2月17日，中午在我姥姥家办了一场喜事。因为他们家有多了一个满月的小孩子。他就是我舅舅的孩子优优。我们是12点到的他家，等了一小会就开始吃饭了。

开始吃饭时端菜的速度实在是太快了，因为他们是一份钟上一道菜。而在他们端菜的过程中我自己就吃完了两道肉菜，它们的名字分别叫牛肉块和卷煎。我用4分钟吃完一道菜，因为我们吃的太慢而且菜多桌子小放不下太多的菜，所以我们只好把几道菜和在一起或者先把吃不了的菜放在地上。

今天的饭菜实在是太丰盛了，我吃了酒席的一半菜就不想吃了。我心想如果后面再上好吃的菜怎么能吃的下去，于是我就不急着吃了。不一会果然后面还有好多好吃的，如红烧肉、红烧鲤鱼、红烧排骨、烤鸭、蜜枣等，每一道菜都让我品尝了一边。一个小时过去了酒席才结束，把我的肚子吃的大大都撑痛了，今天的饭菜太好吃了。

酒席结束了，我们在姥姥家玩到夜里10点才回家可是离老家有点远。正好姑姑的新家离这比较近，爸爸就开着车去了。到了姑姑家的楼梯下面我就听到“呲呲”的声音，我就好奇的问妈妈这是怎么回事。妈妈说这是暖气管在放气，不然管里面热气太高容易爆裂。到了姑姑家门口，这时的表哥英鑫已经进入了梦乡。我们在门外敲了老半天门，表哥穿着睡衣揉着睡得迷迷糊糊的眼睛才来给我们开门。进了屋表哥说让我和他一块睡，因为屋里刚开始太热没盖太多被子。睡到半夜被冻醒了就和表哥挣被子盖，表哥又从柜子里拿出一条被子盖在我们身上，顿时不冷了，不一会我和表哥就进入了甜蜜的梦乡。

春节很快过完了，在这个假期里发生了很多事，唯独这两件事留给我印象最深。

听了妈妈的这一番话，我豁然开朗。看事情，要从不同的角度出发，与人相处，注重团队合作，大家团结起来，共同努力，做事情就一定会成功。

北京冬奥会雪花火炬台余温犹存，冬残奥会火炬已在路上。昨天，九路火种汇集在天坛公园，以“九天之火”为主题的北京冬残奥会火炬传递正式开启。明晚，北京冬残奥会开幕式将在国家体育场举行。

火种传递爱与自强不息的精神，双奥之城已准备好践行冰雪的约定。“一起向未来”，这是北京冬残奥会向世界发出的声音。

火炬传递有玄机

昨天下午，天坛公园举行火种汇集仪式，九路火种共同汇聚生成北京2022年冬残奥会官方火种。火种汇集仪式后，火炬接力继续在以“九天之火”为主题的天坛公园进行。

与冬奥会的火种取自奥林匹克运动的发祥地希腊不同，冬残奥火种来自多个地点。根据国际残奥委会的要求和残奥火种的基本理念，任何个人、组织或城市都可以为残奥做出贡献。因此残奥火种通常采集自城市之间、社区之间，由多个火种交汇在一起成为残奥会的官方火种。

本届北京冬残奥会设计了九路火种，其中一路采集自残奥运动的精神发源地——英国曼德维尔，其他八路为在北京市盲人学校采集的“光明之火”、在望京街道温馨家园采集的“互助之火”、在中国盲文图书馆采集的“希望之火”、在大运河漕运码头采集的“源流之火”、在八达岭古长城采集的“和平之火”、在张家口“创坝”园区采集的“‘氢’洁之火”、在黄帝城采集的“文明之火”、在天坛公园采集的“夏奥之火”。这些火种采集地涵盖了学校、社区、图书馆等助残地标，具有代表性的历史文化地标和现代科技园区，以及2008年北京夏残奥会的火种采集地等。每一路火种采集后，都在采集地进行不超过20棒的城市火种火炬接力。

九路圣火的传递方式也各不相同，有健全人与残疾人共同用“冰壶撞击”的方式采集的“互助之火”，也有两名盲人青年用盲文书写引燃“电子的烟花”的方式采集的“希望之火”，还有30名盲校师生合唱歌曲《光明》，利用分贝音频声压，引燃火种的“光明之火”……在位于八达岭古长城的火种采集现场，1名中国人和4名外国人代表五大洲共同点燃“和平之火”。中国登山协会成员夏伯渝是现场的首棒火炬手。他在1975年攀登珠峰时因帮助队友，导致自己被冻伤，双小腿截肢。2018年5月14日，夏伯渝成功登顶珠穆朗玛峰，成为中国第一个依靠双腿假肢登上珠峰的人。

3月2日至4日，北京冬残奥会火炬传递活动在北京、延庆、张家口三个赛区进行。此次火炬传递共有565名火炬手，其中残疾人火炬手占比21%，符合国际残奥委会“残疾人火炬手占比不低于15%”的要求。
