3.写读后感。指导学生写读后感，一定要联系原文的思想内容，联系社会实际和自己的思想实际。在写读后感时注意感受可长可短，只要表达学生的内心感受即可。

最初的时候，我的课外阅读大多是一些毫无营养的笑话或是安徒生童话。那段时间，看书单纯是为了开心，而父母在那时，不论我看什么都不制止，甚至觉得那是好学的表现。渐渐长大了一些，在小学高年级时《上下五千年》、一些名著的青少年版已完全代替那些娱乐性极强的书，占据了我的课外阅读。读这些课外书时，我觉得自己很充实。有时候泡上一杯茶，我可以一个人静静地捧着书，细细品味上一整天，完完全全沉浸于人物、情节中，和他们一起快乐、一起悲伤。不过好景不长，渐渐，父母竟开始阻挠我看书。也许是因为数学成绩不尽如人意，他们似乎更希望我可以多化时间在做数学上。而在学校，课余午休如果不是在做作业或闭目养神，无论是在看《悲惨世界》还是《简爱》，一律和漫画言情一起被归入“闲书”行列。各种考试逼迫着我为了功利的目的不得不以成绩为中心，放弃别的一切一切，因为读十本书也许只能提高几分，而数学却可以更快提高十几分，现实真的太骨感了。

中考结束后，我有大把时间去看想看的书，而我却惊讶地发现，比起看书，我更喜欢看美剧，比起沉醉于书海的充实，我却宁愿在网络中空虚游走。我感觉很害怕，我明白自己被各种浮华与烦躁掌控，“静下心来”显得如此奢侈又遥不可及。也许在这个世界“三日不读书便觉面目可憎”略有夸张，但一个人如若不再有书的滋润，他的品味、修养、情怀便会慢慢退化，直到忘记了宽容、忘记了宁静、忘了所有优雅气质，便更理所当然地淹没于摩登世界中，最后剩下的，仅仅是一副躯壳。

我明白自己不能这样下去，于是这个暑假我把自己关在房间里，强迫自己看书，成效却并不好，因为即使手不碰鼠标、眼不看显示屏却仍然不停在想订的东西什么时候到，美剧下一集会讲什么，游戏什么时候维护完。一本书看完，我却不记得主角稍长的名字，背不出作者是谁，我想是因为心不在，这根本不叫阅读。

我该拿什么拯救你，我的课外阅读。

Competition is just like the fuel of the rocket. Without it we can’t make progress. Without it we wouldn’t take our efforts in doing everything. Competition is the propeller of our daily lives. Due to it we must try our best to do something, or we would lag behind. So competition is beneficial.

This is why the society is rapidly making progress. The whole society is a competition, while all the members of society are competitor. One man who wants to receive a good job must do better than others. If not, he would be eliminated. This is the reason that the work is done better and better. Competition spread through our daily lives. As a student, we must try our best to study that can we have bright future. As an employer in the company, we must work to the best of our ability. If not, we may fall behind or lose job. Although we may lose in the competition encounters, we may regard the failure as a challenge. From it we may get more experience which would be a key of success. Therefore, competition is beneficial.

Competition can inspire all the competitors. From the competition, we can receive the experience, no matter what the result is, win or lose.

Aerobic exercise is a series of activities which can improve our heart-lung function by maintaining longer, including running, bicycling, swimming and so on. It brings a lot of benefits to our body and psychology.

有氧运动是在长期坚持下可改善心肺功能的一系列活动。有氧运动包括跑步、骑单车、游泳等。这种运动十分有益于身心健康。Physically, taking aerobic exercise advances our physical health and reduces our agony. It promotes our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.生理上，做些有氧运动可以提高我们身体健康，减少我们的痛苦。做有氧运动可增加心肺的伸缩，以提高心肺功能，有益于抵御长期的劳作和加班带来的压力。它还能促进脂肪的消耗，促进新陈代谢，预防疾病。同时，有氧运动还能消耗多余热量，有益于保持良好体型。Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise. Thus we can ventilate our negative feelings by doing workout so that we can strive for our dreams again.心理上，进行有氧运动还有利于我们的心理健康。通过户外锻炼我们能消除负面情绪，才能再次为梦想奋斗。Hence, for the wellbeing of body and mind, let us have some aerobic exercise together.因此，为了我们的身心健康，让我们一起来做有氧运动吧!
