1、早上6：30分起床晨读半小时，预习新课文或者背论语;7：00左右做50个仰卧起坐;7：30分左右洗刷完毕吃早饭。

2、中午吃过早饭去文化宫练乒乓球;中午回家看会课外书再吃中午饭;吃完中午饭1：00左右睡午休。
