开学一个月了，孩子们也进行了月考，成绩一出虽然说明不了一切，但也说明了许多问题，可是，有些问题也没那么简单。

我是这样想的，以后应该也会这样做。

第一、提高个人能力

我经常教孩子们自身出现问题，要第一时间把眼睛放到自己身上，从内部找原因，任何时候外因都是通过内因起作用的。

此次月考孩子们成绩不理想，与我自己近期的身体状况有很大关系，多次请假看病，耽误了孩子们的课，又没有利用更多的时间给孩子们补课。其次，是我自己的心态过于紧张，更多时候是在意自己的病情，而没有把孩子们的学习放心上。当然，也不是简单的对错问题，也不存在以后要改正错误的情况。

当然，我会努力提高自己的教学能力，更多时候把孩子们的学习放到第一位。

第二、落实课堂效率

抓住课堂质量，落实课堂效率。坦率的说，我的语文课堂可长可短，面对目前应试考试政策的话，我会努力向45分钟要质量的。

第三、落实培优补差

五班主要是培优工作，而六班是补差工作。

五班从七下到现在，班主任和任课老师不断波动，孩子们心理或多或少要受到影响。当然，这也不是考不好的主要原因。

针对五班，我以后准备把重点更多转移到优秀生上面，抓住下课、自习、阅读等自由时间，仔细研究对策，争取让孩子们更多拿到优秀以上。

Using cell phones to surf the Internet has become quite common in our daily

lives. Cell phone has exceeded its original function such as making phones calls

colorful. Many people, especially the young generation, have found that they can

not live without their cell phones. Many people feel uncomfortable in absence of

their cell phones. This may become a symptom called cell phone dependency.

First, many people have addicted to cell phones, they spend considerable

生物别提，43分，要不是历史的的顽强抵抗，综合否则失守90分，生物课代表没戏了。

月考的一系列失误，由于马虎失分的多，把自己会做的做错，不后悔才怪呢！以后类似的错误不要再犯，无论做什么马虎总会耽误大局。第二“画蛇添足”让我吃亏不少，复习资料的时候，要把每个知识点弄清、搞明白，每天学过的知识要及时温习。温故而知新，可以为师矣。

月考，其实并不是多么难，认真、细心的态度会造就一切。
