寒假时每一个小朋友都向往的，寒假期间可以大玩一场，自己计划好了就去干，我的计划是报一个寒假的习作班，因为我的作文一直都不太好。

我们班的班主任李老师在“青少年活动中心”开了一个课外班，我拿到了报名简章后，大致扫视了一遍，很快找到了我们的李老师。仔细一看是上午班，现在就可以报名了。可是报名简章上写着这个班只有35个名额，我赶忙叫姐姐，让她和我去报二课班。我们戴上了帽子和手套，骑着自行车赶去了“青少年活动中心”，在路上我不停地催姐姐快点骑，要不然就报不上了。姐姐马上加快了速度，奋力地骑着。

我看着来往的车辆比原来更多了，可能是都来买年货等待过年的缘故吧。

由于我是第一次来报二课班，也找不着去的路，不知不觉的来到了一个大楼前，姐姐停了车，说：“下车吧!到了。”我下了车，看见了“青少年活动中心”七个大字，是金色的，在阳光的照耀下，格外耀眼。

我不由自主地走了进去，来到了报名窗口前准备报名。姐姐拿了两张报名的纸，填完了后交给里面的老师。只见里面的老师看了看，又还给姐姐一张。

交完钱后我和姐姐匆匆走出了活动中心，又赶在了回家的路上。

回到家，心情也舒畅多啦，心中的石头总算落地了。我立志要在青少年活动中心发愤图强，努力写好作文。就在我信心满满之际之时，又一个难题迎面袭来，刚才匆忙中竟忘了教室的事情。这下可难倒我了，教室在哪呢?我的座位又在哪呢?几个大大的问号满满的占据了我的大脑。我有些惊慌了甚至不知所措。

我于是跑去问爸爸。“怎么办呀?”我紧张兮兮的问道。爸爸沉思了一会，不慌不忙地回答道：“你可以去问问同学，王福伟家不是离我们家很近吗，更何况他去过一次课外班。”我一想‘对啊，我怎么没想到’。

大部分活儿之前都干完了，今天最主要的就是擦灯。我帮爸爸搬来梯子，梯子挺沉，还立在角落里，我费了好多劲儿才把它挪出来，本想自己站上去擦，试了试够不着，还有点害怕。结果就还是爸爸在上面掸尘，摘灯罩，我在下面接着。顺便再清洗抹布，再把它们传给爸爸。

灯罩可真脏啊!我拿着抹布对着灯罩刮来刮去，将原来一摸一手泥的灯罩，擦得崭新透亮。我自认餐厅的灯擦得最好了。原来，这盏土耳其语上面全是污泥，每次开灯，都觉得很暗。但是，在我用了‘威猛先生’擦过之后，原来脏兮兮的灯罩立马变了一个样，开开灯马上就觉得亮了几分。

在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!

The numerous fun in the winter vacation, but the one thing that impressed me the most is to live in the New Year. This is a busy morning, the bird just as the sun grandfather asked, people would get out of bed. 寒假里的趣事多得数不清，可最令我难忘的一件事就是过新年。这是一个忙碌的早晨，小鸟刚刚和太阳公公问过好之后，人们就起了床。市场上热闹极了，人们说说笑笑，到处都是一片喜气洋洋，大地换上了新装，红红的好像一件红衣服。噼里啪啦，这是什么声音?哦!原来是“欢乐的交响曲”呀，街上传遍小朋友们的欢笑声，市场上人山人海，挨挨挤挤的。马路上的车奔流不息，小燕子在天空中盘旋着，叽叽喳喳，它在干什么呢?它在为大家演奏春天的赞歌呢!

妈妈带着我挤进了这热闹的市场，去拜访亲戚，亲戚家养了一个肥嘟嘟的小家伙，她非常调皮，不停地用小手拍我的脸，指甲也不剪一剪，我和她玩起了许多有趣的游戏，例如：猫捉老鼠啦，猴子上树啦……

我忘不了这件有趣的事。

愉快的寒假生活马上就要来了，为了让我的寒假过得充实而有意义，我为自己制订了一个切实可行的寒假学习计划，其中要包括这样几点：

1、把老师留的寒假作业儿认真做完。

2、练习写书法，或者毛笔字，让自己的字写的很好看。

3、做完了作业，也学了技能，当然也要锻炼身体啦！有时间我要坚持跑步和打羽毛球。晚上还留一些时间看看电视新闻。

4、每天留出1小时时间进行名著阅读，扩大自己的阅读面。

5、每周要有一些时间练习口语，让自己会说流利的英语，不能忘记以前典范练习的部分。

6、报一个语文文言文班，培养兴趣。（因为这次文言文部分没考好）

7、自学日语，要不然在学校的日语班就白报了。

8、每天要练习以前学习的乐器，熟悉一下。

9、每周要写2篇周记，保证写作。

于是，我把以上要做的事情，自己理顺了一下，写了一张详细的《寒假作息时间表》，我把它贴在了墙上，自己认真的去执行。

早上7：30起床之后 刷牙漱口洗脸吃早饭。

早上8：00作寒假作业 先做数学〈因为早上头脑是最清醒的，数学逻辑思维比较强〉

9：30开始休息半个小时，〈学了一个半小时也该舒展舒展筋骨了，因此利用这半个小时的时间充分休息，也活动活动。〉

10；00 开始学习英语 〈尽量大声地读英语单词课文〉

12；00吃饭 。中午午休1个小时。

1：00开始学习语文 学习语文的时间可以比较自由，依靠自己的劳逸程度，充分分配自己的时间。

2：00 休息。

2：20继续学习数学。

4：00休息，吃点水果，进行课外活动（如书法、笛子等）

5：00吃饭。

5：30名著阅读。

6：30锻炼身体。

7：00 小科也不能忽视，要复习。

8：00对当天的学习进行检测、总结。

9：00洗漱、休息。

这就是我寒假的一天学习生活计划。实验园给我们养成了非常好的生活习惯、学习习惯，我准备把在校形成的一切良好习惯，带到家中，让好习惯伴我成长！以后，我在家不会感觉到无聊，没有事情做，也不会觉得很疲劳，还可以获取到很多新的知识，锻炼了自己的综合素质。我相信，今年的寒假一定会过得丰富多彩的！

回顾整个寒假，我觉得我过得充实而又快乐。

刚放寒假不久，我们全家来了一次大扫除，那天一大早，我们就开始分工：爸爸擦柜子，妈妈擦地板，我擦玻璃。

1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

6、做几套中考模拟题。要重视往年中考题，在假期里给自己规定时间来做几套中考模拟题，做做往年的中考题有特别的作用。因为每年的中考命题难度相对稳定，风格相对一致，做中考题有助于同学们摸清中考命题的“套路”，明确复习方向，最后找出自己的不足之处，作为下一次的努力目标。

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long

existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of

information age, people are becoming

increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell

phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed

in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be

denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people,

and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

《杯子满了》一天，南因先生家里来了一位客人，要向南因请教学问。南因先生抽空接待了他。宾主落座之后，客人没有听他的话，自己却滔滔不绝地大谈起来。从自己的生活、工作，及至家庭，又谈到自己的事业和研究，一口气说了大半天，南因先生几次想插话都未成功。

南因先生静静地听着，过了一会儿，他站起身来，走进厨房，端来了茶。他往客人的杯子里倒茶，虽然倒满了但是仍在继续倒，仿佛根本就没有看见一样。

一旁高谈论阔的客人一开始觉得十分奇怪，看到南因先生还没停下，水已经开始往外溢了，他终于忍住了手。

“你没看见杯子已经满了吗?”他说，“再也倒不进去啦!”

“这倒是真的，”南因终于住了手，“和这个杯子一样，你自己已经装满了自己的想法。要是你不给我一只空杯子，我怎么给你讲呢?”

从这个故事当中我知道，要使自己的思想吐故纳新，就要及时将大脑清空，如同必须清空装满了水的杯子才能容纳更多的东西一样。这让我想起自己的工作，在工作当中也一样，要及时的清空大脑，做好充分的准备来迎接新的东西。只有如此，你才能在工作中不断进取，不断创新，也才能做出好的成绩来。
