夫子庙的灯会早在明代初期已有了观灯这个习俗，距今已有六百多年的历史了。距当时的史书记载：明太祖洪武五年(公元1372年)的元宵节，朱元璋下令在秦淮河上燃放水灯万盏，相传为一代盛事。“秦淮灯船之盛，天下所无。两岸河房，雕柱画栏，绮窗丝障，十里珠帘……直到今天，秦淮河畔夫子庙一带，仍然有元宵灯市的习惯。现在的夫子庙的灯市灯会是从正月初一至正月十五，特别是元宵节那天晚上去夫子庙观灯的人会多达几十万。

雷锋，一个万众皆知的名字，一位普通的解放军战士。他没有沙场上浴血搏杀的经历;更没有什么惊天动地的丰功伟绩：也没有什么豪言壮语，但他有着一颗朴实无华的心，有着乐于助人的精神，仅仅凭这些，他的名字被人们深深的铭记在心。“雷锋出差一千里，好事做了一火车。”这句话是赞美雷锋的，他走到哪里，好事就会做到哪里;他走到哪里，他那帮助别人而又不图回报的思想就会带到哪里。雷锋说过：“如果你是一滴水，你是否滋润了一寸土地?如果你是一线阳光，你是否照亮了一份黑暗?如果你是一粒粮食，你是否哺育了有用的生命?如果你是一颗最小的螺丝钉，你是否永远坚守在自己的生活岗位上……让我们向雷锋学习，献出自己的所有力量去帮助别人，为他人着想。

这，就是中华儿女的传统美德;这，就是中国源远流长的传统文化

儿时，我最喜欢的就属于捉泥鳅了。

在咸祥的几栋房子后面，有一个泥鳅养殖地，养殖地里有十几个大泥坑，里面有成千上万条泥鳅。泥坑很浅，不到我膝盖。有时一条泥鳅会跃出泥坑，朝着另一个泥坑，用尽全力跳过去。有时会两三条泥鳅一起，在泥面上挖出一个大洞钻进去。有时，几条泥鳅就像个无头苍蝇，径直撞到人的脚上，被人抓走……我经常和朋友们一起捉泥鳅。儿时，我捉泥鳅可是出了名的。大家都喜欢和我一起捉泥鳅。因为捉到的泥鳅很多，晚上可以加餐。并且我有个“秘诀”。

秘诀是什么呢?其实就三个字，就是“快准狠”。首先，要找到一个好位置——泥坑的角上，泥鳅一般都在角上休息，就次就是要准备一个工具——手套和盆，泥鳅身体很滑，拿在手上，泥鳅就身体一扭，摇摇尾巴，从你手上挣脱。

当戴上手套后，就没有那么滑了，盆的作用就是把抓到的泥鳅放进去，防止泥鳅逃走。就如同一个囚犯，为防止他越狱，要准备一个特殊的房间，防止他逃走。最后就是“快准狠”，看到泥鳅，就要瞄准，快速、狠狠抓住。

不过，用这种方法，要多加练习，新手就没办法很快学会。

因此，我研究又一个了方法：在别人抓泥鳅时，当泥鳅“嗖”一下滑下去时，就拿出盆，收获一条泥鳅。这方法百读不厌，屡战屡胜。

捉泥鳅，那抹不去的童年回忆哦!

“我会拼尽全力，努力站上最高领奖台为国争光。”1月16日，到达张家口崇礼万龙滑雪场后，将出战北京2022年冬残奥会的景县籍高山滑雪运动员张梦秋，第一时间给景县的母亲高立敏打来电话，平和的声音中透露着自信。

“她永远是我们的骄傲。”谈起身残志坚的女儿，高立敏满脸自豪。

今年刚刚20岁的张梦秋，有着6年运动员职业生涯。14岁时，因患小儿脑性瘫痪导致身体具有一定运动功能障碍的她，成为了河北省残疾人冬季项目队的一名运动员，专攻高山滑雪项目。因为身体原因，她的反应速度要比其他人略慢一些。教练讲解的动作要领，别人一个小时就能学会的动作，对于张梦秋来说需要花两三倍的时间才能掌握。但她不服输，在教练的耐心指导下，刻苦训练，反复琢磨技术动作，最终熟练掌握了各项技巧，取得骄人的成绩。2017-2018雪季，张梦秋开始在全国比赛中崭露头角，并入选了国家集训队。从2019年开始，她在新西兰南半球杯、残奥高山滑雪世界杯等国际大赛中斩获6枚金牌，2021年更成为第十一届全国残运会和亚残运会高山滑雪项目的三冠王。

在母亲眼里，梦秋是一个开朗、坚强，勇于不断挑战自我、超越自我的人，一路走来也有着很多的不容易。梦秋曾说：“我的梦想就是站在北京2022年冬残奥会的最高领奖台”。为了实现自己的梦想，6年来，张梦秋绝大部分时间呆在寒冷的训练场，一遍遍做好教练要求的动作，一个个完成好安排的计划。长时间的训练和比赛,也给梦秋带来身体上的伤病，但她仍专心训练，毫不放松。多年以来取得的各种优异成绩，都离不开她的努力与坚持。

“一年回家一趟，非常想她，但想到她能为国争光，我也特别理解。”高立敏透露，2021年，梦秋仅仅回到老家景县7天，其它时间便全心备战北京2022年冬残奥会，每周训练6天，每天坚持在雪道上滑行6个小时，想家时只能打电话回来。每次打电话，面对母亲“注意休息”的叮嘱，她也总是语调轻松地叫大家放心，从未抱怨过训练辛苦或有压力。

“一直以来，我们全家人都很支持梦秋，也很关注她的历次比赛进程。”高立敏表示，梦秋在北京2022年冬残奥会比赛当天，全家人将会通过手机、电视等渠道关注她的比赛，为她加油鼓劲，自己也会提前准备好女儿最喜欢吃的美食，等她赛完回家团聚。

当我翻开相册，随意地浏览着照片时，突然，有一张照片闯入我的视线，使我的目光逗留：那是我在母亲旁边擀饺子皮时的情景，晶莹的汗珠在我的额头上打转。这渐渐地勾起了我对往事的回忆……

在一个寒冷的夜晚，母亲高烧不退，卧在床上，时不时地咳嗽几声，消瘦的脸颊像那艳丽的朝霞，我和姥姥都十分焦急。快到吃饭的时间了，姥姥轻声问母亲：“想吃些什么?”母亲用沙哑的嗓子说道：“嗯……我想吃饺子!”姥姥希望满足母亲的愿望，便去和面做饺子了。而我，离开心仪的动画片，帮助姥姥。听见母亲的咳嗽声，我们逐渐加快了动作……

由于我们人单力薄，只好一个人擀皮，一个人包馅，而我负责擀皮。面对硕大的擀面杖，我毫不服软，压了一张张皮给姥姥送去。渐渐地，渐渐地，我的动作越来越慢，姥姥包的越来越快，我心中不免着急起来。突然间，不小心用擀面杖擀到了手，疼痛向我侵袭过来，我连忙捂住嘴，才没有叫出声来……

终于，饺子包好了，还没来得及庆祝一下，姥姥身体不适，只能休息。煮饺子的“重担”还需我挑。由于家里的锅太小了，一次只能煮一个人吃的饺子，我只好打开两个炉子去煮姥姥和母亲吃的饺子。刚开始还好，可不久就忙了起来，不是这边放水，就是那边盖锅盖，忙得我不亦乐乎。

饺子终于煮好了，我分别端给姥姥与母亲，母亲的眼泪在眼眶中打起转了，欣慰得对我说：“宝宝真是长大了!”

是呀!随着时间的流逝，我长大了，不再是那个满脸稚气的小孩了，我也该懂点事了!

我长大了，这是一种多么美妙的感觉啊!

我最盼望的日子——春节终于来到了，因为在这喜庆的节日里，我们小孩子有好东西吃，有新衣服穿，有压岁钱花，有小伙伴玩最让我感到快乐的还是给乡亲们拜年了。

大年初一的三四点钟，我就迫不及待地催爸爸起来了。我们这里的风俗是新年第一天有家里的男主人放开门鞭和烧团圆饭)好不容易等到喝完团圆茶后，我就找了几个方便袋迫不及待地准备出发了。妈妈开玩笑地说：“家里买了这么多好吃的，还不够你这只馋猫吃的!”唉!老妈，你怎会懂得儿子的心思呢，我这不是给乡亲们拜年，为他们送上新春祝福吗!我一溜烟跑到了村子的西头，与早已等候在那里的小伙伴汇合，便开始给乡亲们拜年了。

我首先来到了李叔叔家，李叔叔是个农民，靠种植大棚蔬菜走上了财富之路。我恭祝他：“新春万事顺!蔬菜长得旺，价格一路长!”乐得李叔叔连忙塞红包，盛情难却，只好收了。我又来到了瓦工张叔叔家，他们一家正在喝茶，我祝他们：“身体健康!万事如意，钱财如砖砌墙，越摞越高!”王阿姨听了合不拢嘴，给了我满满一捧糖果。接着我又来到了杨奶奶家，祝她老人家“身体健康，万寿无疆!越活越精神

! ”她一高兴竟然笑掉了假牙，我也跟着乐开了怀。就这样，我挨家挨户给乡亲们送上了新春的祝福。我的口袋里塞满了红包，带来的方便袋也都装的满满的。

拜年结束后，我和小伙伴们汇合，一起来到了徐爷爷家，徐爷爷是个老革命战士，他的四个哥哥都在抗日战争中光荣牺牲了，他也因为战争而失去了一条腿，没能成家，今年九十几岁的徐爷爷，孤苦伶仃地瘫坐在床上，我和小伙伴们给他拜完年后，将自己红包里的钱都给了他，一共有两千多元。我们还将袋子里的花生瓜子糖果分了类，放在徐爷爷的床上。徐爷爷感动得热泪盈眶，不住地感谢我们。其实我们才应该感谢徐爷爷这样的老革命战士，没有他们的抛头颅洒热血，哪有我们今天如此安定幸福的生活。

寒假结束了，庆祝春节的活动也接近了尾声，我觉得拜年是我在春节中做的最有意义的一件事。
