1．海纳百川，有容乃大。告诉学生读书不只是为了写作，即使学习写作，只读作文选，你写出的文章在选材、立意、谋篇布局上永远是“学生腔”，难有创新。要想写好作文，就要广博地阅读小说、散文、诗歌、寓言、童话、科普小品……只有广博地阅读，博采众长，写作时才能纵横捭阖、融会贯通、联想丰富、游刃有余。

3．他山之石，可以攻玉。班级与班级、小组与小组、学生与学生经常交换读物，使阅读资源共享。这样，学生就可能读到种类繁多的好书，视野更为开阔。

二、力求组织形式既丰富多彩又富有实效，增强学生的阅读兴趣

2．自读自悟。这是最普通，也是用得最多的一种组织形式。有部分学生读书只是应付差事，导致学生对所读材料缺乏深入的思考，“读而不思则罔”。如果选择读物不当，还会对学生的课外阅读产生误导。因此，教者在给学生充分自主、自由的同时也要对学生的阅读过程适时监控和正确引导。
