这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

今天第一节下课，天气格外得开朗。唐老师面带微笑地说：“同学们拿好自己的风筝，一起去操场上放风筝吧！”这时，同学们欢呼起来，跟着唐老师一起下去了。

嘿！风筝的式样可真多，有淘气的蓝猫，胆大包天的孙悟空，可爱的“天线宝宝”，漂亮的“彩虹”……它们在万里无云的天空中各显神通，使人目不暇接。

远处，三三两两的同学在操场上跑来跑去放风筝，包静雯为了能使自己的风筝飞得最高。只见她右手拿着线轴，左手牵着风筝线，边跑边回头大喊：“放！”后面的余杭倚就把手中的蝴蝶风筝一下放飞了。包静雯跑得快，风筝飞得高，不一会儿就飞上了天。

近处，两位同学正在操场上跑来跑去，郑钟寅为了能使自己的风筝飞得最远，就拽着引线飞快地跑着；蒋保乾也想让自己的风筝飞得最高，便拼拿命放线；孙娜看见自己的风筝飞得不理想，急着直跺脚……看到这么多风筝飞上了天，我多么希望我的‘蓝猫“风筝也快快地飞上万里碧空的天空中呀。我赶紧让章灵芝拿住风筝，我扯着风筝线逆风跑着，边跑边拉着风筝线。“蓝猫”风筝开始上升了，它在低低地盘旋着。我心里不住地念叨：风筝，你可要为我争气呀，千万别人超过你……，可是，风筝是怎么也飞不高。我仔细一查，原来是“蓝猫”尾巴和风筝线找在一起。我赶紧把它们分开。

我的“蓝猫”又起飞了。这次，它可没有再掉下来，而是徐徐上升了。

在阳历二月十四，今天这个充满浪漫气息得情人节里，尽管大家心里都说着，过不过得都无所谓。但内心深处还是有些蠢蠢欲动。

吃过晚饭，某人说，好久没娱乐了。大家平日里也都忙忙碌碌的，孩子也快开学了。今晚不如一家子去KTV玩一会，也算是放松一下。

孩子听了特别的开心。玩嘛，谁都爱玩。只是，考虑到钱的问题，也提前做好了准备，如果价格太贵的话，那就打道回府睡觉。

因为之前一直很少去这些娱乐场所，再加上今天日子本来就比较特殊，因此具体多少钱还真是不清楚。

先去了一个不知名的KTV，问了一下价格，小包间两小时398，确实有些出乎意料。哪怕对方说，可以提供一些果盘之类的，也觉得有些超出我们的消费水平了。

又去了另外一个地方，倒是比之前那个便宜了一些，但两个小时下来也得200多。总觉得对我们普通老百姓来说，200多块钱玩两小时，始终觉得有些不划算。更何况，因为节日的缘故，小包间已经满了。大包间的话，估计价格更贵。

最后出去娱乐这件事只好不了了之。虽然说，孩子有些不开心，但考虑到钱的现实问题，孩子的那点小不开心好像完全可以忽略不计。

后来想想，娱乐成本对于我们小老百姓来说，还是有些太过高了。但小包间得爆满，也告诉了我们，有钱人确实也不少。

而我们应该做的是，得更加的努力，希望有一天可以消费得起这些娱乐成本！

最起码不会一问价格就打退堂鼓。

作为三年级的学生，我们要开始学会写作文。有一次，潘老师要求我们把课文里的好词好句摘抄在作业本上，于是，我把自己认为的好词好句摘抄了下来。当天晚上回到家里，我把这件事情告诉了妈妈，妈妈就对我说：“孩子，你们老师的这个方法很好啊！你不是很喜欢看课外书籍吗，你也可以把里面的好词好句摘抄下来呀，这样对你以后的写作是有很大帮助的。”听了妈妈的话，我心里想到：“这是个不错的方法，不管怎么样肯定对我没有坏处吧！”就这样试着玩一玩的想法，我喜欢上了看书，更喜欢上了摘抄书里的好词好句。每当写作时，老师夸我词语丰富、用词恰当时，我心里别提有多高兴了。这时，我心里产生了一个奇怪的想法：学习是我们的责任，但是只要我们用对了学习方法，认真对待每一次学习的内容，那么我们就会取得或多或少的进步，我觉得在学习中这样“玩一玩”也是很有趣的事情。

春节，应该是大家最喜欢的节日了吧?在春节，大街小巷都挂着红灯笼，家家户户都贴着红春联，人人脸上都洋溢着笑容，一派喜气洋洋的景象。而且，外出打工的年轻人都回家了，合家团圆，吃着年夜饭、一起看春晚，多么美好啊!最令人兴奋的是，我们小朋友还可以收到长辈的压岁钱哩!想想都是一件令人兴奋的事情。然而，春节伴随着寒假，有作业，且很快就要开学了。所以，春节不能盲目地玩，还需要有安排，才会“两不误”。那么，首先来讲讲我的计划吧!

在春节，一般都需要走亲戚呀、到处走走玩玩呀，加上我今年是在深圳，好玩的地方可就多着了!于是乎，在春节即将来临的前几天，我不能光顾着兴奋了，要抓紧时间，将作业尽量多写一些或者写完，这样，在春节期间尽情玩乐时才不会有“后顾之忧”嘛。

到了除夕这一天，我们一行人要到舅舅舅妈家的新房子里去啦。由于是新房子，所以需要大家在一起布置春节的东西，我也一定要给大人们帮忙啦。悄悄告诉你，在除夕那天晚上，我妈妈还会过来一起过年哦!想象一下，到时候大家在一起其乐融融地吃着年夜饭，多温馨啊。

当然啦，在寒假期间，还要复习一下上学期老师所教的知识，所谓“温故而知新”，只有以前所学的知识牢记与心间，学习新知识时才会更加顺畅。也不能忘记阅读课外书哦，它们能开阔我们的视野，陶冶我们的性情。

我们全家都非常爱玩，每次去旅游，我们都要把当地的娱乐设施玩个遍，就这样，我们还不嫌过瘾，于是老妈提议，我们举家搬到了娱乐时代。娱乐时代，顾名思义，就是干什么都要以娱乐的方式进行，离开娱乐，人们将无法生活、无法工作。

我们先来到娱乐大厅，以猜拳的方式选出“善玩老爸”做代表选房，“善玩老爸”拿起选房工具“圆环”，向自己中意的房屋模型套去，结果选种了一套蜗牛形状的十层楼房。我们高高兴兴来到自己的新房，发现这里根本没有楼梯，只有攀岩设施和蹦极设施。原来是这样，要想进房子，不是爬进去，就是跳进去。这可乐坏了我，我先玩蹦极上去，又攀岩上去，这样反复了好几次，我才停下来。进了房子一看，各种家具都是拼装玩具，见到这些，我就玩起了家具改造，把桌子拼成小猪的样子，又把写字桌和沙发拼在一起，写作业可舒服了。这样，我一直玩到了晚上，该睡觉了，我进屋一看，睡的竟然是蹦蹦床，正和我意。

第二天，我去上学，没想到去学校要开着碰碰车去，我的兴致一下子来了，在马路上开始玩起了碰碰车，玩着玩着，突然我想起了上学。一进教室，我还等着老师的严厉批评呢。谁知老师却对我唱起了教育歌，我一点也不害怕了。

同学们，你们说娱乐时代好吗，请为我投票，我请大家来这里玩。

对于已经是六年级的学生来说，学习任务也逐渐繁重，妈妈更是要我专心学习，不想让我有其他的爱好，担心影响我的学习。而我对折纸也很感兴趣，每天都会用去一二个小时来折纸，对此，妈妈很是不满。

有一天我七点就写完作业了，写完作业，我便开始折纸，一会叠星星、一会叠青蛙、一会叠......就在我沉浸在折纸的无限快乐中时，妈妈推门进来了，一看见我又在折纸，气不打一处来，大训我说：“你怎么又玩折纸了，你已经上六年级了，你现在的主要任务是学习，不应该被这点小事所耽误你的学习，快，把折纸收了，给我背课外英语，写口算题卡……”

我很不服气，心里想，虽然我目前主要任务是学习，但是折纸它是我的一种爱好啊！我折纸归折纸，但每次也都是在写完作业后才进行的啊！这样丝毫不耽误我的学习；还可以锻炼我的动手能力，为什么妈妈非不让我折纸呢？我实在想不通。于是我便和妈妈说了我的想法，折纸不但不会耽误我的学习而且还能提高我动手能力和思考能力，希望妈妈不要完全让我放弃我的爱好。

经过商量妈妈最后同意我折纸可以，但要有时间限制。从此以后我每天都很快写完作业，而且还很自觉的完成其他的课外作业，我利用剩下的时间开开心心的折纸，妈妈看到我这样也就慢慢支持我的爱好了。现在我的作业不但写的快，而且很好同时我的折纸水平也逐渐提高了。

就这样，折与不折的矛盾便解决了。这件事让我明白了，所有的事情，都没有绝得的对于错，我们一定也要站在对方的观点上替对方想一想，这样才能想出最有效的解决矛盾的方法。
