暑假的一天，是一个社区活动的日子。我吃过早饭，早早的来到了社区的活动室。

不一会儿，社区活动的老师拿了沉甸甸的一捆报纸走进活动室。我们疑惑不解，难道这次是让我们来看报纸的吗？这时老师笑容可掬地说：“小朋友们，今天让你们体验一下邮递员的工作，把这些“北蔡家园”的报纸发到社区每家每户的邮箱里。”说完，老师分发给每人一叠报纸。

现在我已经看完其中的三部电影了，因为是租借DVD的关系，所以如果有看不懂的地方，随时都可以倒带重看。此外，透过这一次的电影欣赏计划，我对电影有了更深一层的认识，藉由妈妈的引导，也让我学会从不同的角度与立场去欣赏一部电影，这是我今年暑假最棒的成长与收获。

Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. 第1个打算是帮妈妈做家务。平时妈妈为了我很辛苦，所有的家务都是妈妈做，放假了，我可要让妈妈好好歇一歇，我要帮妈妈扫地、拖地、洗衣服、叠被子、洗碗和擦桌子，尽量多干一些我能干的事情。

第2个打算是好好练习数学，平时我每次考试总是数学没有语文考试的分数高，主要原因是我的应用题没写好，每次应用题扣的分数最多，所以，暑假里我打算多练习，最少每个星期练习写一篇应用题，多从电脑上学习，争取尽快提高我数学的水平。

第3个打算是去游泳。去游泳也是一项体育活动，游泳不仅可以锻炼人的灵活，还可以锻炼人的胆量。所以我暑假的时候我要多去游泳。

这就是我这个暑假的打算，我想，只要我努力，我一定会实现我的打算的。

愉快的暑假到了，为了使自己的假期生活过的健康充实，欢乐而有意义，我特别为自己的暑假生活制定了具体的计划。我的计划大概分为两个方面：学习计划、生活计划。

第一，学习计划，具体如下：

1、争取7月1日至7月20日完成语、数、外三门暑假作业。计划大概每天完成6面暑假作业。

2、预习语文六年级上册的古诗词，文言文，日积月累等等。并有重点的选择背诵。

3、预习六年级上册数学相关内容。

4、预习六年级上册英语的课程，默写有关单词，听磁带。

5、每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，但时间不能太长。

6、写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字。

第二，生活计划具体如下：

1、培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮父母干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给父母捶捶背，帮父母买点东西等等。

2、要注意个人安全等方面问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出，不做危险违法的事。

3、要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去游泳馆游泳一次。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果父母不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。见人要有礼貌。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假！

终于结束了期末考试，接下来就要度过“漫长”的寒假了。但是在这个大家喜闻乐见的假期里，我们肯定没有在学校过得那样充实，所以我要好好计划计划，过得有滋有味的。

“民以食为天”但在我们这样的六年级小学生眼中就是“学生以学习为父”。所以，首先得把老师布置的寒假作业写起来，日记写起来，书本读起来。

每天早上7：30起床，花15分钟收拾床被、洗漱完成，再花15分钟听英语磁带。

8：00就是我这个小孙悟空大闹天宫的时候了。先是花30分钟听音乐做运动，这样是不是有劳逸结合的感觉呢?

然后做一个小时半的家务。比如：浇浇花、扫扫地、擦擦窗户、整理整理东西。

等到10：00就要吃午饭了，我就帮着奶奶择择菜、淘淘米，顺便还可以和奶奶学上几手。

11：：30到12：30当中的一个小时就当我休息的时间，这个时间不被纳为计划。

12：30到2：30写两个小时的作业。

2：30到3：30我要看一个小时的书，看完之后到外面走走，往远处望望，这样能保护视力。

3：30我可以打开电脑写写博客，看看微博，誊写誊写作文。

4：00到6：00是休息的时间，不被纳为计划。

6：00到6：30是我晚饭的时间。

6：30到8：30我可以看两个小时的电视。

9：00我就要睡觉了。
