我们每年都要吃汤圆，而汤圆的寓意是团团圆圆一家欢，只要一家人在一起那幸福的感觉就像汤圆里的馅一样甜甜蜜蜜，让人永生难忘!只要一家人能团圆胜过千千万万的礼品，只要一家人能在一起聚杯共庆，消除了新年的寂寞，这比无数个祝福都要温暖!

忽然，“……”新年的钟声响起了，刹那间城市沸腾了!万支烟花直冲云霄，如银箭，如流星，更如一个个小火球冲向黑夜，它们划破黑夜，接着烟花交在一起，爆炸了，在天空中画出了一个个鲜艳的花朵，亮光交织在一起，为黑夜描绘出美丽的图画。然后震耳欲聋的爆炸声传入了我们的耳中，让来年的不顺在此时此刻消除，新年的到来从烟花的爆炸声中传递!

I had a happy summer holiday because I did many interesting things.

I went to the beach and I swam in the sea.I called my friend and played with them.I visited my grandparents and ate much delicious food.

Then I went to the zoo whit my sister.I was very happy.Because I saw a lot of animals.They were very lovely.So I took photos of all animals.I liked the butterflies best.They were colourful and beautiful.My sister liked it too.

我去了海滩,我在海里游泳。我打电话给我的朋友和他们玩。我拜访了我的祖父母和吃很多美味的食物。

然后我去了动物园我妹妹在一起的感觉。我非常高兴。因为我看见很多动物。他们非常可爱。所以我把所有的动物的照片。我最喜欢蝴蝶。他们是五颜六色的和美丽的。我姐姐也喜欢它。

A hobby can be almost anything a person likes to do in his spare time. Hobbyists raise pets, build model ships, weave bas-kets, or carve soap figures and so on. In a word, hobbies offer en-joyment, friendship, knowledge and relaxation.

Then, what is my hobby? Well, what I like most is singing. I began to sing songs when I was very young. My uncle was studying in a college then, so he could sing lots of songs, and he taught me several songs. I showed great interests in the music then, for they were pleasing to ears and easy to sing. My uncle told me they were called pop songs.

When I grew up, my music teacher found that I had a good voice, so she sent me to the Childrens Palace to study vocal mu-sic. From then on, I began my vocal music training. And then I knew there were several kinds of songs, like folk songs, pop songs and so on. What I had learned most was the songs for children. They were all simple ones but our teacher trained us very strictly. We practiced how to produce sound and how to make our expres-sion more natural and more pleasing. Those simple training didnt reduce my interest in singing at all and I won awards one after another in several kinds of competition. Actually I began to make up a dream of becoming a famous singer in the future.

As time went by, I came to realize that my dream wouldnt come true for there were strict conditions of being a singer. But I still took singing as my hobby since I found in music the interests which were lost in the exams. When I put all my emotion into singing a song, it gave me very good and very pleasant feelings, and a good chance to relax. Besides, it was a good way to learn things that couldnt be easily found in life.

Now as Im saying goodbye to my childhood my voice has changed into a deep male voice, and therefore I can sing a lot of songs written for adults. I am often deeply moved, by the melody or by what the song.

今天是正月十五,是元宵节。这一天,我们要“猜灯谜””耍龙灯”“吃元宵”。我知道以前人们还要有迎紫姑祭厕神、过桥摸钉走百病等习俗，有击太平鼓、秧歌、高跷、舞龙、舞狮等游戏。

那么,元宵节是怎么出现的呢?今天我上网查了一下才知道。原来传说元宵节是汉文帝时为纪念“平吕”而设。汉高祖刘邦死后，吕后之子刘盈登基为汉惠帝。惠帝生性懦弱，优柔寡断，大权渐渐落在吕后手中.汉惠帝病死后吕后独揽朝政把刘氏天下变成了吕氏天下，朝中老臣，刘氏宗室深感愤慨，但都惧怕吕后残暴而敢怒不敢言。吕后病死后，诸吕惶惶不安害怕遭到伤害和排挤。

于是，在上将军吕禄家中秘密集合，共谋作乱之事，以便彻底夺取刘氏江山。此事传至刘氏宗室齐王刘囊耳中，刘囊为保刘氏江山，决定起兵讨伐诸吕随后与开国老臣周勃，陈平取得联系，设计解除了吕禄，“诸吕之乱”终于被彻底平定.平乱之后，众臣拥立刘邦的第二个儿子刘恒登基，称汉文帝.文帝深感太平盛世来之不易，便把平息“诸吕之乱”的正月十五，定为与民同乐日，京城里家家张灯结彩，以示庆祝。从此，正月十五便成了一个普天同庆的民间节日——“闹元宵”。

本来,元宵节是一个庆祝天下太平的节日,后来却变成了全家团圆的日子。

今天是新学期开学第二天，象往常一样，每天下午都要上四节课。初春的二月阳光明媚，窗外，温暖的阳光，透过宽大的玻璃窗射进教室，柔和的洒在我身上，照得我暖洋洋的。最后一节课是外语课，随着枯燥乏味的字符，坐在课堂里，我渐渐地开启了小差，注意力不集中，双手紧紧地托住下巴，发呆的眼睛盯着黑板，而我的心早已飞到窗外。随着时间慢慢地流逝，盼望着早儿下课，盼望着早儿回家度过元宵之夜。

“铃铃……”随着清脆的下课铃声响，我的精神立刻来了，赶紧收拾好书包，睁大两只明亮的眼睛，向窗外，在人群中搜寻爸爸的身影，我一眼看见了爸爸，我兴奋地跑出教室，来到爸爸的身边，牵着他那温暖的大手，有说有笑地离开了学校。

这时，夜幕渐渐地降临，夕阳映衬着天空，天际不知何时抹上了淡淡一层金黄。正值下班高峰期，路上车来车往，不时听到大街小巷传来阵阵清脆的爆竹声。

回到家，我潇洒地放下沉甸甸书包，迫不及待去吃的。“你在干吗?”听到爸爸的问话，我赶紧说;“肚子饿了!找吃的。”“我马上就做好饭。”……老爸像是变魔术，真神速，在短时间内做好了饭菜。

吃完饭，夜色已黑暗，不知何时，明亮的月亮爬上了天空，高高地挂在那儿，周围零星地缀着一些闪亮的星星，使天空显得格外的宁静而优美。元宵夜，持续不断的爆竹声震耳欲聋，纷飞的礼花此起彼伏，我情不自禁拉着爸爸妈妈，来到屋外观看元宵烟火。

大街小巷到处张灯结彩，处处洋溢着节日的气氛;马路上车辆川流不息，道路两旁五颜六色的霓虹灯，时时闪烁着耀眼的光芒;人山人海的花灯会，种类繁多，设计新奇，造型各异;江城两岸火树银花，璀璨夺目，吸引了成千上万的群众前来观赏。

夜空中，一朵朵五彩缤纷的焰火腾空而起，礼花在空中傲然绽放，哇!好美的夜空呀!此时天空被渲染的五彩斑斓，分外妖娆。

瞧!那如同“天女散花”、“孔雀开屏”、“含苞待放”“百花争艳”等千姿百态的礼花，在空中争奇斗艳，如同一个个美丽的彩球，好似一朵朵结白的雪花，宛如一颗颗拖着彩带的流星，把漆黑的夜空照的如同白昼，元宵之夜装点的如此美丽，看得我如痴如醉!

嗨!今年的元宵节之夜真美呀!

Calligraphy is the essence of Chinese culture, which has developed into a special high-level art apart from satisfying the needs of daily writing. It has been flourishing for thousands of years in China. Shops with strong commercial atmosphere will gain some elegance if they are decorated with some quaint cultural calligraphic works. Sitting rooms, studies and bedrooms can be nice-looking with calligraphy works decorated. As a kind of art work, the writing of calligraphy is particular. The Chinese characters are written on Xuan paper which absorbs ink very well and then are mounted to hang on a wall. The calligraphy works are mostly a poem or a motto that the host of the room likes it much; if it is written by the host himself, it will demonstrate more his aspiration and interest as well as his talent.

书法是中国文化的精粹，除了满足日常书写外，它已经上升成为一门特别的高等艺术。他兴旺于中华大地数千年而不衰。商业气息浓重的店面装饰一些具有古色古香、文化色彩的书法作品就会平添几分高雅。书法作品也常常装饰客厅，书房和卧室。作为一种艺术，书法的书写是很讲究的。汉字写在吸水性很强的宣纸上，然后再装裱起来挂上墙壁。书法作品多半是居室主人所喜爱的一首诗词或是一句格言;如果这是他自己所作，那就更能显示他的志趣和才华了。
