冬至是中国传统的节日，这天我们家也开始了各种准备。

十二月二十一日，这是一个特殊的日子，它拥有冬至节的喜庆，又有世界末日的害怕，但害怕归害怕，节日还是要过的，按我们这一带的习俗，，冬至节要吃美味的冬至圆，一听妈妈说要吃冬至圆，我高兴地一蹦三尺高，谁叫我是冬至圆的忠诚粉丝呢，对冬至圆的爱始终如一，，大批幻想不断涌入我的脑海中，刹那，大脑和我那小小的心灵充满着欢乐。

妈妈小心翼翼地从冰箱里取出米粉，，倒在一个大盆子里，加上半勺水，洗过手使劲搓，经过数时分钟后，又软又黏的面团便在妈妈那鬼斧神工的手中诞生了，大大的，白白的，没有一丝世界末日的黑暗;亮亮的，湿湿的，似乎预示着世界的和平。“兔子们，虾米们，猪尾巴，不要酱瓜，咸菜牛圆了，下面请麻米酱瓜。”我高呼着生怕哪一个邻居不知道——今天冬至节这个重要节日。我和妈妈做了许多的卡通冬至圆，小心翼翼地进行烹煮。

大火烘烤着锅底，一股股热气腾上天空，我正悠闲地看着书，只听见妈妈叫了一声“吃饭”我便如一头寻觅食物的野猪，闯进厨房，可却呆若木鸡，我的小卡通冬至圆病歪歪地“卧”在盘子里，我夹了一个，嗯，真不错!

从冬至这个节日我感觉到了很多中国传统的精华。

Our life occur a lot of things nearly every day. Some we may forget and some we may remember. There is one thing I won’t forget forever. It is the birth of my little sister. 近期，雾霾天气频频发生，越来越严重，也引起了全国人民的注意和关照。中国不少地方把雾霾作为灾害性天气预报。

雾霾是怎样形成的呢?请听我慢慢道来。它是由pm2.5尘粒、烟粒、盐粒等均匀地浮在空中从而形成霾。不过，雾和霾还有本质上的区别。起雾时空气潮湿，出现霾时空气干燥，并且对人体有害无益，长期吸入会导致死亡。

雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?汽车尾气，工业生产排放废气，和鞭炮等都是雾霾的主要来由。少开一次车，少放一次鞭炮。让我们中国人不要再忽视环保。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶,并且适量补充维生素d。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。

保护自己，与雾霾做斗争是最重要的，雾霾虽然恐怖，但是人们还是想出许多办法与雾霾决战，如：人工降雨等。但是，这毕竟只能小范围短时间地控制雾霾，不是长久之计。所以，大家应该保护环境。

保护环境吧!让这几年的雾霾天气逐渐减少吧!让人们不用因此而死亡!

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

Last week, I found all of my friends were talking the novel Game of Thrones. I asked one of my friend why he was so crushed on this novel. He answered me that because there were all kinds of amazing characters. So I decided to read this novel, at the beginning, I could not figure out the characters, because there were too much characters. But as I insisted, I started to fall in love with this novel, I could not stop reading, I wanted to know the truth. Game of Thrones is really a good book, the author’s creation is so awesome, he creates many magical roles. In my eye, my father is so adorable, because he can give me advices and help me to make the best decision. My father experienced a lot. When he graduated from college, his first job was to work in the office, then he found life was boring to sit in the office all the day, so he decided to quit and then started his trip to many places.
