One of my roommate often talk when he sleeps. He talked about all kinds of things.For example ,last night, I had a hard jod to fall asleep .I read a novel to make my eyes feel sleepy.When I was concentrated to the story ,I heard he said:"how much do you want?" It sounds like he was arguing a price with somebody , I was very strange ,so I asked:" Are you awake?what are you talking about?" there was not reply . At that time , he begain to talk agin:"OK, OK."It was the first time I heart him talk, so I did afraid of that and unforgettable.

我有一个室友经常在睡觉的时候说梦话。各种各样的事他都说。例如，昨晚，我睡不着。我阅读小说来让我的眼睛感到困倦。当我集中精神在故事上时，我听到他说：“你要多少钱?”听起来像是与人争论价格，我很奇怪，所以我问：“你醒了吗?你在说什么。没有回答。在那个时候，他又开始说了：“好吧，好吧。”这是我第一次听他说梦话，所以我很害怕也很难忘。

Recently,I witness such a scene and was deeply moved by the girl who gave her hand.It was in the morning, when my teacher was calling the students` names,she came in,with sweat on her face.My teacher kept silent,waiting for her explaination,but the girl only below her head.and beyond words,she was punished.After 2 day,when I saw her ,with an old lady,selling bread on my way to school in the morning, I realized that she was so kind herated that in order to help the old blind lady finish her work earlier,she sacrificed her time and made great contribution to the poor lady.At that moment,I saw her gloring in the sunshine.

Different people have different opinions about school life.As for me,I think it likes a cup of coffee.Maybe a little bitter,but I really enjoy it.Some students hate homework a lot.

But I dont agree with them.Sometimes doing homework is a kind of relax.For example,when you do some creative homework.That must be very exciting and let me feel relaxed.Although sometimes we will have some problems,dont care about it.Just go ahead,nothing can make you lose interested in study.In a word,the harder we work,the better our future will be.

“安全无小事，生命重如山”。作为充满活力，热爱生命的新时代中学生，我们应该保持积极的生活态度，热爱生活，珍惜生命。创建安全和谐校园环境关系到学校正常的教学、生活秩序以及学校和社会的稳定。为积极营造安全文明健康和谐的大学生活环境，倡导中学生绿色生活、健康生活新风尚，建设文明校园、和谐校园、幸福校园，特向全体同学及家长发出倡议如下：

1、安全用电，不使用违规电器。冬季历来是火灾事故的频发期和高发期，随着气温逐渐下降，部分宿舍出现违规电器使用现象，这严重威胁着学生的生命财产安全。因此不要在宿舍使用违章电器，不在宿舍煮火锅，养成人走熄灯、关闭电源、不留隐患的良好习惯;清除使用热得快、电热水器、电热毯、电热杯、电饭锅等热源性电器及私接乱拉电线等情况。

2、自觉维护校园秩序，自觉遵守我校学生行为守则。倡导健康生活方式，不酗酒，不组织喝酒，严格遵守学校规章制度，发现有同学喝酒，要主动制止或劝说;一定要加强自控能力的培养，不要让酒精毁掉了自己的前程。

3、遵守我校学生宿舍门禁管理规定。遵守宿舍作息制度，不晚归、未归，不带外来人员及异性人员进入宿舍，甚至留宿。积极维护校园和谐稳定，保护自身生命财产安全。

4、养成良好的生活习惯，管理好个人财物，注意防盗。

家长们、同学们，生命诚可贵，安全责任大。现在就让我们从“我”做起，提高安全意识，杜绝一切安全隐患，为营造一个安全和谐的生活、学习环境而共同努力吧!

Today I saw an article called "everybody comes to the bend". The message is that the students will work together to protect the schools environmental health.

The environmental health of our school is not good enough. Although many students love the school very much, every day you can see many students in earnest service for schools, some pick up the garbage in the trash on the ground, some active hand at the broom sweeping the floor, and take the initiative to clean the blackboard......

But also some students could have done better in cleaning, including me, sometimes very throw rubbish casually, confetti, some classmates clearly see the floor with paper scraps, but them as invisible, this is not "ownership" of the spirit, also greatly affect the appearance of the school. Hope the students to act, "everyone to curved waist" activities, all be the master of the school, everyone starts from me, for us to make our campus environment clean and beautiful. Let people study in high quality environment so that they can get good grades.

今天我看到一篇文章名为《大家都来弯弯腰》。内容是讲，号召同学们齐心保护学校环境卫生。

联想到我们学校的环境卫生也做的不够好。虽然许多同学都非常爱学校，每天可以看到许多同学在认真地为学校服务，有的捡起地上垃圾扔在垃圾桶，有的主动拿起扫帚扫地，还有的主动擦黑板......

可是还有些同学在保洁方面做得不够好，包括我自己，有时很随便地扔垃圾、纸屑，有的同学明明看到地上有纸屑，但他们当作看不见，这样很没“主人翁”的精神，也大大地影响了学校的面貌。希望同学们行动起来，开展“大家都来弯弯腰”的活动，人人争做学校的小主人，人人从我做起，使我们的校园环境既清洁，又美丽。让大家在优质的环境中读书，这样才会取得好成绩。

今天老师跟我们上了一节关于消防知识的教育课，我感触很深!俗话说得好“防患于未然”若我们在平时日常生活中掌握正确的用电，用火等规范，火灾是可以减少发生的。

前几年，我镇一家有名的咖啡馆就是因为电线的问题，而导致悲剧发生;去年我镇樟洋工业区内一家小店晚上着火，至使楼上住户无法幸免!!!!这些一个个血的教训，时刻提醒着我们：消防一刻也不能松懈，它应像呼吸一下融入到我们的生活，成为一种良好的习惯!!!!

“我问同学们一个问题：如果火灾发生了， 大家是应先顾命，还是先顾钱?”老师提了一个问题。

“先顾命!”有的说。

“先跑到安全的地方，留得青山在，不怕没柴烧。”有的同学打起比喻来。大家争先恐后的回答。

老师又问了一句话：是顾自己的命，还是大家的生命?同学们安静了下来。老师讲了一个故事。我们就称故事的主人翁王叔叔吧。一天，王叔叔正在书店看书，突然听到有人叫“着火了，快跑!!”只见浓烟来杂着刺鼻的异味，向人们袭来。很多人都惊慌失措向外面冲去，一时间，书店乱做一团。王叔叔见状，大声喊道：大家不要慌，不要挤，慢慢来!趴下身子。!!可是在那么乱的情况下，谁还听得到别人说什么?就连王叔叔也被拥挤的人群身不由已的带到外面。天空飘着阵阵浓烟，身边一个个凌乱的脚步，在撕裂着王叔叔的心。他一回头又跑向书店，可是小小的书店门被害怕的人群挤得水泄不通。他只好大声叫着：大家低下头，尽量少呼吸，排队出来。上还有人吗?火越烧越大，书店门口的人也不多了，似乎书店里的人都安全了，可是王叔叔还在门口大声地喊：里面还有人吗?——————忽然，响起阵小小的，细细的，哭泣的声音：我找不到妈妈了。有人在他身后怯怯的说。一回头，只见一个小女孩睁着一对害怕和恳求的眼睛。王叔叔看了看被浓烟吞噬着的门口，毅然冲进火海。结果，小女孩的妈妈得救了，可是王叔叔却也没能站起来。

若我们大家在平时尽量避免与火接触，火灾就会少发生。我们遇到类似的事情，大家能够运用知识，不拥挤，排队尽量弯腰，低头，找到呼吸器。也许就可以避免悲剧的发生。

“知识守护生命!”让我们大家一起增进消防知识，避免火灾发生，若发生火灾采取正确，科学的方法，维护生命!

校园安全事件的发生，使不少父母的心中隐隐担忧。从福建南平事件到陕西汉中事件，那些小小生命牵动了多少人的心。都说孩子是含苞待放的花蕾，是未来希望的承载，孩子是弱小的，需要家庭和社会的共同关注。就拿我们学校来说，至上而下进行全方面的安全整顿，做出一系列安全防范，原本学校内部就是全程监控，领导轮流值班，门口又有保安24小时执勤，可以说是很安全的。如今更是武警、巡警、志愿者齐聚一堂，就从这阵势不难看出我们的政府为保护祖国未来的花朵真是煞费苦心。

静思默想，当危险到来之时，外来援助和自我防护孰重孰轻呢?我们不妨先来回想一个故事。《狼和小羊》的故事老少皆知，我们在教学这一课时总会提这样一个问题：“狼想吃羊总会找出各种各样的理由，小羊怎样才能避免被狼吃掉呢?”孩子们的答案五花八门：有的说：“勇敢的小羊用角向狼顶去，把大灰狼顶进河里。”有的说：“聪明的小羊说，亲爱的狼先生，谢谢你，最近我不小心吃上带du的草，浑身疼痛生不如死，您快吃掉我吧!”;有的说：“坚强的小羊毫不畏惧地跳进小河，在水里挣扎着向对岸游去。”————答案也许有很多种，只有一种是最不可能的：羊妈妈和羊爸爸、还有许多朋友就在身边，他们一起扑向大灰狼。因为孩子们都知道，大灰狼很聪明，他要吃羊，总会选择远离羊群的小羊下手。从这个故事中我们不难悟出，危险的到来是防不胜防的，面对危险最有效的方法是自我救护。

“安全，安全永远是第一位的，你的生命你的健康是最重要的。”这句话我每天都要跟学生说。过马路上要左右看，确认没有车才可通行，特别是有车阻挡视线的时候一定先探出头看个仔细;在学校上下楼梯要靠右走，如果有拥挤发生，不论掉下什么东西都不要弯腰蹲下去捡，因为那样后边的人会踩到你身上，几乎没有机会再站起来;如果遇到坏人抢你的东西，给他，东西没了还可以再买，绝对不能发生争抢，不要奢望靠武力解决;当人生安全受到威胁时，首先应该启动的是智慧和意念，任何时候都不要放弃生存的希望……

狼吃小羊是生存需要，而在人类社会的高压生活环境中，有许多人因各种原因对生活失去信心，与社会脱节，从而变成有可能对孩子造成伤害的“狼”，我们爱孩子，就让他(她)们从学会保护自己开始!
