One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection。 In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed， the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international mission elected by the participating nations of the world。 All members must agree to abide by the standards established。

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

As part of the same planet， it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment。 Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment。

走过一条条小路，路过一条条小河，经常会看到一些垃圾，如：被吃过的水果的果皮、零食包装、塑料瓶子等，工厂和汽车放出的气体，使到处变得乌烟瘴气。大家都想知道是谁在破坏，现在揭晓答案：“是我们，人类！”

目前世界上百分之六十的地区街上都会出现有垃圾的现象，只有少数的国家有一尘不染的“美誉”，比如说：日本，日本的大街上几乎没有垃圾桶，有的话也是规定了倒垃圾的时间，其余时间不能倒垃圾，他们一般在要逛街的情况下，都会随身带个垃圾袋，以免买了东西的袋子或是遇到突发情况都不用丢脸地找别人借袋子，他们都不会像我们国家的有些人那样自私，他们每个人都有一个共同的信念：保持清洁卫生，不能让其他国家的人决得日本的卫生习惯很差！

有一种污染名叫白色垃圾，我简单介绍一下：塑料制品作为质轻，防水，防腐蚀的新型材料，在全世界被广泛运用。

塑料最早运用于农业地膜，给农业生产带来了极大的发展，可使农作物在任何季节生长，促进了市场消费。据市场统计，自1990～1995年，塑料的生产以每年8．9％的速度增长，已经席卷了整个地球。简直可以称作“白色革命”。但它在为人们提供方便的同时，也给人们带来了一场“白色灾难”。

至今，“白色污染”已经成为众所周知的一个新型名词。它主要指各种发泡塑料袋，农用地膜等给环境造成了污染，并且得到社会的普遍关注。

还有人做过统计，火灾中被浓烟熏死呛死的人是烧死者的4？5倍。在一些火灾中，被"烧死"的人实际上是先烟气中毒窒息死亡之后又遭火烧的。

浓烟致人死亡的主要原因是一氧化碳中毒。在一氧化碳浓度达1。3%的空气中，人吸上两三口气就会失去知觉，呼吸1？3分钟就会导致死亡。而常用的建筑材料燃烧时所产生的烟气中，一氧化碳的含量高达2。5%。此外，火灾中的烟气里还含有大量的二氧化碳。在通常的情况下，二氧化碳在空气中约占0。06%，当其浓度达到2%时，人就会感到呼吸困难，达到6%？7%时，人就会窒息死亡。另外还有一些材料，如聚氯乙烯、尼龙、羊毛、丝绸等纤维类物品燃烧时能产生剧毒气体，对人的威胁更大。

所以，我想提醒大家：“千万不要破坏环境，害人害己，而且对自己的身体没有好处！”

“保护环境，人人有责。”不少的垃圾桶上都有这样一句话。电视和广播等媒体也都倡议要保护环境。可总有些人把这些拒绝在外，还一如既往地随地扔垃圾。有的人也许曾经看到过：一条有很多垃圾桶的马路上，还是有被风吹起的塑料袋。

我见到过一个人，边骑车边吃早饭。早饭吃完，随手一扔，塑料袋就象鸽子一样飞了出去。还有小学生：她吃好桔子，佯装把橘子皮放进口袋，却不小心掉到地上，其实她是故意的。她放进口袋之际，用手拨到了地上，假装不知道它掉了出来。这样扔垃圾的事还不少，真想不出这样能得到什么好处。

世界上有不少地区已经被“白色污染”所笼罩。白色污染其实就是白色塑料袋不腐烂，而长期不去收集，所以塑料袋越积越多形成的污染。外国是靠燃烧塑料袋来发电，而我国是将它埋在地里，对沼气进行影响。所以塑料袋并不是一无是处，但是需要统一管理，使我国不被白色污染包围。

外国曾经有一只海鸥，从高空一下子坠落沙滩。一些关于保护动物的部分人员把海鸥肚子打开，发现海鸥肚子里全是瓶盖.塑料。因为水域被影响，无鱼可吃，就只好吃瓶盖了。看过污染带来的灾害，有些人会认为，没有殃及人，还是可以继续的。千万不要这样想。有些人还在大量毁坏森林，砍伐树木。有本书上写过：要是世界上没有了一草一木，人类只能再活五百天。

因为这样，所以我们要保护环境，拒绝污染。让世界成为环保的大家族!

我们家乡原来有一条清澈见底的小河，河底有许多五彩的鹅卵石，美丽极了，小鱼小虾在河里自由自在地玩耍。夏天到了，活泼的孩子们都来这里游泳、打水仗。冬天来了, 河面上结了冰, 孩子们又会来这里滑冰。

可是有一天，这幸福、美好的生活被打破了：河边建起了许多工厂，成天向河中排放污水、有毒的化学物质。于是，鱼虾离开了小河的怀抱，河底的鹅卵石被弄的肮脏不堪，小孩子们也不来这儿玩耍了。每当人们从这里经过时，就皱起眉头、捂住鼻子。河里的水把村里的庄稼都害死了。小河现在变得臭气熏天，鱼虾都不见了。孩子们也不再来这里玩耍了。

我建议大家保护自然环境，保护小河，保护我们的家园。

我们生活的地球正在迅速恶化，我们不得不注意一下自己的生活环境有没有对大自然造成危害，大家必须必须别乱丢杂物，特别是那些污染严重的垃圾，比如废电池，因为一节废电池中所含的重金属，如果流到清洁的水中，它造成的污染是非常厉害的，其次要尽量节约纸张、铅笔等树木造的物品，因为浪费了这些东西就是毁灭森林。还要尽量少用一次性饭盒、筷子和塑料袋等物品，以免造成不必要的浪费和减少垃圾的产生。

还有一些小建议：走时要随手关总开关，以免电器过热爆炸，浪费钱又浪费电，要节约用水，刷牙时要关紧水龙头，洗菜水可以淘米，淘米水可以浇花，洗衣水可以拖地，如此就可以减少一些浪费了。不要随意捕杀野生动物，一二级保护动物是绝对不能杀的，但也别捕杀青蛙等常见动物，因为青蛙为我们吃掉1.5万的虫子，而且大部分是害虫。有些人经常不以为是，依旧我行我素，所以我们要尽量少吃野生动物，导致他们野生动物销售额下降，不再捕杀野生动物。

我们的森林被称之是氧气加工厂，所以要爱护花草植物，不要破坏城市绿化，还要积极参与。而且还要少砍伐树木，别浪费木质的物品，因为浪费了这些东西就等于毁灭了森林，所以要少用，来保护越来越少的森林。

用节能灯炮来代替普通灯泡，虽然有些贵但是可以相对的少用一些电的。我呼吁大家：用我们的日常行动来保护地球的环境，让我们的子子孙孙生活在一个美好的环境中!

我知道家乡受到了很大的污染。造成家乡污染的东西有这么多，比如：汽车的尾气、工厂里的废水、废气、草坪上的垃圾等等。

污染物对环境和生物有很大的危害，它会使空气变得浑浊，对人类的肺部也有害。生活垃圾处理不好还会产生细菌，还会影响到人类的健康。污水会影响到人类喝的水，这样的话，这些水就会直接进入到人类的身体里。

所以，我建议大家做到以下几点，一.不用一次性木筷。二.不污染水源。三.不乱扔垃圾。四.不随地吐痰。五.多植树造林。六.不践踏草坪。七.废旧电池和垃圾要处理好。八.不要用动植物的东西。

我们要保护好周围的环境，不要再让家乡受到污染。
