高一月考英语反思合集20篇

这次语文月考没有考好。我要深刻反思。

首先，要学会审题。我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

第二，要多做各种题型。平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目，感觉不出来有什么明显的差异。可是一当考试，才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的。只怪自己买的练习题做的少。不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试之中汲取教训，增加力量，为下一次考试做好准备，打好基础。考试技巧贵在练习。生活之中，我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，考试之前制定周详的复习计划 ，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中学会积累，语文积累好词好句。

第三，调整考试心态。战略上藐视，战术上要高度重视，不要对自己失去信心，虽然我这次考得并不理想，但是我相信自己的实力。下一次考试，我一定会努力的。

2). 写作之中 ①.开门见山，紧扣主题。②.语言正确，规范地道。尽量使用学过的、最熟悉也最有把握的句型、结构，应尽量避免中国式英语。要养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。③.重短轻长, 就易避难。④.过渡自然，表达流畅。注意前后句、上下文尽量过渡自然，正确使用and, or, but, because, so, then, after等词，保持行文的流畅。不重复使用可置换的词，如描述“我的梦中小屋”时，可以用firstly, secondly, then, after that等表示先后的序列词。

3).成文之后

鼓励学生学会批改自己的习作。

①.一般语法项目的检查——英语中的人称、时态、单复数、习惯用法等都是非常重要的，即使在朗读中好像全理解，但在动笔的实践中就往往出错。如我们这篇作文多用一般现在时，第一人称。

②.注意语序——英语中的疑问句、感叹句和宾语从句都是通过语序的变化来构成和体现的，不注意会出现错误和意义上混淆。本篇作文要注意感叹句的语序。

④.书写规范，卷面整洁。卷面不整洁，使人无法看清你写的究竟是什么，那么就可能按错处理。所以在写时，我让学生一定要先打草稿。

当我知道这次月考成绩时，脑子里真的是一片空白，简直不相信这是真的，平时自以为是、洋洋自得的我彻底被刺痛了，怎么会呢，短短一个月的时间里我的总分下降了70分.我还有何脸面向辛勤培育我的老师和整日为我操劳的父母交待呢?

这次的语文题不算太难，没有多少根据理解才能苦思冥想出的一些赏析和阅读，只考了第五单元的古文。然而自己终究是出了纰漏，漏洞无限扩大在日常的过关，自己的过关本上仍有95分以下的成绩。然而考试题，老师在上课的时候也多方面的阐述过，讲解过。可是那时的自己心都飞到哪里去了?记忆中留存的稀稀拉拉，依旧拼不成一个像样的短句。发下成绩，连自己都傻了眼，92分。有人98，有人97或94，我看着他们的笑，心里真不是滋味，自己最近咋了?

数学，所有科目中最砸的一科。平时做数学题，总是磨磨蹭蹭的两三个小时才能把数学作业完成。做题速度慢的自己常常归功到自己脑子笨的缘故。但自己的心里都明白，自己的功夫下得不够，思维不够开阔，想题太复杂，考虑因素太多，别人一分钟的题我愣是要花2分钟磨蹭掉。以至于考试紧紧张张的进行外，就是最后的大题还来不及想就交了卷。想起上学期自己还是聪明伶俐的，怎么这个学期就堕落了呢?

英语还不错，96分，班里第三了。这是向来考的最好的一次了罢。但是还是没有达到目标，不该错的题还是错一大片，反复提醒的东西却又繁复的忘记，重重叠叠的，英语语法总是像阴影朦胧，总是无法正确使用和背诵。

史地生政，这四科是我的强项。地理50，生物48，这两科是我考的最棒的两科。当时发下成绩还沾沾自喜，但是这点优势终于无法弥补自己在数学和语文上犯的大错特错，这个弥天大谎是瞒不过去的。那点成绩欺骗的了语文和数学的惨败吗?

答案，无法。

考试之后，我觉得自己在生活中还是没有下足功夫，没有做到及时或者更好的复习，没有扎实的掌握基本知识，不会实际的应用，然而死记硬背在自己这里却又总是懒惰而匆匆退场。

语文，之后要向张亚钦学习(语文班里第一)。多多掌握一些知识，多阅读，多理解。多背多记，争取在每次的过关都不低于95分。

数学，之后要向张栋学习(思维快)。学会联想，除了背好书上的基本定义之外，还要学会思考，多扩展自己的思维，多想多思。多多练习，找些卷子写写，培养一下自己的思考速度。快一点想出出路，不会哽在那里无法下笔。

英语，之后要向乔连昊学习(知识很牢固)。惭愧的是自己的英语书和他的英语书的强烈对比。自己的是干净的一层不染，但是他的却满书笔记，看得我都眼花缭乱。自己怎么就没有留意到这些知识点?匆匆的一笔带过，造成了知识层面上的缺失。以后上课要处处留意知识点的讲解，无疏漏，零失误，多积累词汇，做好每日的阅读——《新语思英语》。

史地生政，自己之后也要努力的背诵，尝试着多做一些练习题。有些题总是繁复出现，多掌握一些题型有利于自己对材料的分析。

语毕，断章。

这次的月考已经过去了，我更希望的是用这次总结的经验去考好下一次大考——期中!

勤学好问。要不耻下问，问别人问题并不丢人，但若又不会的问题不问才更丢人。

制定好学习目标。一个人要有一个明确的学习目标，就等于成功了一半，有了一个明确的学习目标，在学习上才不会章法大乱……

反思自己的学习方法，我真还有些做得不好，我今后一定要完善自己学习方法。

On the first place， a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. On no-car day， neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. Meanwhile， just walk， jump， cycle or run. Use our legs and enjoy the fun.

On the second place， we had best not use plastic bags any more. No one can stand the “white pollution”。 So， it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again. Therefore， as students， we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave， turn off the tap in time， and reuse our textbook and so on.

2 准备不充分。毛主席说，不打无准备之仗。言外之意，无准备之仗很难打赢，我却没有按照这句至理名言行事，导致这次考试吃了亏。

3 没有解决好兴趣与课程学习的矛盾。

二、适当多做题，养成良好的解题习惯。 要想学好数学，多做题目是难免的，熟悉掌握各种题型的解题思路。刚开始要从基础题入手，以课本上的习题为准，反复练习打好基础，再找一些课外的习题，以帮助开拓思路，提高自己的分析、解决能力，掌握一般的解题规律。对于一些易错题，可备有错题集，写出自己的解题思路和正确的解题过程两者一起比较找出自己的错误所在，以便及时更正。在平时要养成良好的解题习惯。让自己的精力高度集中，使大脑兴奋，思维敏捷，能够进入最佳状态，在考试中能运用自如。实践证明：越到关键时候，你所表现的解题习惯与平时练习无异。如果平时解题时随便、粗心、大意等，往往在大考中充分暴露，故在平时养成良好的解题习惯是非常重要的。

三、调整心态，正确对待考试。 首先，应把主要精力放在基础知识、基本技能、基本方法这三个方面上，因为每次考试占绝大部分的也是基础性的题目，而对于那些难题及综合性较强的题目作为调剂，认真思考，尽量让自己理出头绪，做完题后要总结归纳。调整好自己的心态，使自己在任何时候镇静，思路有条不紊，克服浮躁的情绪。特别是对自己要有信心，永远鼓励自己，除了自己，谁也不能把我打倒，要有自己不垮，谁也不能打垮我的自豪感。

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because I like it so much. I often watch Japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. On long holidays we take trips, too.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.
