(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

三、教材与教辅的分析

1、内容与结构

每一单元除了关注阅读、写作、听力、视听说等语言实践活动，还关注语言知识、情感态度、文化意识和学习策略等。其中，教材加强了文化意识的提高和学生学习策略的培养，是相较于以前教材很大的不同。

2、教材的特点

首先突出学习者的发展，包括注重学习策略的培养和使用;注重提高学生的语言认知能力;为教师和学生提供个性化的选择;其次努力提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。具体为：为学生提供更多的体验真实语言的机会;精心设计教学活动，使学生看到明确的目标和明确的成果;为学生发展语言运用能力提供详尽的语言支持;重视复现。

3、教材的重难点

4、教学目标

My mother is sixty-three years old, and for the last forty year she has

been the village doctor. She has a small clinic that she prepares medicine and

treats small injuries, and also sells canned powder milk. Our house has people

in and out at all hours of the day and night. The villagers always like to come

After I go to school, teachers always tell me to study hard, so that I can

There is a library in every university, some schools pay special attention

这里鸟叫声声，空气新鲜。来到坟前，只见叔叔把准备好的食物拿了出来，把筷子摆好，接着拿出并点燃蜡烛、香和纸钱，然后再在坟前一个接一个地跪拜。轮到我时，不知怎么的忽然想起了奶奶在世时的一幕幕情景，眼角的空间被泪水占满了，此刻的我才明白什么是失去后才懂得珍惜……

Birds chirping sound, the air is fresh here. “清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”

记得小学学这首诗时，还懵懵懂懂，不是很明白“清明”是什么意思?我知道这个人很亲民，可就是不知道这诗句里的清明。

“你不明白，只是因为你没有失去。”

人总会在一个特定的时空里明白一句话。六年级的某一天，杜牧的这句话就向我走来了。

那是我过完生日的第一天，我怀着生日的美好回忆，来到教室，准备与同学分享生日趣事。但是老师那天来得格外的早，我只好将这些趣事吞进肚子，也因此那节课听得极其不认真。好不容易挨到了下课。却在窗外看见了妈妈，她眉头紧锁，眼神焦急，嘴唇抿成一条线。衣领有些歪，头发也有些凌乱，像是刚从噩梦里走来。

看着她神色苍茫的样子，我有些疑惑，张口准备问她。可没等我出声就被她抓着手腕往外走，我还没和伙伴们分享我的生日趣事，我还没说出我的快乐呢!我被妈妈莫名其妙的举动搞得有些恼火，想要质问她。她却说了一句令我至今无法忘记的话——

“爷爷可能不行了。”

这句话一下子轰炸了我的思绪，脑子一片空白，之前的快乐都是虚妄，我感到一股更大的情绪在我体内膨胀，我不清楚它缘何有那么大的力量，竟然能迅速地将我的泪催生出来，一句“不可能”还未说出口，泪就奔涌而出，一发不可收拾，只知道麻木地跟着妈妈的脚步。

直到上了车，才回过神来。内心默默告诉自己没事的，只是爸爸妈妈想多了，爷爷不会离开的，可不停流下的眼泪暴露了我的谎言，我知道我的内心已是信了七八分了。一路上，我们都没有说话，想着自己的事。这一路上我一直在自我催眠，告诉自己，爷爷不会有事的。

到家后，泪水已经止住，眼睛有些干涩。外表上来看，只有那一圈红红的眼眶，能证明刚刚发生了什么事。看到爷爷后，刚止住的泪水，又情不自禁地流了下来。我想起昨天的生日会，想起那段时间一次都没去看望过他，我躲在房间里，一边控诉着自己的行为，一边祈祷着。可最后，爷爷还是走了。我跪在他的床边，失声痛哭。

今年的清明，我又去看他了，照片上的他是那样的神采飞扬。我，好想他。

“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”

我不知道当时的自己是否会在悲伤的一瞬间想到杜牧的这句诗，但是我知道现在一读到这句诗，我就想到了那时的悲伤。当悲伤逆流成河，连同曾经的懊悔一起席卷而来，我便仿佛明白“清明”的含义了。

Today is Mother’s Day. I know some of my classmates are going to help their

mothers with the housework, others .are going to buy some flowers for their

mothers. I want to say to her that I love her very much. But as a boy, it is a

bit difficult for me to show my heart. I think only girls can do that.

My mother is very kind. She takes care of me day and night.

She spends little money, but buys anything for me that I need.

This time I must show my love. I am going to give her a card and write like

this, "I love you, mother!" I am going to put it under her pillow.

今天是母亲节。我知道一些同学打算帮妈妈做些家务，还有一些同学打算给妈妈买些花。我只是想对妈妈说一声，我非常爱她。但是对我来说这样表达我的情感有点儿难，因为我是个男孩。我觉得只有女生才这样做。

“清时时节雨纷，路上行人欲断魂。”正如唐代诗人杜牧的名诗所言，印象中的清明总是伴随着细雨，但是今年的清明却是很难得的艳阳天，外面是阳光倾泻，但为了这暖阳，有些人永远留在了冬天……

很不明白为什么古人将清明节定在这个春暖花开的日子。这个节日总能带来悲伤的感觉，每次和家里人去祭祖时气氛都很凝重。面对已逝的亲人心头总是一阵酸楚，他们离开太久了，久到我记不清他们的样子。我不禁会想，如果他们还在，会是怎样景象。对他们思念总能在这个节日里翻滚出来。

今年又是一个不平凡的一年，今年的清明节伤感又放大了大几倍。在看不见的地方，总有人为我们默默付出着。

因为病毒的肆虐，有与它战斗的勇士牺性了。他们总是像天使那样守护着我们的山河无恙，平安喜乐。他们总是让更多人能够等到明媚春光下灿烂花开的时候。因为他们的舍己为人，疫情才会有所好转。我不会忘记他们为了人民而献出自己保贵的生命，虽我与他们不曾谋面，但是心里却十分悲伤，他们是所有人民心目中的英雄。我很想对他们说：你们是我们心中永远不灭的火炬，谢谢你们，我无以为报只能在此缅怀你们。

今天记往那些逝去的人，铭记他们的牺性，只因有了他们这些人的努力，这场战役一定更早的平息。致敬英雄，缅怀逝者，但是他们的离去，不仅仅是让我们来伤心难过痛苦涕泪的，他们的牺性是为了让活着的人平安喜乐。逝者已矣，生者珍重。我们不要忘记，不能忘记，更不该忘记，他们这些人的付出，要记住：“没有什么岁月静好，只不过是有人在替你负重前行。”

或许古人将清明节定在这个春暖花开的日子，是为了让我们在缅怀逝者后重新拥抱未来与生命的力量。活在当下，不负他人希望，砥砺前行，在磨难中学会成长，思念跨越山海抵岁月漫长。

没有什么盖世英雄，只有挺身而出的平凡人。满怀希望就会所向披靡，就看到睹光。中国人民团结一致总能战胜困难，人民不负逝者的付出，将祖国变得更加强大!

What does it mean to relax?Despite hearing this term thousands of times

during the course of our lives, very few people have deeply considered what it’s

really about.

When you ask people (which I have done many times) what it means to relax,

most will answer in a way that suggests that relaxing is something you plan to

do lateryou do it on vacation, in a hammock, when you retire, or when you get

everything else done. This implies, of course, that most other times should be

spent nervous, agitated, rushed, and frenzied. Very few actually come out and

say so, but this is the obvious implication.Could this explain why so many of us

operate as if life were one great big emergency?

It is useful to think of relaxation as a quality of heart that you can

access on a regular basis rather than something reserved for some later time.

You can relax now. It’s helpful to remember that relaxed people can still be

superachievers and, in fact, that relaxation and creativity go hand in hand.When

I’m feeling uptight, for example, I don’t even try to write. But when I feel

relaxed, my writing flows quickly and easily.

Behind every great achievement in anyones life lies perseverance. We see

this in every human endeavor. Outstanding sportsmen spend all their time

practising. Their endurance is beyond imagination.

The same is true of businessmen who build up fortunes. What we usually see

are their achievements, but once we go behind the scenes we will find that they

have put in a lot of continual steady efforts. We all have read of great

musicians, writers and inventors who have created or discovered breakthroughs in

human achievement. Invariably they have said that they owe all their success to

perseverance. As to college students, quite a big number of then, have become

successful language learners through perseverance, however, a certain group of

them, just stop half way and their previous efforts turn out to be

fruitless.

Of all the countless examples the saga of Colonel Saunders is perhaps one

of the most outstanding. The 65-year-old man from Kentucky had a dream to start

a chain of fried chicken restaurants all over the world. To realize his dream,

he knew that he needed a restaurant owner to go into partnership with him to

open the first restaurant and to fry chicken according to the secret recipe he

had. Colonel Saunders had knocked on 1008 doors before he finally found his

partner. It is doubtful whether many of us would have had the perseverance to

knock even a hundred doors.

From the above discussion we can draw a conclusion that success comes to

anyone who keeps working perseveringly and lack of perseverance can only result

in frustration and failure.
