First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

As is well known,books teach us to learn life,truth,science and many other

useful things.They increase our knowledge,broaden our minds and strengthen our

character.In other words,they are our good teachers and wise friends.This is the

reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing,but we must pay great attention to the choice of

books.It is true that we can derive benefits from good books.However,bad books

will do us more harm than good.

众所周知，书籍教会我们学习生活、真理、科学和许多其他有用的东西。它们增加了我们的知识，开阔了我们的思想，增强了我们的品格。换句话说，它们是我们的良师益友。这就是为什么我们的父母总是鼓励我们多读书。

读书是一件好事，但我们在选书上一定要十分注意，好书的确能给我们带来好处，但坏书弊大于利。

从小我就拥有梦想，随着年龄的增长，我的梦想也一次次的在改变。上幼儿园时，我的梦想是当一名医生，那是因为连我们班最调皮的“牛牛”都怕医生。刚上小学时，我从春节晚会上看到了刘谦表演的魔术，觉得魔术是那么神奇，于是我又想当一名魔术师。现在我长大了，我的梦想是当一名教师。

我把我的梦想告诉了爸爸，爸爸问：“为什么想当教师呢?”我说：“因为我觉得老师很伟大，她不仅像妈妈一样关心我们，而且什么都懂，教我们很多知识，再一个同学们都很爱教师，我也想成为受大家爱戴的人。”爸爸听后语重心长地对我说“孩子，当一名教师的确是一个好梦想，想当一个受大家爱戴的人也是对的。”爸爸接着说：“近几年，我们国家的建设发展很快，但我们的科学技术和创造力还落后发达国家，为了中华复兴就得培养更多的人才，就得有许许多多的优秀教师，教师担负着科技强国的重任，这才是做一名教师最大的光荣啊。”我暗暗的记住了爸爸的话，更增强了我做一名教师的决心。

我知道如果只有梦想，没有勤奋、没有刻苦，梦想只会是竹篮子打水——一场空。我相信，只要我执着、努力、全力以赴地去追寻心里的梦，我就一定能实现自己远大的理想。

我的妈妈是一位很朴素的妈妈，她勤俭节约，任劳任怨地为我们付出一切，我非常爱她。

记得有一次我去奶奶家，玩了一整天，累了就睡了，可是到了晚上，我却发起高烧来，奶奶这下可慌了手脚，一边喂我水，一边叨叨，这可怎么办?情急之下，奶奶拨通了妈妈的电话。爸爸和妈妈急匆匆地赶来，妈妈给我喂水，吃了药，然后抚摸着我的头，睡吧!一会就退烧了。在妈妈的安抚下，我很快就睡着了，可妈妈呢?整晚没有合眼。当我一叫醒来时，看到妈妈那憔悴的脸庞，禁不住地流下了眼泪，我扑进妈妈的怀里说;“妈妈，我爱你。”

我的梦想就是成为一位伟大的运动员。我从小就努力锻炼，在学校运动会上还拿过许多奖状。

2035年我要当一名滑冰运动员，因为我看到电视上的滑冰运动员帅极了，所以我也十分想当一名滑冰运动员。

一天，当我在练习滑冰时，地上有一个障碍物，我刚拿起它想扔掉，它就把我打晕了。

当我醒来时，惊讶地发现我在一个冰道上，周围的人们大喊大叫。突然，一个机器人说：“‘8’字短道速滑男子1000米抢道决赛马上开始，请所有选手做好准备。”

“什么，我要上比赛了?”我疑惑地问，“现在是多少年?”

“2035年啊，怎么了吗?”

“什么!2035年!我在2035年!”

“对啊，现在是2035年5月6日星期日。”

我看了看周围，没有看到防出界围栏，于是奇怪地问：“这里不怕选手出界吗?”

“不怕啊，有电子防出界围栏，您脚下的是电子滑道。好了，不说了，准备比赛。各就各位，预备，开始!”

我和其他选手们冲出起跑线，我脚上的鞋很奇特，你滑得慢时，鞋会亮绿灯;速度中等时，会亮黄灯;速度飞快时，会亮红灯。

当最后冲刺时，我的鞋亮起了红灯，我咬紧牙关冲了过去，得了第一名!

“中国队第一名!第一名!”我十分高兴。

“七点了，还不起床?”妈妈一下子把我推醒了，原来刚才的是梦啊!虽然只是一场梦，但是我长大以后一定要像梦里那样，成为一名伟大的运动员，为国争光!
