的星空，看那海鸥一群一群的一起飞翔，心情一定会感到无比开朗和美好。此时的大人也放了手中的工作和手机，一起陪着孩子们仰望着，仰望着……

今天是去夏令营的日子，我将要离开家十一天，让我有点不开心。来到宿舍，见到了室友——王泽希。虽然我们互不相识，但是在十一天里我们共同成长，我收获了友情。夏令营有十一天，我这是第一次感到这个十一天这么漫长！

夏令营有很多的课程，有游泳、素描、书法、羽毛球兵乓球……我最喜欢游泳了，因为我以前学过游泳，现在心里有点不安，有些小细节忘记了。在联系跳水时，部分同学很有勇气，很让我敬佩。再看看我，有些胆怯，就在我犹豫的时候，老师突然踢了我一脚，这时候泳池内“哗哗”的溅起了水花，我也喝了一口水。

之后我被分到了不会游泳的组里，经过老师耐心的示范动作，又加上我的练习，很快我就重新学会了游泳。在泳池边我听到大家在议论仰泳，自己在水里试了试，结果大头在下，脚在上，闹出了笑话。

我重新爱上了游泳，这一门课我很喜欢。当然其他课程也是不错的。最后一次课我们观看了电影《匹诺曹》，通过这个电影让我知道了人与人相处一定要真诚。

在最后一天里我和小伙伴们把《相亲相爱》这首歌献给了妈妈们，我们也拿着证书和金牌开开心心的回家了。在这十一天里我学会了叠被和洗衣物，夏令营真是一个让人快速成长的好地方。

只见欣怡扎着长长的马尾辫，皮肤白晳，一双水汪汪的大眼睛，有点害羞地坐在秀丹阿姨旁边，当我听完她的故事时，情不自禁地流下了感动的眼泪。原来在她出生四个月的时候，爸爸出车祸变成了植物人，妈妈为了照顾爸爸也辞了工作，生活十分困难，但是欣怡勤奋好学、乐观向上，不但学习成绩优异，还获得过拉丁舞、绘画等比赛一等奖。活动现场，欣怡为我们表演了一段拉丁舞，赢得了同学们的热烈掌声，我心想：我们家庭条件比她优异，但学习却没有她那么努力，真是不懂得珍惜啊，以后一定向欣怡一样努力学习、乐观向上。接着，大家给欣怡送上心愿卡和小礼物，表达对她的爱心，希望她能够永远健康快乐成长。
