时至今日此时，我的心绪还在萦绕在月考的成绩之上，心底里就像压了一块沉沉的大石头，放不下。

这次月考，给我的感觉远不能用震惊来形容。星期四成绩就已经大部浮出了水面，我看着那些数字，眼前一片黑，天地就像塌陷了一样。

每次考后，孩子们都会惴惴，因为每个人考的都令人满意的时候不太多，而每次月考，都是我电闪雷劈、神色俱厉之时，暴风雨就要压境了。

我的心中何尝没有波涛汹涌呢?我的心里，我的肩上的担子有多么沉重，又有谁能够知道?平时在学校，为了学生们转;在家里，甚至在梦里，也都是围绕着每一个学生的状态萦绕，我的脸上常常不苟言笑，可谁知道每一刻我都在殚精竭虑?而这次的结果，无异于海啸，就几乎摧毁了我构建的梦想。

人应该讲诚信的，答应了别人就应该做到。初中部我的这个班从开创之初直到现在，多少人关注?想到各位领导，李校长孙校长的期望，安主任的事无巨细，规范与引导，郑主任的身体力行，安慰与鼓励就让我为孩子感到幸福，为自己感到幸运。人活在这个世界上，其实也不为名利，就为了干得痛快，活得舒心。在这个人性化的集体里，我很累，但我真的很快乐，我不为任何世俗的目的工作，我为工作的过程而快乐。

刚进初三时，我就紧张，初三上学期，我和各位课任老师把课程圆满结束，算是完成了任务。初三下学期，面临中考，我精神愈发紧张。假期里就在想我这个学期应该怎么过，每个学生什么状况，教学的重点环节应该怎么把握。我也宽慰自己，只要尽力，一定会有好结果的。

我理解领导们的期望，但我实在是没有想到领导们对我们抱有这么大的期望。这在我，在我们所有老师，简直就是破釜沉舟，背水一战，说严重点，这简直就是舍生取义、杀身成仁的时刻。几次办公会，几次初三组老师开会，领导们对初三购置实验器材的态度，让我感动，让我沸腾。我在班会课上多次强调，我们初三班就像危难之中的中华民族，就像困难面前的附中人，就像我们初三在每一次学校活动之中的表现一样，关键时刻，万众一心，排除万难，去争取胜利!

是成功路上的曲折?还是我过于盲目乐观?这一次月考给我，给课任老师，给所有的学生以重重的一击。我想过不是太好，但没有想到会到如此地步。我不想再跟人家差的学校比，我不想沾沾自喜，我只想以这一次的教训，换来以后更加脚踏实地的努力。

错误既然铸成，后悔无济于事，倒不如认真反思，把错误当成一块垫脚石。

先分析一下学生目前学习的状态吧!

首先，学生还没有回到学习的轨道上来。谁都知道初三很累，谁都料到初三这个学期会紧张如战场，所以，在寒假里，大多数的人都像快要溺死的人，紧紧抓住消闲的最后一根稻草。等半是期盼，半是不情愿，但仍不得不来到学校，一下子融入紧张的学习生活中，是很难适应那紧张的生活节奏的。白天难以集中精神，晚上对作业疲于应对，加上早上早起，睡眠不足。导致一天又一天的恶性循环，致使学生学习状态不稳，学习效率不高，考试成绩不佳在所难免。

其次，没有找到良好的学习方法。跟各位老课任老师谈起来，最难教的其实不是平时，也不是初三上学期的紧张，而是初三下学期的综合复习。平时的学习，再紧张也是按部就班，知识范围有限，学习起来也不会感觉像是漫天撒网。很多学生在考完之后如梦初醒，评价自己这段时间的学习简直就像梦游。

第三，是无的放矢，找不到重心所在。这次月考，因为初三上学期课程已经全部进行完毕，这学期转入全面复习阶段，但原来各个学期都有明确的进度，唯有初三很笼统，只有“单元复习”几个字。加上各位老师的复习策略不一，有的是从初一开始复习，有的是从初三开始倒着复习，而这次月考，基本是跟我们的复习计划背道而驰，比如语文英语我们是从初一开始复习，考试范围却是初三。历史新课还没有结束，考试内容却是初一。也就是说复习的内容和考试内容正好脱节。所以我平心静气想一下，也权当安慰自己，幸亏是这样，而不是我们复习完毕却考成这种情况。反过来一想，还是不能原谅自己：还是教的、学的不扎实。

第四，学生面对中考的心态状况不一。跟上面的相比，其实这才是最严重的问题。我们都知道，面对大赛，最关键的是心态，号称二分技术八分心态。而在战争之中，决定胜负的往往不在队伍庞大，而在于军心，四面楚歌就是明显的例证。

在这区区几十人中，有好几种心态。心态最稳定的是学习排名前十的学生，这些学生目标明确，心无旁骛，知道关键时刻应该迎难而上，学习稳扎稳打。

患得患失的是十几名左右的同学，想考一中，差点实力;想要放弃，又不甘心。所以在别人埋头苦干的时候，这些人却是前瞻后顾，左顾右盼，心思不能集中。

最差的，最苦的是最后一批人。其实面对中考，没有谁会举重若轻，但当自己实力差别太大，想使劲却又无计可施，想上进却发现脑中几乎是一片空白的时候，无奈之下便选择了放弃。

面对这些，我已预料到，也做过许多有的放矢的谈心，但没有事实做依据，很多人还是没把我的劝说放在心上，甚至认为我小题大做。事实胜于雄辩，月考之后，吹尽黄沙始到金，还是放平心态，同仇敌忾，从头再来吧。

星期四下午，我实在按捺不住焦急，于是我快刀斩乱麻，声色俱厉地给学生开了一次班会课。

我一个一个的跟学生们分析，让学生自己分析自己最近的学习状况，然后一针见血指出他(她)目前存在的问题。不包容，不徇私，不夸大，不隐恶，对症下药，实事求是。然后一直到晚上八点，全部处理完毕，让学生们晚上都好好的反思、总结，以便第二天能够以崭新的面貌投入到学习中去。

第二天星期五，我又给孩子们找出症结所在，扫除前进路上的绊脚石，然后集体明确：

1， 端正态度。人的天资有大小，但一个人的努力与毅力应该无分别。能考100分就不能考99，能考59，就不考58，可以允许成绩有差异，但是这成绩必须是你尽了全部的努力。然后我给学生们学习只是我们人生的一个方面，然而做事情的态度却能决定你成事与否。

2， 头脑清醒。我说世界上有一种人叫穷忙族。整天忙得不得了，但生活却没有实效，这种人生很悲哀。想想我们自己是否也陷入了穷忙的境地?知识明明学过了，为什么两遍三遍十遍八遍就是记不住?所以在做事的时候，就得有心。学过的东西就得动用一切手段，耳听，手记，圈点，互说，互问，温故知新……记住，记住之后就不能忘。

3， 通读教材。初三时期是综合初中所有知识的时期，这时候的学习，“临时抱佛脚”基本无效。原来小月考，知识有限，临时发力，偶尔也能取得好成绩。然而到初三，如果还是以点带面，就好比是捡了芝麻漏了方瓜。再看看成绩好的同学，人家的力气都是用在平时，把教材吃透，把知识织成网络，才会驾轻就熟、从容自如。

4， 稳扎稳打。最近作业确实够多，以至于学生们早早到校不干别的，互通作业，甚至照抄。现在反思一下，照抄的作业有无功效?还不是欺骗了老师更贻误了自己?!子曰：知之为知之，不知为不知，是知也。背得挺熟，为什么不反思一下自己的行为呢?

至于我自己，于危如累卵的局面之下也郑重反思。

首先：调整心态。正确面对这一次失败。我也想清楚了，这一次的月考，失败比成功好。成功往往使人麻痹，失败才会使人看到距离。月考的结果，接下来的谈心，第二天就让孩子们有了崭新的改变。我相信以后孩子们学习会更清醒，做作业会更尽责，心态会更平稳。

其次：以大局为重。作为班主任，我也必须不断学习，不断调整。刚开始我还是按照原来的管理方法来管理，还没有合理调整管理策略。以后的日子里，更应该多关注复习方法为重。至于自己，所有的书稿，约稿全部推掉，心无旁骛，放手一搏。

第三：搞好协调。初三学生，全盘好才会真的好，不能有一门弱科。所以做班主任，发现问题，及时沟通。有时候也不妨舍小家顾大家，为了全局，统筹把握。

第四：与学生同甘共苦。这上下的日子里，全程跟踪，做学生的主心骨、贴心人、排头兵，坦诚以待，有问题及时解决。

总之，用八个字概括自己的心迹吧：尽心尽力，无怨无悔!

前几天，我们进行了九年级以来的第一次月考。我自己知道这次月考的重要性，它反映了你上九年级以来的学习是否用功、是否专心。

但是我这次月考的成绩却并不如人所料，我退到了班级前二十，况且我在考前还下定决心要考进年级前一百。我觉得这次连年级前二百进不了了吧。我的错误均出现在段老师要求做的训练上。我的所有训练项目现在一个也没有再坚持。三天打鱼，两天晒网。都是刚刚公布时的劲头，等劲头一过，我便把它放在一边不闻不问。在这次考试中，我吃尽了不坚持训练的苦头。尤其是速度方面，数学有八页试卷，一个半小时过后，我仅仅做完了六页。剩下的两页的十六分白白丢掉了。再说粗心，数理化三门丢分有二十多分。

再说文科之中的历史与政治：历史，尽管每次均保持在八十五到九十之间，但是每次总比上一次低的那么几分。上初三了，历史考的是综合性题型，考的是历史学习的综合能力。要将整个初中的知识串通起来答题。不仅是历史，其他学科也是一样。

再说政治，我对与政治可以说是“丈二和尚摸不着头脑”了。学习政治本来就是一件苦差事。政治考题考的就是你的逻辑思维。答题答得尽管多，但是答案基本都不在知识点上。考完试以后，我会想了这一个月以来学习政治的经过。其实，在我的头脑里，政治四课的知识点基本没有印在脑海里，在考场上想到哪里答到哪里。脑中丝毫没有任何逻辑可言。在以后的学习过程中，要多多熟悉课本中的内容，带答题过程中心里才会有底，取得高分。

努力方能问心无愧，勇于拼搏才是最后赢家。今后，我要把落下的功课都捡起来，坚持训练项目，每晚在11点之前必须上床睡觉，避免每晚做两个多小时的无用功。

还有一个月的时间就要进行升留级的期末考试了，我如何做才能考出理想的成绩呢？

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目，就顺手把后面的问题写上了，眼、脑、手不一致，导致错了很多题。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。我要通过以后的练习，在最后的考试过程中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似的毛病。

其次，我还要加强做语文、数学、英语三门主科的复习题的练习，我终于明白山外有山，人外有人。平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目，感觉不出来有什么明显的差异。可是一当考试，才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的。只怪自己买的练习题做的少。不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试之中汲取教训，增加力量，为下一次考试做好准备，打好基础。

我认为，应对考试：语文要理解加记忆；数学要多做练习题；英语要掌握语法，多读背单词课文。史地生政这四科更要理解后去读、记、练习。我要在考试之前制定周详的复习计划，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中学会积累，语文积累好词好句，数学也要多积累难的题题型，英语则是语法项目，做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法。

相信自己，是成功必不可少的一个条件。也希望各科老师不要对我失去信心，虽然这次考试不理想，期末考试，我会拿出最大的实力来回报你们的辛苦。

然我还没有完全投入到学习中，虽然我一点准备都没有，但月考还是来了，它真的是一面镜子，把我这段时间的学习情况照得一清二楚。

今天的天气真的很糟糕，阴阴沉沉的，这种天气总能使本来就悲伤的人更是触景生情，雪上加霜。相呼应似的，我考得也真的很糟糕，很多很简单的题目都做错了，而如果想成为尖子，这种低级错误是绝对不容许犯的，这个我知道。

Yesterday, my mother clean the house, she did the big cleaning, so she searched every corner of the house, many old things were dig out, like the toys when I owned at the very early age. But there was one thing surprised me most, it is my photo album, my mother was happy to find it, she opened it to me, I saw myself in different stages. The photo album recorded me since I was born, I saw the wonderful moment my parents wrote, like the date I first talked, my parents took the picture of the moment. 时间过得飞快，一眨眼之间开学的第一次月考已经结束。这次月考试开学的第一次月考，虽然我的数学和英语还可以，但是语文考得很不好，居然只考120分。这次月考语文是我从小学到现在以来最差的一次。

语文里，我的阅读扣得分数最多，光是阅读就扣10多分。其次就是课文的作者以及出处，也扣我很多分。通过这次月考我不但感到自己不足之处，为此我要下决心从现在做起：平时多积累一些成语和好词好句，无论在平时或考试的时候都要仔细读题，克服爱马虎的毛病。英语考试的成绩还算可以，主要就错在做题词组的固定搭配，单词不熟，还有就是作文少标点。考试技巧贵在练习。我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，平日生活学习中学会积累，语文需要积累好词好句，英语则需要多练习一些题，多积累单词。最后我认为，我应该改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上，但是却错很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。

My childhood was unforgettable. When I was five years old, I went to the kindergarten every day. I had a lot of good time with my little friends. My parents took good care of me. I didn’t need to care about food and clothes and any other things. I was very happy in those days. But one day, my mother told me that she wouldnt pick me up after school. I was afraid of going home alone, so I started to cry and I was angry with my mother. Although I insisted that she and my father should protect me safely, they still disagreed with me. They thought it was good for me to learn to be independent. The next day after class, I had to take a bus to go back home. I forgot to see the bus route when I got on. Since its rise, the Internet has been playing a more and more important

role in our daily life. It brings tremendous convenience and efficiency to our

lives. Online shopping is also a new rising thing brought by the Internet. Since

its increasing developing speed, some people think that online shopping will

replace traditional shopping. However, as far as I am concerned, it wont happen

in a short time.

Although online shopping is really very convenient, there are still some

strong points of traditional shopping which cannot be replaced by online

shopping. Firstly, online shopping lacks the intuitional impression of goods.

Sometimes the photos offered by the sellers are beautified with softwares, and

you will be disappointed to find the actual item is far from your expectation.

Secondly, returning goods in online shopping is quite troublesome, and sometimes

you only can achieve your goal at the cost of the payment of the postage by

yourself. Finally, there are too many fake products and cheats in online

shopping, and the quality of goods cannot be guaranteed as those in traditional

shops.

According to the points above, online shopping still needs some

improvements to totally replace the functions of traditional shopping. However,

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼就到了六年级，小学生活即将结束，我们面对的是一场接一场严峻的考试。

学校为了提高我们的成绩，每一个月都会举行一场月考。在最近的一次考试中，我虽然是班上的综合第二，语文是91分，数学是87分，但是我并不怎么满意。

语文虽然上了90分，错的题目不多，但是错的都是一些基础题目，白白的扣了8分，真是不应该！作文是我的强项，但是也扣了1分。爸爸跟我分析，是因为我的开头和结尾写的太草率，不够生动，不够具体。

数学对于我这个学了几年奥数的同学来说真是小菜一碟。可是，在考场上，由于我太过于紧张，几个学过的类似问题一开始都没有看出来，后来才发觉，几个很简单的课内问题也想了半天，想想都不应该！

吃一埑，长一智。这次考试让我知道了现在题目的难度，也为我敲响了警钟，告诉我：不能放松，不能粗心，不能大意，在今后我也一定会加倍努力学习，通过参加各种考试，见识各种题型，不断总结提高，争取考上我最理想的中学！

在英语考试之前，看看宿舍里的人，大家似乎都有一些无法控制的忧愁，似乎对于英语考试难以接受，只不过只是期末考试是不得不接受的任务!

不过经过两个小时左右的紧张考试之后，我们几个人突然之间释放自己了，有一些东西就是这样，例如期末考试，开始考试之前总是担心成绩，可是一旦考试结束，所有的问题一下子都没有了，事情已经是定局了，即使是再伤心也无法改变!

我的舍友开始看视频了，今天是鹿鼎记更新的日子，还有一些其他的电视剧，估计现在早就已经更新出来了，所以在考试之后我们就需要恢复平常的生活，看看电视剧消磨时间，似乎没有经历过考试一样，只不过没有经历和已经经历过一样!

英语对于太多人而言太难了，我就是其中一个人，其他人也一样，所以在考试之前不得不担心自己的成绩，只不过现在担心也没有什么意思了，所以还不如放松下来，因为接下来还有其他科目考试，所以我们不能把伤心留给后面!

月考考试成绩发表了，我的成绩还是不理想，问题主要在数学上，只打了82。5分，仔细地浏览了一遍试卷，考砸的主要原因是：粗心、马虎，做题不认真。这使我想了很多，以后一定要端正我的学习态度、养成良好的学习习惯。

“细节决定成败”，我要改掉做题不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往就看题目的前半段，就开始解答题目了，结果是答非所问，甚至在书写时丢三落四等等，以后一定会在做题的过程中认真审题，细心读题，把题目看准、看清楚。做完题目后要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯相似的错误。
