春天到了，四处鸟语花香，春意盎然。这时也迎来了我又一个生日。11岁的我长大了!我再也不会老是让妈妈操心;再也不会老是贪玩不好好学习了!几乎每件事都能证明我长大了。瞧!我的个子已经长到1。58米了!以前的衣服也已渐渐变小了…………

该睡觉了，听着窗外稀稀拉拉的鞭炮声，我仿佛听到了他们欢快的笑声，我为他们也为我自己高兴，好一个惬意的春节!

爸爸说包水饺要先调好饺子馅。爸爸拿出事先准备好的韭菜和木耳，剁碎，倒在盆子里，给我一双筷子让我搅拌搅拌，而他炒鸡蛋去了。过了一会儿，爸爸拿着剁碎的鸡蛋块来了，只见爸爸把鸡蛋块倒入盛馅的盆子里再加上各种调料，再次搅拌，就这样饺子馅做好了，接下来就要和面了。

爸爸拿出面粉倒在盆子里，然后加些水开始揉搓，一直揉搓成一个大面团，这时候，包水饺要用到的材料都齐全了。

爸爸拿出一小块面，揉成长条，切出面剂子，摁一下，再用擀面杖擀出圆圆的面皮。我把面皮放在手掌心用筷子放入适当的饺子馅，对折中间捏几下，再把两边的皮往里折，把折进去的边摁成好看的花纹儿，一个饺子便包好了。虽然一开始包的不好看，但在爸爸的指导下，我包的水饺越来越好，不一会儿，水饺便全部包完了。

水饺是东汉张仲景发明的，原名叫娇耳，它是中国传统美食之一，特别是春节的时候几乎每家都包水饺，因为它代表着团圆。

我喜欢吃水饺，更喜欢中国的美食文化。
